My husband and I were very pleased with our entire experience with Refloor. Everyone was extremely professional and very helpful. In the beginning, ****, in sales, graciously always took my calls. Once our project started, **** the coordinator, took over and conscientiously called everyday to make sure everything was going well. Our installer ***** was the best. He was very efficient, personable and professional. I highly recommend Refloor as our experience was outstanding!

We hired Refloor to install flooring in my mother's home. The discounts they were offering seemed to be a great deal & an opportunity to have the flooring replaced. Everyone we spoke to & met with at the time was very nice & professional. It was only after the floors were installed that we were alerted to inconsistencies, ************************** With the many concerns we had, we scheduled an appt. to meet with the ** for the Grove City office, **** *****. When we did, we shared photos & notes we took during the entire install process. **** listened intensely, took many notes & while he apologized for the outcome we experienced as well as the **************************** etc. He took personal responsibility, was apologetic & asked if Refloor could be afforded the opportunity to make things right. Stating that what we experienced is not who Refloor is or what they represent. He also said he would oversee everything from that point forward until the job was completed to our satisfaction. He wanted to ensure our satisfaction, making sure we were left with a positive *********************** of Refloor. **** came to my mothers home & met with us & saw firsthand, the concerns we had about how things were done or not done. He sent a brand-new team to come out and address those items, saying that he was sending the best (**** and team), & he did. ****, as well as those involved this second time, did a great job of keeping us informed every step of the way on any & all actions taken at any given point in the entire process. **** was fantastic! We were extremely pleased with everything ****, **** and the Refloor team did. **** took ownership, represented the Grove City office and Refloor as a whole with *************** & by doing right by the customer.**** certainly turned things around & made our experience a great one. He is a perfect example of what a ** is & his representation of Refloor for customers is to be applauded. Well done!!Refloor, LLC

Ruben the salesman ,( NO high pressure) new the products as well as my 100% guarantee. As I like to do business we finalized the deal with a handshake, call me old fashioned. I am on a fixed income and he helped me with affordable financing. A great sales person!!!Refloor, LLC

1 starHad Refloor out for an estimate on getting vinyl plank in a spare bedroom and closet that are currently carpeted. The room and closet require 230 sq. ft. of product. Refloor quoted me $6400!!!! For a 12 x 15 bedroom! I cancelled the project and got a call from a manager who said he could go down to $4400. Really? You can easily knock off $2000? *** *** quoted me $1989 for the entire project using the same quality plank! So the original Refloor guy wanted to charge me $4400 MORE than **** ***. Also, Refloor added 70 sq. ft. to what I actually need - they said I needed 300 sq. ft. AND, the salesperson conveniently forgot to mention the 70% off installation promo they had going. 1 starInstall was good but false advertising. Floor won’t clean up. Did what they said and floor looks terrible. Holds dirt in it. Had two reps agree it was a terrible product but mgr blames me for their poor product Won’t replace without charging me more money. No life guarantee as advertised Will not take responsibility or their poor product. Have called many times and spoke to mgr but no resolve in my favor.Review fromRobert S
