We called Refloor to set up an estimate and they were able to stop by on the same day! Being busy, a ** was out giving estimates that day and was actually Ubering around because his car broke down! We made the deal and set up the install for same week! We got set up with a team leader, ****, who stayed in touch and made sure all was going well with the install. It was a bigger job, which they informed us was going to be 2 days. The installers showed up on time, inspected the work areas, explained what was involved and even helped me by removing a utility sink, which I didnt have time to do before the install!! Even hauled it away!! Much appreciated, ****!! (Im drawing a blank for his partners name, but she was great too)!! They worked well together, even when they were having some trouble with the floor panels for some reason.extra paint in the grooves and had to spend extra time removing it before the panels would lock ************* a bad batch, I guess. All in all, great people, good communication and achieved the goal on time. Thanx again and I will recommend the Refloor experience to anyone! (I do suggest they wear Shoebees when they enter a home though. Had a little incident with some grease that was on someones shoe, but they did take the time to clean it to our satisfaction)!!

Our experience with Refloor, LLC was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I scheduled the free in-home consultation, their team was very professional and attentive. Our entire process from the beginning with our sales consultant ***** to our Installation Coordinator, **** ******, to the incredible Installers, *** ****** and crew, was an awesome experience.
We were kept apprised every step of the way. We actually started right after Thanksgiving with the initial consultation and scheduled and completed the entire installation on January 9th. The crew was awesome, moved the furniture, always cognizant of our home and cleaned everything upon completion as well as moving everything back. If we could give a rating of 100 we would.
After completion we walked the house and *** explained everything! THANK YOU ReFloor for an exceptional job and employing an awesome group of people! We will definitely recommend your company!! ****** and ***** *****Refloor, LLC

Today 1/3/24 my flooring project was finished! The two man crew came yesterday morning (9amish) and worked all day (5pmish)! It took a second day because unfortunately my floors in my home are not level so there was a bit more subfloor/compound work that needed to be done first!I cant say enough about the skilled work that was done in the short amount of time that my floors were installed. At the finial walk through I did have a few questions about the threshold areas and the project manager/installer did address them immediately.I have to say I am so impressed with the ******* ship that was done in a short amount of timeEspecially after I was informed by a different flooring company that I was not able to have (they werent able to do) the floor I wanted and would have to go with carpet instead because of my floors not being level!!!Umm yea, but NO!Carpet is NOT an option when you have 3 dogs, with two of the three refusing to pee,pee outside (stubborn puppy and 18yr old dog).IN CONCLUSION:Based on my installation process I cant say enough positive things about Refloor!
