Working with Refloor has been a very pleasant experience from the very start! The sales person who came to our home was very personable, knowledgeable, and we never felt as though any pressure was being applied for us to buy. ****** who is our customer service **** was on top of keeping us informed as to what the details were for installing, caring for, and payment for our floors. I cannot say enough praise for the two installers. From the moment they came in our front door they were very polite. Both installers were very professional and knowledgeable about laying the floors. I was impressed with their detail to their work. We love our new floors and will definitely be recommending Refloor to all our friends and neighbors!Refloor, LLC

We are extremely pleased with our interaction with Refloor and our new floor. ****** installation coordinator, made it very easy to know expectations and to have a dedicated person to contact for any questions or concerns. The men who actually installed the floor were professional, courteous, and efficient. We expected the installation to take 2 days, but the finished in one day. The cleaned up all the debris and left the area amazingly clear. Definitely a 5 star job. I would highly recommend Refloor.Refloor, LLC

We would highly recommend Refloor. **** ********* and his team were absolutely amazing! They moved our furniture and returned it where we would like to have the furniture put back.. They cleaned up after themselves when they left the house.Everything was mopped and swept. Outside, they picked up all materials before they left. We love our new floors.We had the whole downstairs done, about 1400 square feet. Took them 2 days. From start to finish we had communication with the office and with the team. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Refloor, LLC
