since Everdry finished waterproofing our basement in Saginaw, mi over 8 years ago. We liked everyone we worked with throughout the project. We have been so pleased with their work. They use a Multi Step System which keeps ground water away from your home. The installation of the EZ Breathe Ventilation System is a game changer too.it is was well worth the money. would highly recommend!!!!

After torrential rains in 2021 our basement was flooded. Everdry came to the rescue and placed a drainage system with sump pumps that have successfully solved the problem and we have had no problems since. The workmen were friendly and professional throughout the process and did an excellent job with cleanup.Everdry Basement Waterproofing

I purchased a home in Freeland in 2010 the already had Everdry installed in it. When I called and found out that the warranty could be transferred to my name, I was very excited. For the small payment each year I never have to worry about replacing anything on the system. I have had 2 sump pumps and a check valve replaced. They have always come within 24 hours of calling. And always had what was needed with them on the 1st trip to fix the problem. The serviceman has always been very helpful and checked everything and made sure that everything is working and nothing else should fail soon before they leave. It’s great to know that I will never have to worry about fixing that myself.Everdry Basement Waterproofing

If you are experiencing any type of water issues in your basement and want peace of mind that you will not have to deal with these issues ever again. Please call Everdry! They are the professionals with all the knowledge to do the job right and keep the water out! I live in Holland near the lake and since having the Everdry system installed, over 7 years ago, I have had peace of mind. No matter how much rain is coming down, I know the water is not coming in. I want to share how much I appreciated the work that the Everdry team did on the exterior and interior basement walls of my Saginaw home. When they were done, I was able to paint the basement walls, which is something I had wanted to do for years. Now it is a much more usable space. Purchased a home in ********, Michigan, in July 2021, that is equipped with the Everdry system in the basement. The first thing to know is that we have never seen even one drop of water or a hint of moisture in there since moving in. The basement is a finished space with a living area, pool table and my office, and it is warm, dry and comfortable.The other important point is that this home suffered badly from water in the basement in the past, as reported by the folks we bought it from. They had Everdry come in and no issue since and the warranty transferred to us. For a small yearly charge, the warranty continues indefinitely and I appreciate the peace of mind that gives my family.I recommend Everdry without reservation.Everdry Basement Waterproofing

We contract Everdry Basement Waterproofing in May 2015. They installed their complete system later that summer. Each year since they have reviewed, made tweaks and adjustments as necessary and provided a thorough review of how their system is operating. We are extremely satisfied and take comfort in knowing we have their system in place. Through the recent floods here in Midland MI, we have not had any water in our basement. Working with their teams from start to finish was easy and stress free. We had Everdry install a waterproffing system in our home here in Grand Ledge Michigan over 15 years ago and the system has provided great peace of mind during the wettest times of the year. Everdry installed a perimeter system inside and outside. With the inside system we had a 2nd sump pump added because of the large size of our basement and just as a backup. We had the waterproofing done just before spending a large amount on finishing the basement to give our home the additional living space. The waterproofing has ensured that our basement investment stays nice and dry.Everdry has been very responsive over the years with the replacement of sump pumps at no charge.Very good company to deal with.Everdry Basement Waterproofing

We purchased a house in Ravenna, MI that had the Everdry system in it. We were very pleased with how dry things were in the basement. The warranty was allowed to be transferred from the original owner to us and now for a small fee per year we have a guarantee that our basement stays dry. The business owner that we spoke with was very nice to work with. We fully recommend.Everdry Basement Waterproofing

We had Everdry out when our basement was leaking in 2014. We were given a thorough review of the issues and the solutions that Everdry was to implement. The job was completed without issue. Very efficient and great communication through the entire process. Outdoor drainage, indoor drain pipes, a 2nd sump and the special whole house dehumidifier was installed. We are happy to report that we have not once had any issues in the last 9 years. We were happy to find a company that does the job well and stands behind their work!
