      I ordered a $798 class tag for my graduation and I was happy that it arrived on time, but to my dismay there was a crack in the gemstone. I don't understand how such a large error could be overlooked and it was very well secured in the packaging so the only logical conclusion was that it was shipped broken. I feel like a $798 piece of jewelry would have the utmost care taken with it. I'm extremely disappointed.

      Ordered college graduation announcements and each time they were sent either the dates were wrong or they were blanked. Try telling one rep what was wrong and I was told I know nothing about how things work. At the grad fair the reps there had problems getting the right date to show up on orders and they put in notes to indicate the right dates. Rep didn't want to hear it. I told them all they had to do is look at a calender to see the dates, same rep said he had no access to a calendar. I called four times. The last time I asked for refund on March 30th 2023 and so far no refund. I'm out of my money and no announcements for my graduation next month.

      Dude, let me tell you about the crappy customer service I got when I ordered my cap and gown for graduation. I ordered it a whole month in advance and these guys had the nerve to tell me it wouldn't be ready until the week of graduation. Like, seriously? We had senior photos scheduled and everything. Come on now, it's 2023, it shouldn't take that long to get a basic order right.And don't even get me started on the ordering process. You can't just order the cap and gown online like a normal person. No, no, no. You have to go to their office and talk to these people face to face. Unless, of course, you want to buy some overpriced package. What a joke!Honestly, DISD needs to find a new cap and gown provider ASAP. But for all you soon-to-be graduates out there, my advice is to just go ahead and order that cap and gown as early as possible. Don't wait around for these clowns to get their act together.. shouldn't take this long. and to just order cap and gown, gotta go to their office. online only for expensive package. so dumb. DISD needs new provider, like yesterday. smh.

      No stars this company makes too must money to treat customers like they do. They are in the business where people are willing to pay for the items that they will like to obtain whether its high school or college. I have spent a good bit of money with this company through the years and I hope that the next higher learning institutions have someone else make their invitations and supply the items people will want for graduation. They are a big joke and should be a shame taking what is a memorable moment and shattered it with their greed and lack of appreciation of their customers! This company should be boycotted! They suck!

      I was extremely disappointed. Spent nearly $300 on our daughters graduation items. Took 2 months to receive it after numerous communications. Then the wrong items were sent. Still trying to work it out. In the beginning was told needed to order by the end of January to have everything mailed to you. Paid the shipping. Then received an email stating some of the items would need to be picked up at the school. Still havent received everything and we are into April.

      Ordered a ********** for college graduation. Within 48 hours of ordering, I tried to change my shipping address. **************** acted like they were changing my shipping address and told me that "an email would be coming through to affirm the shipping address change." (Which is a red flag)Of course it didn't. Later I went online and saw that they don't allow shipping changes after 24 hours which is wild because you all know that they don't ship for forever and with their system my order probably didn't get through anyway. I'm frustrated that customer service wasn't clear with me and acted like I could change my shipping address. What were they doing when they were typing it in? Just tip-tapping on a closed laptop!?My recommendation? RENT your **********. Or, if you're like my ~lovely~ ************* don't give you an option to rent, BUY your ********** off of a student!

      The only option that our school is offering for Senior packages or to get cap and Gown for graduation is Jostens company, they don't even give a good costumer service or not even the option to change a package or return it?! I ordered a Jogger and a Hoody for my son, they sent it a wrong order, I ask for male they sent for female, the quality is cheap comparing their prices!, the jogger was damage! when we called costumer service(twice!) they told me that we cant return it or change packages??? WOW!. We need to stop that company who monopolize schools!! and talk to schools to get more options to other companies. they cant force us to buy what they want or do what they want with parent who want to celebrate they kids accomplish!

      Jostens has had my order and my money for 9 1/2 weeks and still cant provide me with a shipping date!! Nearly $300 for my grandsons lettermans jacket! Originally was told 6-8 weeks and a February shipping date. Now they say hopefully March. Thats their answer hopefully. By the time he gets it, it will be too warm to wear it! Shame on Jostens!

      I am incredibly dissatisfied in my experience with Jostens. Over $800.00 was spent on two letterman jackets that were ordered in November! My expectations were so much higher. Paying this amount was only acceptable because we thought we ordered from a reputable company. Our sales rep ******************* ***** wife have dodged several calls and texts. Response time has been poor and unprofessional. I was told these jackets would ship no later than the second week of January. This is false advertisement. Here we are in February and still no jackets theyre still in production. Such BS. Order at your own risk.

      It's impossible to figure out how to design a photo card you have already purchased. They give you a redemption code, but there is not prompt to design the card you already purchased, only to design new cards. I have been back and forth with customer service simply wanting to design the card I purchased. It's not working. It should not be this difficult. I have requested a full refund and plan to work with Minted or Shutterfly or a comparable photo custom site that is user friendly.
