      DId not send me an item (specialized tassle) I ordered for graduation. Instead of refunding, they send another after the event--which was pointless. Their reasoning for sending another and not refunding was that I would not have been able to wear it during graduation anyway? ... Why else would I buy it? Also, very over-priced.

      Look elsewhere. Seriously, dont waste your time. I ordered a solid gold Bachelor of Science graduation ring with a diamond to be updated for my Master of Arts degree, but instead of replacing "B.S." with "M.A.," they inscribed the number 24. Oddly enough, 2024 is already on the other side, so the mistake is baffling, even though they admitted it was an error. After returning the ring, I received the exact same thing three months later, with no changes made. When I called to confirm they had the correct instructions again, they assured me they did. This company lacks quality assurance and clearly doesnt know what theyre doing. Theyre not a reputable jewelry provider.

      Jonsten's sent me an email offering a yearbook for my child's school. The school let us know that Jonsten's wasn't doing the school yearbook this year. I had already ordered. They gave me a refund less a $2.99 service fee. I had ordered off the email they sent me for an item that doesn't exist.

      They sent a faulty protective cover and I reached out with multiple pictures and they refused any assistance. This was also after receiving the yearbook almost 5 months late. They are a terrible company with terrible customer service.

      So my son graduates the year of 2025 and we set up the entire ring the way he loved it and he was beyond ecstatic with it. We had it set up with the school name and his year on it along with his birth stone. After receiving my package i noticed the ring was not in there and looked at my order information and it said his ring was on hold so i called the company and when i was on the phone with the lady who was helping me she told me that the year which was in ***** numerals WAS NOT available for this year. So i guess its pick and choose what they want to do for years but if thats the situation they should NOT have it as an option to choose from. Now my son is very very disappointed with this outcome.

      I am still waiting for a yearbook from 2023. Stay away from this company and urge your schools to do the same thing.

      After months of attempting to reach out to Jostens and ************************************************* regarding my son's ***************************************************************** writing might yield better results. Graduating from high school is a significant milestone, and I had hoped his yearbook would become a treasured memento. Unfortunately, as of August 28, 2024, we have yet to receive the yearbook or any communication from either Jostens or *************************************************. This situation is deeply disappointing for my son. It is now August 28, and I placed the order on April 16, 2024. I am at a loss as to where the breakdown in customer service, communication, and professionalism occurred, but I am formally requesting a full refund of $142.79. I have exercised more patience than most. This situation is completely intolerable. I have contacted Jostens numerous times, only to be met with a barrage of excuses, falsehoods, and a level of unprofessionalism that is off the charts. I have had to escalate my request to your ***************** as it seems they are unaware of the extensive runaround I have experienced since I initially asked for a full refund several months back..

      Today I received my Yearbook, which was delivered to the school 2+ weeks behind schedule. This is inexcusable lateness considering that even if Jostens had needed to reprint and bind the entire order of Yearbooks, they would have likely arrived quicker. Upon examining my 2-week-late Yearbook, I found a series of mistakes which the **************** I was previously with never made.Stock images were used on the cover page, still visibly reading the word stock, showing that ******** did not bother to purchase the image. The name on my personalized Yearbook was not centered to any extent in the corner of the cover or by other means of alignment.******* was performed incorrectly and as a result of such, the spines lettering was not centered.There was only one autograph page, which was aimlessly placed in the center of the Year in Review pages. After viewing first hand how catastrophically horrendous the products of this company are, I would never recommend this company to anyone whatsoever.

      They willingly wrote antisemitic comments in their yearbooks without school or student approval. Distributing negative propaganda against any minority is unacceptable. They should not be allowed to be in business with any educational department inside the *************. Shame on them and they should pay the consequences to alienate any student minority.
