      Why do schools continue to use this horrible company??? Last year's yearbooks were terrible print quality, compared to previous years -- completely washed out and faded. They absolutely should not have left the press floor. And there is no way to get customer service on the phone. This year's school photos, while the quality is what you'd expect, the prices have increased 84% over last year. EIGHTY-FOUR PERCENT! The same order last year cost me $43, this year is $79! You've got to be kidding me. For the cost of my two children, it's costing me only slightly more to have professional family photos taken. Somebody needs to get this company in check!

      Horrible Company, ZERO ***************** Website is non working upon checkout. No one calls back from their chat service. They have no customer service contact number to resolve issues.

      This company is horrible. They should be shut down. 4 years of sports pictures and 1 year were they correct. 2 years of pictures looked terrible and when you call to complain and get a refund you speak with someone who can barely speak English. This year they did not send my daughters senior sports pictures and when I called they could not find anything so wanted me to send a picture of my cancelled check. I had to get a supervisor on the line to get my refund and she seemed to not care when I told her she should start looking for another job as this company was terrible. None of them cared when I said we have had problems for 4 years and yet these issues still happen. And it takes 6 weeks to get my refund. *************** and lack of any type of accountability. Don't ever by pictures from them. They do not even a 1 star rating, they are that bad.

      This people are either intentionally taking low lights, low quality pictures or they are hiring blind people to take the pictures. I can take better pictures with my old ******* Note 5 that my six years old son uses to play....or they are just doing it so you are so disappointed thar you opt to pay the "photoshop" touch up.

      Now for the second time they took my payment for an order online and I never received my childs picture. Every time you call there it goes to a call center outside the US and they tell you the pictures are coming in 2-3 weeks or the last time it was 6-8 weeks but they never come. No record of the orders but I have records of each of the payments made to them. I am beyond furious. I will be notifying the school district.

      What a horrible company to work with. My daughter had senior photos taken here. Then they proceeded to lose all record of the photos. There is no one to call. They say you can only get customer service by chatting online with people from a foreign country. There is no way to speak with anyone by phone so we can't get the photos that were taken months ago. They actually asked us to describe the appearance of our child to find the photos!?!?! We gave them the photo session # and they can't find anything. What the h*** kind of business is this? The school requires you use them so we had no choice but if you can avoid this company do so. Otherwise you may be stuck without photos on being in a chat for 2 hours when it only took 30 minutes to take the picture. This company is the worst.

      I can't stand this place. They took pictures at my kid's preschool and wanted $83 for 3 digital photos PER CHILD. No way to combine pictures to make a "family" package. GET WITH THE ****** LIFETOUCH. Most people don't have the money for this stuff in the first place, and most people don't want 18 digitals to print off probably 2-4 pictures. You could be a little more reasonable and flexible for families. I only have 2 ***********'t imagine how much someone with 5 kids would have to spend on pictures. They'd have to take out a second mortgage. If I could give no stars, believe me, I would. RIDICULOUS. My kids haven't even started school yet, and I vow to never buy their pictures from lifetouch. I have a friend who does amateur photography, which is literally what their photographers do, who I will have take their pics, and I bet she won't even charge me, and I can get all the digitals I want from her.

      This company should be ashamed of themselves. How can you take a picture with a huge reflection of your lighting equipment in my daughter's glasses? Almost every year we need to have retakes done because your employees take horrible pictures. Yet you expect me to pay top dollar for your picture packages. Shame on this company for not putting forth any effort.

      Ordered a package from my son's football pictures and never received it.. got an order form with the picture they took wanting me order online. They already cashed my check a month ago. Then when I called I got a foreign lady I couldn't understand. That wanted me to order again as well! When I again, explained I already ordered she then told me it would be another month to get my order. Football season will be over so the pins I ordered won't be worn to the games. All around not a nice experience with them.

      I needed a picture for my new job badge and employer insisted that it has to be done by "professional photograph". I came to a JCPenney Portrait studio and did it. It happens to be that JCPenney "just did photos" which are further managed by Lifetouch. In short, it took a whole week, repeated visit in person, several hours on the phone (it is extremely difficult to get any sort of real human customer support by calling *******************, more hours on similarly useless chat, ignored email and tons of nerves as delay of new badge making was essentially threatening my new job to get just ONE downloadable picture. It is a kind of action which in the year of 2023 should take seconds. Meanwhile, every attempt to contact Lifetouch was overfilled with "offers" to buy more and more of useless stuff for absolutely ridiculous amound of money, so much that it looked like an extortion attempt. The picture in question was "offered" as a part of "album" for $169, and one person I finally spoke with had the temerity to actually suggest paying that much for only one picture which by that time was already paid for! To add to all negativity, Lifetouch is "partnering" with Shutterfly, another producer of "memories" with its own "security system", taking customers' personal information with unknown purpose and conditions of preserving and "offering" more of the expensive junk. Next time I really will negotiate badge making based on a photo from cell phone, just like salary and PTO, so that not to do anything with Lifetouch.
