      If I could give them a zero star I would I ordered my son's school portraits back in September of 2022 and I called several times today February 14th 2023 called again they said they have been mailed out take 7 to 10 business days I have waited since September of 2022 and there is no local ************ number for me to call and everyone I talk to on the phone is from ***** staticky on the phone and I can't understand a word they are saying can someone please contact me and give me an update if I'm being ripped off or if I'm actually going to get my son's photos I even ordered a yearbook am I going to get that I will never do portraits ever again or order yearbooks from this company I should get these pictures for free and they should be expedited being delivered to me all this trouble and stress and being a victim of the hold button just to talk to somebody they can't help me

      0 stars if possible. They are the worst possibly option to use for such a memorable occasion like annual school photos. Why do they have a racket on this? Can't the school(s) use a real photography company with skills and compassion?

      I only gave 1 star because it wouldnt let me type if I didnt. The past 2 years I have had nothing but issues ordering from lifetouch. Over 2 hours on the phone with a rep I couldnt understand, to tell me he confirmed my children had retakes taken in school. Then shows me the original photo and tells me it was the retake. Then preceeded to tell me I would need to place a new order. 7 days later I get an email stating my girls photos were never retaken. Where did the original picture envelopes go then when the girls took them into school on retake day? Will never order from them again. Save your money.

      My life touch customer service would not put my order through after several attempts to order online. Website would not add to cart and the customer service chat option would not function ether. Quite dissatisfied as now I cant order pictures for my childs photo albums and capture that history

      I have been a regular customer since 2017. Just recently they let me down. They sent me photos that hadn't been touched up and that were blurry and dark. There was a weird gray box on top of my photos and they weren't true to size. I have called my rep and the company numerous times. They have been ignoring my messages and calls.

      I order my son's school pictures and they sent me a coupon code for free shipping. I used the code and it too th $6.99 off for the shipping. I put in my payment information and as I was ready to confirm my order I noticed the price went up. I noticed they added a $6.99 charge for what they are saying is a delivery fee. Why send the coupon code for free shipping when I'm still getting charged for it. Also the now have a $2.00 handling fee that they didn't have the last 19 years. So they are ripping off customers and basically lying to them. This is not ethical. They are a greedy company and will make it look like you are getting a good deal then turn around and add new charges so the price goes up and you don't save anything. These are parents that just want a nice school picture of their kids and to me they are taking advantage. I can not afford these pictures honestly, I'm supporting a family of 5 on my income alone but these are my kids and I ordered the pictures and got screwed over in the process.

      I paid over $100 for pictures in October. The status has been saying processing ever since. Chat doesnt work, email isnt responded to and trying to get a human on the phone is laughable. They stole my money! They did NOT provide anything, they just took my money. This is illegal!

      Lifetouch is the worst company ever for school pictures. Won't do a touch up unless you order their premium package and they screwed up my order. Our s hool no longer uses Lifetouch, thank God. I don't recommend them to anyone!

      I teach at a public high school in the city of Rochester, **.One of my students asked me about her photo package.I called Lifetouch. After traveling from push one number and push the other, a live person answered.She acknowledged that they had indeed taken this student's photo, but have not mail anything to her.When I tried to advocate for my student, I was told I could not do so, because of privacy matters only the parent or the legal guardian can do the advocating. I told her my student parents do not speak English very well and would have a tough time negotiating with Lifetouch. In lieu of this situation I suggested Lifetouch send me an email to show the photographer next week authorizing the photos be reshot. She seemed to agree and promised to do so. Today I got an email telling me that the parents and legal guardian should call and complain.This company is a joke. They use us teachers to sell their product, we even make sure every envelope has the correct amount of cash or the proper check. I am tempted to report them to the *** and The **************************, considering they do a big cash business...

      I paid for school pictures online. They forgot to send for him to take the pictures. He had a retake at school just for the pictures to never be uploaded into their system and lost. I had to get a refund.
