      Horrible. My son had his pictures taken early October, we bought a package and was told would take 2 to 3 weeks to receive them. 1 month later still no pics. I called them and they said sorry they don't know what happened but will send me another order of my pics and will take 2 to 3 weeks to get to me. Well another month later, still no pics. Called again and they said sorry they shipped just 4 days prior to my call even tho they said b4, a month ago, I would have them in 2-3 weeks. So here we are January 2023 and still no order so I called for the 4th time and they claim it shipped and said It didn't get delivered due to weather, but then said theres no tracking, and said AGAIN we can ship out a other order and give you a partial refund. They said they cannot expedite the shipping and couldn't tell me why, even when i asked how can you NOT set up faster shipping in this instance?. So again I have to wait 2-3 weeks again to get my order. This is absolutely ridiculous. We were supposed to use his pic for Xmas cards. Bought the cards and just waiting for pics, guess what, they never came. Smdh. Lifetouch is GARBAGE!!!!!!

      Its been about a month . Horrible service , supposedly my package shipped but they don't supply tracking information totally unacceptable.

      My son had Senior photo retakes taken at the Prestige Portraits studio located in **********, ** on November 17, 2022. The retakes were done because the photos taken on October 23, 2022 and October 24, 2022 at the school was unsatisfactory. Upon arriving at the studio for retakes I was told the sitting fee would be waived due to the poor quality of the photos taken at the school.We spent two hours in the studio taking different poses which consisted of Cap and Gown, year book photo, Tuxedo photo and different poses.After completing the photo retake session I was told by the staff to wait 2-3 weeks to receive proofs. Week 3 I logged into my prestige portrait account and the only photos that were uploaded was the unsatisfactory photos taken on October 23 and 24 at the school.I reached out to customer service inquiring about the senior portraits taken on Nov. 17 at the studio. I was told to wait ***** hours for the photos to upload in the system.After waiting 48 hours, still no photos. I called customer service back explaining what the previous customer service representative told me. Again, I was told the photos were not showing in their system. When asked why the representative could not give an answer but tried to convince me that I would receive proofs at some point but couldnt tell me when. I asked the representative what is his suggestion? The representative said he suggests to retake the photos. I asked if the photos were lost he said probably. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was transferred to ****** who is the supervisor. I explained to ****** my concern regarding my sons senior portrait proofs and the deadline to select the senior portrait for the yearbook is approaching. She advised me she would contact the studio located in San ****** and have someone reach out to me. After waiting a couple of days and not hearing from anyone I reached back out to ****** and was told there isnt anything that can be done for me. Still no proofs.

      My son did nit receive his photos along with his classmates. I already feel igmf they get their photos taken in September even Oct it should not take till winter break/December to receive the photos. Needless to say photos were handed out 2 days before winter break and we never got ours. I contacted life touch and they told me to contact the school as the office should be open still. There is no answer at the school. Life tough will not no help facilitate me getting my photos and will not even give me a digital copy so I can get them printed in time for Christmas to give to family members. The reason why we got the photos is to hand them out each year at Christmas time. I'm so fusterated and will not be doing school photos again with them. The customer service is terrible!

      I paid a good amount of money to have these photos printed and mailed to me, but just learned that (in spite of ordering them a month before Christmas) they will not be here in time for the holidays AND I have no tracking number to be able to tell where they are. I would not have ordered at all if I knew that they would take a month or more to receive and that they don't provide/use tracking numbers (the customer service person I talked to, who was fairly helpful, informed me that no tracking numbers are used b/c they mail standard shipping). I'm not used to paying so much for a product that is shipped in a way that is not trackable, and won't be doing that again!

      They did the kids pictures at my sons school, hes a sophomore. Apparently they LOST many kids pictures. My son had his picture taken with them but they claim to have lost his photo. Whats worse, he wasnt the only kid in the class they lost the photos of. Multiple kids in his direct class along with many students from other classes. I called lifetouch directly and they said they would open a ticket and search for his photos but they said they couldnt find them. Its sad they have a contract with schools but cant provide the photo services to all the children. They never reached back out to me with any sort of resolution. I was basically told to kick rocks. Avoid this unprofessional photography studio.

      The experience at our elementary school has been so bad with Life Touch. The photographers lack attention to details, so many kids need retakes due to eyes being closed! The printed pictures I received were extremely dark. I had to print them myself, which defeats the purpose of buying prints from them. Their customer service area is semi-helpless. They reordered the prints and refunded me for a bit of my order, but it's been 3 weeks and still haven't received them. They will not rush. They do not have quality control before sending the pictures. WHY DO SCHOOLS KEEP USING THEM?!

      Have yet to get my daughters proofs for her school pictures. They stated they sent them to me, they didn't. I've spent the last 3 months going back and forth with them and it's going no where!! I've had to repeat everything that's happened multiple times,,,how hard is it to get your kids school pictures!!?!?!

      Company offered 60% off senior portraits for a "final day" via an email that was received at 7:50 am in the morning and then did not honor it. I did a live chat the day I placed the order and was told to do the 40% promo code and that the next day I could call in and they would make it right. When I contacted them the next day they said they couldn't help me that the offer was expired before I even received the email! This is bait and switch.I was told a supervisor would call me back, but they have not. I have called two times today and tried live chat again (third time). In all three instances today they hung up on me before connecting with an agent and my chat was cut off in mid-sentence.

      I'm completely disgusted... you all have ignored me and I finally made time to put a decent complaint letter together. You botched my son's 6th grade photo, decided you were going to change the retake day with no update and then for a 3RD TIME I got my child ready and you TURNED HIM AWAY?! WTF!!! I'm so angry I can't put into words how I feel and all you do is have your call centers deal with everything which means your complaint goes in the garbage never to be dealt with, EVER!You're like a prisoner... you get a case # and you never get heard. Nothing will ever be done. It's been over a month, no one has called... I'll just keep posting complaints wherever I can until someone decides I'm important enough. I won't change my review this stays as a reminder to tend to the customers who keep you in business.And it's sad that all you do is take photos and you don't even hold onto pictures for a year barely before deleting them. Lifetouch was so much better when I was a kid. This new generation has really done a number on the quality of the company and it's standards, or lack there of. Ive gone off now a total of 3 times to 3 of your fake managers, I have 3 of your pointless reference numbers from the 3 complaint calls *** made in the last 3 months You all should be ashamed to call yourself business people. You run a sham of an establishment, your morality is obviously gone and its sad that there is only quantity no quality service anymore. Im disgusted and I wont be ordering pictures from you all anymore. Its sad that all I can do is complain and the only guarantee I have is that I know for sure you dont care about the individuals youre supposed to be serving and that you will not be doing anything about it. If you turn a blind eye youre just as responsible as the person who takes the horrible pictures, and just as responsible as the managers who **** out reference numbers aimlessly to patrons who just want a decent photo of their children.
