      I pre-ordered the basic school photo package on 8/15. Picture day was 8/16 and 8/17. On 10/6, I get an email that digital photos are available. Today my child brought home a LifeTouch envelope that was empty, save for a postcard with complimentary ID card and directions on how to order photos. FIRST customer service rep - crowded call center and could barely hear because of the background noise and a man yelling in another language; transferred to SECOND customer service rep who sounds like he was outside; both were unable to find my order number and never asked for a portrait ID. I am transferred again to THIRD rep who is in ****** and not able to help with my U.S. order. (In the meantime, I finally get someone on chat who places an order for replacement photos that will take 2-4 weeks - not acceptable.) Now on to FOURTH customer service rep; I again explain what happened and was told the pictures were sent to the school - who knows what happened from there. I said I had holiday plans for the photos, and I cannot wait 2-4 weeks for photos I paid for and never received. I asked to speak to a supervisor; fourth rep said that supervisor would tell me the same about no expedite. FIFTH customer service rep agrees to expedite my replacement order and refunds the cost of my order. While I appreciate the resolution, it should not have taken *over* 40 minutes and five customer service reps. *** must wonder how often this happens - photos paid for and not received - and people just give up.

      My daughter's school used them for school pictures. I paid for "retouch" with my package. Received the digital image did not notice a problem, the actual pictures arrived and part of my daughters face was missing. I contacted them. They assured me it was fixed new photos were coming. 3hours later I get a new digital image, problem was still there. I contacted them again (second time same day) to make sure they didn't print messed up photos again. Mr ******** service laughed at the misfortune of my child's picture but said new pictures were coming different than the new digital image. I received the new pictures and problem still there. I call again lady pushes for retakes. Send child to school for retake and the same problem! Part of her cheek is missing (same as previous).

      Lifetouch continues to disappoint me in so many ways!!To start with the prices of a package to have my daughter's photos taken is outrageous especially when I have 3 daughters and have to buy 3 packages and what is even more frustrating is the fact that I never received my daughters photos after trying to call and send e-mail was bad enough and I swore then I would never do it again but yet I was dumb enough to once again make another purchase of a photo package for my daughters on-line and I guess I should be grateful that I got 2 out of 3 packages back but considering this is the 2nd time of not getting my photos I am highly aware of my stupidity and the level of disappointment and aggravation that not only I feel but to see my daughter come home and excited to see her photos just for them to not be in the envelope was beyond my lowest expectations,I am not only at this point disappointed I am downright angry

      Charging parents a $2 non-refundable "fuel & labor surcharge" is crazy. The amount of money they are making off of that fee insane. Shame on you. Your packages are already WAY overpriced. $32.99 for a digital image??? Come on. I will take the photo of my child with my phone, which will be better quality anyways. Hopefully, with enough complaints, the school will use a different company next year.

      Never recieved my images in Shutterfly after purchasing from JcPenny Studios, called and chatted in. I was given the run around and promised they would be in the account within 24 hours. Finally they emailed me links to some of the photos I paid for. I requested to speak to a manager and was hung up on. They are unprofessional and charge for services they do not provide. I love our photographer at the studio but there partnership with LifeTouch is a huge disappointment.

      I also very disappointed in there prices of packages. I bought the midium package, cause at time all I could afford. I so wanted some of the special effect picture. Now if I want them I have to go back and ordered the deluxe package. Which is not happening, I could barely get the ones I did get. Not easy when on a very tight budget. Didn't will be thinking diffrent next year on ordering at all.

      Horrible customer service. The photographer had a horrible attitude with taking pictures of a one year old. And still havent received my pictures. The manager ************************* hung up on me and was very rude.

      the last 3 years lifetouch has done school pictures for our community and I hope 2022 is the last year. I have 3 kids and have yet to have a good experience with lifetouch school photography. my preK students photos had "2nd Grade" printed on them 2 years in a row. this last year, I ordered 3 student packages prior to picture day as always ($59.99/per child). unfortunately one of my kids was sick on picture day, no worries she made it there for make up day..... but her photo was not taken! not only does lifetouch have a list of the students, they had already taken money for her photos registered at her school location and a record indicating which students were still needed for her class composite. I've spent over 2 hours on the phone with lifetouch representatives, was offered a refund for her unfulfilled photo package and have yet to receive this refund. I inquired on how to get her photo added to her class composite and had gotten the response that it will not be possible, why though - nobody could answer why that is not possible. They recomm that I go to JCP (partnered with lifetouch) for her photos and gave a "free session" coupon code to me, this covered sitting fees only $17. I ordered less than my original lifetouch package and at a cost of $117 ( for about 1/2 the # of prints). I am beyond disappointed with the customer service, the professionalism and the fact I'll have to waste more time following up on a refund I've not received. I'll be sure to encourage our schools never use lifetouch for photos in the future

      I anm extremely disappointed in the lack of care that the photographers put into my childs annual photo. This year its like they didnt care at all what the kids looked like, and I have a very compliant child! Her dress was up at her waist and a photo shot showing her crotch, not just shot, but presented to us as one of the only four options to purchase!. A headshot cropped just below her chin rather than with her face centered appropriately. Its ridiculous, a waste of money, and a terrible loss of a moment that could be captured for us busy parents each year, gone out the window. Their prices are absolutely despicable, I cant believe theyre allowed to charge what they do for how little effort they put in!
