      Please investigate senior picture for price gouging. Us parents are being offered only digital print packaged of poor quality for $400. No actual pictures!! If you want an printed pic, then ONE 8x10 photo is over $50 and $15 to ship. Please help, our children are being fleeced for graduation pictures.       I went to order my sons overpriced photos online. During checkout, I see the $2.00 non refundable fuel surcharge. If his school had **** students ordering pics ,how can they justify $2000.00 fuel surcharge? They service every shool around. WOW! criminal money grab.

      i have had the worst issues with lifetouch the last 2 times my son has had school pictures when i realized the pictures i ordered on sept 23rd have still not been delivered on nov 10th i reached out to their chat i then had to speak to 4 different employees as the chat would continue to end. lifetouch is saying i put my name instead of my sons ALTHOUGH i did have to enter a picture day ID and his name grade and all that info so instead of them reaching out to resolve the issue they just thought they would keep my money and not say a word. then i had to go through all the people i did, i asked a manager contact me and have not been contacted. when the daycare my youngest goes to decided to use lifetouch i was instantly upset because i know the kind of sh*tty service you recieve with this company. this company is ran like a circus and they do not care about their customers. i would leave 0 stars if i could working with as many families and children i expect so much more

      Update 2022: crooks! this company stole my money 2 years in a row. I've paid for pictures 2 years in a row and they have not given me my daughter's pictures. Makes me wonder how many people they do this to? Chat assistance is very useless - all the numbers they give us can't seem to find anything. A company that continues to fail time and time again. And they added a $2 charge for costs and imporvments - doesn't seem to be helping. 2020/2021: There are consistent issues with this company year after year. Sloppy photographers, their codes don't work when you get the proofs (2 years in a row), they have terrible customer service, long wait times, poorly managed company.

      Before I placed my order, I zoomed in on my daughter's photo on their website and they ADDED ACNE TO HER FACE!!! I am a graphic designer and I can tell when something is Photoshopped and it was so obvious. Not to mention my daughter is 10 and has never had acne. They do this so you order the touch up package. I am never ordering photos from this c*** company ever again. I take better photos with my iphone. What a joke.

      Not good at resolving issues at all!!!! I called to see why I couldn't see the pictures online they said it takes 2-3 weeks to see them online. Why??!!

      A $2 surcharge added to every order for increased fuel & labor costs is absurd. Families are already paying an increase for fuel and now were having to pay for theirs as well? Thats a sure fire way to lose my business.

      In 10 years of having kids school pictures taken, our school switched to this ************** are horrible. Non of my kids remotely have the same pose, the lighting was super dark on all photos on the left hand side, & the backgrounds I wanted were all wrong. The dude that was taking photos had to have just rolled out of his VW bus stoned & un-showered. He had zero experience with children & getting them respond to him. When I called customer service and asked to speak to someone in charge, she informed me that she was located in ******* and had to put in requests for me to speak to someone in *****************. Super unhappy with this EXPENSIVE company.

      Ordered pictures and over a month later I still havent received them. I spoke with someone regarding not receiving my order and was told the order was place but she cant explain why they werent sent/delivered. So now I have to wait another 2-4 weeks for pictures to be delivered. I only order pictures to be sent out for the holiday and unfortunately they wont be in and time what a bummer . I do not recommend this service.
