      $17 for 1 8x10. $7 for shipping, $2 for Fuel and Labor Surcharge.WHY DO SCHOOLS KEEP USING THEM ?

      Paid 40$ for my daughters school photos and I never got them, the school was no help and neither was the company so I hope that money they stole is going towards something useful ??

      I ordered my son kindergarten pictures . When everyone got those pictures he didnt get his . I have the order # and everything and they tried to blame the school . I still dont have the pictures hat I ordered and have gotten the run around by them . They also have his name spelled wrong and I was told I could not change it ! This is horrible service not to mention over priced . These schools really need to consider getting someone else to do these. The pictures are precious memories that we are giving them responsibility to and they are a hot mess !!

      I recommend that literally no one spend their hard earned money on this ridiculous business! Way to ruin a good moment between parents and kids by being unprofessional in every way. Pictures came out terrible nothing professional about this piece of c*** business. Was lied to by the employees and still the problem was not fixed . This business should be shut down its nothing but a joke and waste of actual professionals money . Replace all your workers! Make your business better or end it this is the worst photography place I have ever used and will never use again . RIP OFF get a real job because you **** at this one!

      My son was sick and I ask if I can take a graduation photo in the office at ********* another day because he will need the photos for the slice show of his graduation, and they told me that it will not be a problem ,they send it to the school with time and I was surprised when I watched the presentation there wasn't a photo for my son, I email again that could you please include the photo in the yearbook that will be delivered on September, 3 months later and surprise again there wasn't a photo in all the yearbook of my son I bought it an nothing, they lie to me and I pay for a yearbook I waste my money. Very disappointed

      They already increased price of each picture every year and now they want $2 surcharge fee to all orders for fuel and labor. I want to order a digital photo, but customer ******************** said is no longer available. It looks like it is conflict with $2 fee for fuel and labor, right? I should not allow my kids to take any pictures during picture day if I don't do any business.
