      the idea that every person should pay $2 extra surcharge is ridiculous. This is not acceptable. The school should reject your company and seek alternatives that do not add massive fees to the already high priced options.

      Would give a 0 if I could. The photographers don't even try to make the kids have a nice smile. This company is quantity over quality. Years now I haven't been able to order school photos. I know my kids and it isn't hard to make them smile. Disappointing our school still uses this company.

      Extremely poor custumer service today!! I was sent the same picture on two childrent placed in the same order, to avoid shipping and handling for two different orders. They both go to the same school, but different grades. Today I tried to get an answer about why that happend and a refund or my other child's pic. sent to me. The customer service person was not able to help me with neither, she insisted that the order showed two pages for the same child. The website is very confusing, now that Shutterfly is part of it, so you don't really know who will you get the picture from, and then one doesn't know about the other. I will not order Life touch pictures again. The schools should not contract this company anymore. Also, the custumer service person seemed half asleep, I could barely hear what she was saying, very hard to understand her English, and no willingness to help. The connection was breaking up and I didn't get my issue resolved in the end, after spending 2 hours to try and connect with someone live.

      Unreal. Im charged a $2 surcharge per student for LABOR and FUEL?! I should be paying for the pictures, not your employees paychecks- thats your job Lifetouch! And why am I paying for fuel? Are you going to deliver my pictures to me? This decision to charge your customers to fund your employees paychecks is a horrible look.

      Poorly edited photo. When asked about fixing the editing issue, said it was caused by a technical issue in the upload process (what does that even mean?) and there was nothing they could do. It wasnt on the original, so it didnt make sense to me as to why they could undo what they did. Also, $2 fuel cost on all orders? Isnt that part of the contract they have with the school theyre working with? Its not like youre delivering the photos to my house. **** will take care of that about 8 weeks after I order them.

      This picture place is a rip off. How can the charge us a surcharge for fuel and labor. Your already getting paid by the school to come for the pictures. Then you also get more money for each package of pictures parents order. It's not up to the consumer to pay for fuel let alone labor. How is this our problem because you don't want to pay employees properly and you can't afford the fuel.

      Adding a fuel and labor surcharge to orders is a very poor choice. Can I send lifetouch a bill for my electricity and internet usage?

      If I could give 0 stars I would. In a time like this, it is disgusting that you are charging fuel and labor fees? Is this a joke? $2 per student at each school you take pictures? That is quiet pricey! The cost of school pictures are already ridiculously high and you want to s**** parents over more? Not to mention I already wasnt a fan because the pictures arent very good. I can get a better picture on my phone! I have also paid for pictures before that I never received. Nobody responds, Ive tried customer service and messaging ********************. This company is shameful and schools really need to look for a new company before parents just opt out of school pictures all together.

      FUEL CHARGE!! FOR WHAT??? A non-refundable fuel charge must be paid if ordering online. However, if you order at school, there is no such charge. This is a completely unfair practice. It's also unfair to charge for fuel. No one is delivering pictures to my home. Don't bother asking for a refund. They will tell you it's unfair and that you're right, but they will not refund it. They will offer a coupon that expires in 2 months towards more pictures. School pictures won't be taken again in the next two months, so the coupon is worthless. I'll NEVER order from this company again.

      absolute garbage. this company literally cannot take pictures for the life of them. its genuinely depressing that this is *****'s first choice for school photos, let ALONE grad photos. words cannot describe how terrible these photographers are.
