      Unprofessional. My son is special needs. He wears noise cancelling headphones on occasion. They did not take his headphones off for the picture. Also, he had a nice shirt on but was wearing his hoodie. Nobody cares about taking a quality picture. Why can't Lifetouch try to do it right the first time. Ridiculous.

      Never again. You guys will not be getting my money. I'll go to ******* for cheaper and better quality service.This year they waited to do elementary school pictures till right after lunch. My poor daughter and I spent all morning making her look nice thinking photos for elementary children would be done right away. (makes the most sense right?!) Young children don't know to "fix themselves up" before a photo and they get themselves looking pretty ragged within a couple hours. My daughters hair and outfit were looking pretty rough by the time they did photos. It was right after the kids were outside playing in the wind and sun for lunch. That didn't help the look of the photos. The photographer doesn't even help the kids look more tidy for their photos. Went to order and am in total shock of the rip off pricing. $20 for 1 8x10? Are you joking? I was going to add the name and school year but that's an additional $20. Touch *** are also and additional $20. In total, this makes 1 measly 8x10 $60. I usually buy 1 8x10 each, then scan them at ******* and make 8 (4 each) more 8x10 copies. They're just as nice quality as when you get from these robbers. We have a unique family that we need this many 8x10s. Guess what I pay for the 8 8x10s at *******? Less than $10 for all of it. This year, the photos look blurry for both my son and daughter. Last year, I didn't even get any photos. They just never came. I'm ****** and will not support this company ever again. I don't think any of the schools should either. Your not in the business of making memories but in the business of ripping people off to get rich in a short time. You suck!

      HORRIBLE! Wish I could give 0 stars. They don't deserve even the 1 star I had to give.They got my son's grade information incorrect. So although I reached out to them 3 different times to fix it, they were unable to. They just kept the original info and added his actual grade next to his name. Not only is it common sense that a student should not be in 2 different grades, it's not what I asked for 3 times! It should've been fixed the first time around. I eventually gave up. So incompetent and not worth the ridiculous prices they're charging!!!

      Constant runarounds. There's no way to email them, you have to call or chat during their business hours. Terrible communications between them and ******** yearbook. The photos are just missing. Neither site has them to buy other than for the yearbook. The company had to come 3 times to the school to get the shots, the first they screwed up, the second was a no show. Then the photos are terrible, shadow on them, or frowning, it's like the photographer was trying to get a sullen look. If any schools are reading this, get a local photography company and stop using this big chain.

      Do I have to give 1 star? I received a separate email of My Collection for both of my children from the past several years. One child's collection has this years picture and the other does not. I called to see why and they had no idea, they could put in a request to add it. Does not help me with an order I would like to place today to get the Cyber Monday deal. In addition getting a hold of them is challenging. I called the customer service number, they had a message that they could send me a text and I could chat with someone. The first chat was with AI and completely unhelpful. Then I moved on to a human, they couldn't assist with My Collection, so I had to call the number I had originally called. After several prompts I selected the option to have them call me when someone was available (estimated time 11 minutes), someone called 18 minutes later and still not able to resolve my issue. Why would some pictures be in my collection and not others?

      I am in disbelief of how bad our photos look this year. They are blurry and dark. The proofs didnt look so bad. When the 8x10s arrived they were horrible. Other families from our school and other schools in the community are all posting about it as well. The quality has gone way downhill.

      What a terrible way to do business. Ordered a single 8x10 of my grandsons school photo from the website (FOR $29.00!!!!!). I tracked it with their *** mail innovations shipping. It disappeared from tracking before it was transferred to the ************* ************** and yet they are blaming the postal service. So I contacted customer service (via chat because they apparently have no humans available with phone skills). They admitted it was lost and said they have re-ordered it and wait another 4 weeks to see if this one shows up. Meanwhile they would give me only a confirmation number and not another order number so there is no way to track or check the progress of order or shipment. Im not convinced I will ever receive a photo.still waiting.

      HORRIBLE!! I wish I could give them a negative star. I ordered pictures on October 26, 2023 from *********************************************** and they were never delivered. The school put out an announcement stating that many of the pictures were not delivered and the ONLY way to obtain them was to call Lifetouch. I called twice! The first time they told they would send the pictures to the school within a week. I waited two weeks and still NOTHING! I called them back and they passed me around to three people. The last was a supervisor named ****. I am now on the phone with him and he shared that he is working on the orders now and I should receive them in two weeks. This time they asked me what address I would like them to be delivered. Now I should receive the pictures within 10 business days.

      Terrible! First I preordered my sons photos and never got them. So when i called they stated that his picture was missing and they needed to try to find it in the atmystem and could take 2 weeks. 2 weeks later they still havent ound it and they didnt even put the information in the system they asked for. Then i get the proofs sent home. They had his name completely wrong. So then i call the say ill fix the name and reorder. Good great, well 72 hours later no photos. I call again didn't fix the name and says the other person did it wrong. To rectify they will rereorder the photo. 144 hours later no photo I call again. Still have the wrong name and still arent helpful. They want to rerereoder the photos to rectify the situation. When I pressed that this is rediculous and what to know why if they have the photo, why is it not being sent to me. Avoided the answer and kept repeating the same thing about another 72 hours. This is absolutely rediculous!
