      I paid for a photo which I never received. I have been working with their customer service people for 6 months trying to get a refund. They keep telling me that "it is in the mail." Or, that they have my address incorrect even though I provided it no less than a dozen times. The customer service is absolutely abysmal.

      The company has now changed the packaging format so that Digital copies cannot be added to the custom package. SO now to get the copies so I can send pictures to family over seas I have to buy their package that I have no interest in or buy the digital separately for 40 dollars! I will be encouraging the school to seek another provider.

      Rude and unprofessional people working for this company. I wanted to get my senior photos taken this year so I contacted customer service. The lady told me to show at my high schools auditorium on Friday @ 7:00 but that was a lie. I went inside the school just to find out the auditorium was locked shut. I wander around the whole school to see if it was being held somewhere else but that was not the case. I contacted customer service again and they said the photographers were here for my appointment but it was at a different setting so technically they lied straight up to my face. I complained to this lady saying that this company needs improvements on communication but she transferred me to a different agent and this agent automatically ended the conversation with me after I ask Why am I talking to a different person? At this point, I might as well not be in the yearbook and hire a private photographer to take photos of me. It sad that they cant communicate to their customers. If you are a parent, do not let your kids get their school photos taken through lifetouch. I hope this company will not be in business in the future. THEY DO NOT DESERVE ANY MONEY. HIRE A PRIVATE PHOTOGRAPHER TO TAKE PHOTOS, DO NOT USE LIFETOUCH.

      TERRIBLE customer service and business. I purchased a package the day of picture day. Then 6 weeks later, my child comes home with the proof flywe to order the pictures. They spelled her name wrong and I never got my initial order. It took me 4 tries with customer service (only on chat) they won't speak to you. And the 4th chat resulted in a work ticket for someone else to do in 5 days! I'm no longer going to support this business.

      As of the time of this writing, I am giving one star. These are the reasons: our school has been using this company for some years and it seems every year the standard is getting worse. Those who are taking the pictures did not seem to look like they cared or that they would listen - why must they fixed a spot, and asked us to sit in the same position, and asked us to tilt our head a certain way? This time when the photographer asked me to tilt my head the way she wanted, I even said that would be my bad side. She did not respond nor say anything. And just like that, I had the worst shot ever for the angle. Also, the lighting seemed to be so off - it was gloomy and dark all over and made me look ten years older. I compared the few previous years pictures, and this year's definitely the worst. I am requesting a retake, but I am not too hopeful at this point. It makes me wonder, what kind of training do they give to these people who are taking our photographs?

      Im very disappointed in the photographer who took my sons pictures. He could have let my son or teacher know how messy his face was before taking his picture.

      This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen! We paid $59.99 for pictures, and received an empty envelope back. When I called to explain the problem, I could never talk to a person. Finally I resorted to using their customer service chat feature, and after two separate attempts still could not get the pictures or a refund for the products we never received. I will NEVER use Life Touch again. We will hire a private photographer rather than use this one. I am also going to the school Board to recommend we stop using Life Touch. I am not the only parent (or grandparent) who did not get prints with their paid orders this time around. I don't normally leave bad reviews, but I am absolutely astounded at the lack of support and care I've received from Life Touch. All I want are the pictures we've paid for. This company is by far worse than any I've dealt with.Good Luck staying in business Life Touch, you are truly awful. I wish I could leave zero stars.

      Terrrrrrible!Heres my case number : ******** Went to the ********** location to get photos taken of my children. I asked the photographer twice to fix the mat my children were standing because there was a large noticeable bump that would show in photo. The associate stated its fine - wont show. Well guess what - it did.I have been in touch your manager ***** who has not replied back to an email given for correspondence. Also another associates email that no one relies back on.Even your customer service on ******** does not respond!!! Fix this! I was told my was processed refund on 10/30. When I spoke with ***** was told it was sent to back office because I paid by check? I paid with debit card! FIX THIS

      Awful, convoluted complicated ordering process. It's as if they figure out the best way possible for parents and friends to order pictures of their students, and then set it up to do the exact opposite. I can understand the expense of sending out photographers, the technology required to store and retrieve millions of pictures, and the cost of printing and shipping. And a similar service provided independently is going to be more expensive. But why make it so difficult to order pictures? Once a student has been added to an account, why do we have to jump through hoops to find and order pictures for the current school year? We should be able to see all the students pictures, for all the years that they have been taken and stored. And it's even worse when ordering pictures for multiple students at multiple schools.

      No 1st grade pics ********* have no 1st grade **** ** Lifetouche did not process our paid order. When I called bc pics never arrived I was told they were being sent out. I waited 10 more weeks no pics. Contacted them again, they stated pics were not able to be printed bc we are over 9 month time frame. When life gives u lemons u make BBB reports.
