      I placed the order for my daughter and my son. My daughter received hers at school but my son didnt receive his. I contacted Life touch and reordered more and I would be getting them shipped to my home. A week later I received photos, but it wasnt my son. I called life touch again and was given a case # after an hour on the phone. They said I should receive in 2 weeks, I waited 3 weeks and still nothing. I called AGAIN, he was going to reorder, I asked him to verify what my child was wearing and again its the wrong child. I ended up asking for a refund. I understand why they are not BBB accredited, they obviously cant run things right.

      Horrible. I purchased school pictures, paid the day the pictures were taken. Never received the pictures. Other students did my child did not. I contacted them and they said it would be 3-4 weeks. ??? A month later I contact them again. They said said the pictures will be sent to my home in 2-4 weeks.....I'm waiting to see if that happens. You pay alot of money for a school pictures. I never had this problem with my older children but they never had pictures through lifetouch.

      Horrible, cannot get ahold of anyone, they take your money for school pictures and we never get them! Then tried to order from an older picture that I paid for, well apparently you only pay for the rights for 6 months? Then they expired and you are no longer able to access them that is crap! Your are taking pictures of children if someone pays for a digital copy the. You should send them a digital copy or make them accessible for life! What a joke!

      Ordered my son's pictures in September. Paid in advance. Never received the pictures. It's November and I keep getting the run around. Almost impossible to contact only to be told it's " in progress ". After reading the other reviews I'm afraid I won't be getting my pictures. I'm going to complain to the school. I don't have money to throw away.

      Poor photo taking skills, untrained photographers, and a website that doesnt function properly are just some of the complaints I have with this company. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. We will not be ordering any school photos from them this year and will continue to not order until they get their act together.

      My family has been ordering pictures from Lifetouch for about about a decade through school and sports groups, and every year, their quality gets a little worse. In just the past year, we have photos where there are obvious large stains on the backdrop, a hair light was not used so my kid's heads blend into the background, the photos for an order were not able to be paid for online the day of a shoot. The help link to figure out what to do was a dead webpage, and there is no phone or chat for customer service on the weekend for help with shoots that occur then. The photographers half the time do not seem to be trained for how to interact with children. And not only my kids but other kids will have poor quality images and unprofessional facial expressions. There are so many good photographers out there that I am lead to believe that Lifetouch must not pay photographers well or give them support so that quality professionals do not want to work with that company. In addition, the package combinations make no sense, like they were put together with zero feedback from customers. I'm simply waiting for a competitor to rise up and make this company nonexistent so that families that are just trying to create memories are no longer stuck with such an unprofessional and uncaring business. I'm not even sure why I'm leaving feedback because with other reviews I've seen online and on Reddit for quite some time, the company obviously doesn't feel they have duty to customers.

      So very disappointed in lifetouch I've ordered for many years ..this year not one but two of my children's pictures had white streaks going through them know 5x7 and 8x10 pictures. Yes they said they will replace them but now I have to wait 3 to 4 weeks to even receive them . This is ridiculous it isn't that hard to check a phot before packaging it. Do better!!

      I would give it 0 stars if I could. They used to provide free class photos in the past and from this year they started charging $9.99 for a print and apparently there is some 'prepay' program where people can order before the picture day and will have 48 hours to order after the picture day where you wont be charged 'Shipping' fee! If you miss that deadline they charge you $5.99 for shipping! RIDICULOUS! a piece of paper to ship costs $5.99??? Charging for class photo is itself ridiculous and to top it they are charging shipping charges!!! When I contacted via their online chat system, their agent mentioned all these 'fine print' items and said they sent flyers to school to be circulated. I looked up the said flyer and no where does it mention about this ridiculous 'prepay' program. These people are cash grabbers and trying to cash on parents emotions by charging ridiculous pricing on the prints.

      ZERO STAR REVIEW, BUT BEING FORECED TO SELECT 1........Worst Company ever!!!! Spent a week on the phone and email with them for them to do nothing. We spend this money to get pictures of our kids, and they come out horrible, and then the package you buy, you can't even get access too.

      I purchased digital prints this year and to my surprise, they sent them with the year and lifetouch logo printed on them. This was not disclosed prior to my purchasing or even during the process. I contacted them to see how this can be addressed and they provided no solution, no refund, nowhere to submit my complaint. Had I known, I would not have purchased.
