      I would give US Bank a zero if possible. This has been the work customer service I have ever received. I opened my business account with the company because I have a personal account with them. After feeling out the application, they stated I was approved. They never contacted me stating they needed extra documents. And when I received numerous statements, all seemed fine. Then I received a letter saying they were closing my business account. Frustrated is an understatement. But I thought perhaps this was a sign. I called and was informed they closed my account and issued a check for the funds. I have yet to receive the money. So I called, and have been on hold, speaking with numerous agents, and was informed it was sent on October 28th. However, she didn't know where the money was? She called Cafe, but couldn't remain on hold. Now, I am on hold again. This place is a joke. They said they are open from 7am-9pm CST. I am east coast, and no one is answering the phone I just want them to return my money so I can promptly end my relationship the company.

      I tried closing my account after Fraudulent charges have been made my account was never closed after the date they told me it would be closed. Never shop with this bank it takes a whole two weeks to close your account and you have to go through hundreds of loopholes. Worst customer experience I’ve had with any banking institution by far in my life.

      One of the worst cards I've ever had. Customer service is an absolute joke. Credit limits are low, even with a great credit score and perfect payment history. Been a cardholder for years. Never a missed payment, never even a balance. They will send you correspondence inviting you to apply for credit increases, run a hard pull, and then deny you. Rewards are limited and complicated. Thanks for the nic in my credit for nothing.
      Do yourself a favor, just apply for a different card. There are much better options with much better benefits out there.

      This bank branch doesn't even deserve a 5 star. The manager doesn't even greet the customer with a smile on her face and just simply asks: "How can I help you?" I was trying to get my account released from being on hold and yet she doesn't even try to help. I told the manager that I need to have my account released immediately and instead she changes the words around when on the phone with the fraud department. She tells that I would like to have my account released as soon as possible. I never said "as soon as possible." Does she even have hearing problems? The manager doesn't care about customer service nor the customers. All she says is, "I'm just following the rules." Who doesn't know that. Honestly, I feel that I'm being discriminated and not have the right to do whatever I want with my account. There are other customers who withdraw large amounts too at this bank and the manager says that there are customers who have their own situation. Yeah, I see and get that. When it comes to a customer, they should be treated with respect. No matter what business it is, customers always come first. I recommend you go to a different bank and stay away from this place. Go to Homestreet Bank. Their customer service is way better and free coffee. As for this bank, it lacks customer service.

      They have error filled records on my account and will not investigate the errors properly. Also they are violating my privacy rights, by denying my opt out of financial data sharing with non affiliates. I guess I will have to sue them to get an appropriate response.

      I am very frustrated with US Bank. I deposited 5,000 for a CD which was for 15 months. It matured this year on August 25, 2024. I did not want the CD to automatically renew and called 10 days prior to the renewal date. They sent me a letter with a copy of the check I was supposed to receive. It has now been over a month and I still have not received my money. I have spoken to at least 6 representatives. They were supposed to stop the original check and issue me a new one. Someone was supposed to call me back to let me know when I will get the new check. I have yet to anything and have no check.

      Worse bank ever to have your mortgage at. Call their 800# you will be told inaccurate information that will cost you money. Also if you go into the bank to pay on your mortgage the tellers put it in the wrong area or account and I received an extra charge. They do not follow any notes you may have placed on your account.

      Was considering opening an accoubt with them. Today I went in to cash a check that was drawn from US Bank. Was charged a cashing fee, since I did not have an account with them. Based on that single unscrupulous fee alone, I've decided that they are neither worth my buisness, money, or anymore of my time. Frankly, I hope their customers take their buisness elsewhere.

      Worked with JORDAN in tech support simply asked her to get me connected with the verification department she had the worst attitude from the beginning of the call put me on a blind hold twice for over 10 mins refuse to come to connect me with a supervisor or give me any information to have call pulled or file complaint. I was going to bank with them but thankfully this happened.

      falling star, i live in the hills 80 some miles from town where you can shop ,i due all my shoping on line well cant due that , i need a pellet stove , and secound mode of transpertation but 1 dollar over a thousand your card is reject and i just deposeted 31,000 in saveings my fault... and was planing on dumping 750,000 in cd,s savings bonds ect,ect,... I recomend calling fdic,fbi, and the banking comishaner in your area state or town they cant keep you from your money talking about REJECTS cawooosh with us bank
