      HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Trying to actually speak to a real person on the phone is impossible! I have a vehicle that the lease is ending on and I wish to purchase the it. The dealership needs a "purchase quote" in order to move forward, but the phone number provided is never answered!! I called four times today and everything is automated, and in order to get in the que to speak to someone, I sat on hold for 15 minutes each time listening to horrible LOUD music this is offensive to listen to (probably their plan to make people hang up) only to have the call disconnected the last time. All I want to do is purchase my vehicle, but no one can be bothered to respond.
      In the past I have had good experience in dealing with other agents of US Bank, but a reorganization of their leasing department needs to be given serious consideration.

      Horrible customer service and unprofessional. I recently filed chapter 13 bankruptcy in April and they placed an unnecessary hold on my account. My attorney sent them email, asking to have the hold uplifted and it was uplifted up until May 22, 2023. My debit card declines when I try to make a purchase or bank transfer. I have been on the phone with customer service, the bankruptcy department, supervisors, and managers ALL MORNING all still haven’t been fully helped. When the call disconnects, the agents NEVER call back which is unacceptable for a call center job. I have over $500 in my checking account that I can not use because of this bank. I would like a response from this company regarding my experience, thank you.

      I lost money to the malfunctioning ATM in this bank location and US Bank has me stuck in an infinite loop of calling the service center to get my money back, but ** told to go into the physical bank to get my lost money back, but the workers in the physical bank cant help me and tell me to call the service center to get my money back. No one takes responsibility for the US Bank ATM at this location! Even with my receipt that proves the money was in my account before the broken ATM reversed it the bank refuses to help. Extremely poor customer service by the workers here.

      I've had a credit card with US Bank for 1 year and they are just now sending me the terms of agreement. I have an interest rate of 24.5% and would have never agreed to those terms if I would've know up front. I'm a 62 year old woman with credit in good standing and I don't know why the interest rate would be this high.

      MAYBE TOO BIG TO FAIL BUT TOO AROGANT TO PROVIDE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I just got off the phone with US Bank's customer service and fraud department. They blocked my account because I used their Zelle service twice in one day. It was a frustrating experience as I was lied to, treated very rudely when I asked questions, plus different reps gave me different information. I decided t make a complaint...lo and behold a lot of customers expressed their displeasure. See their comments below: The people are incompetent and frankly rude that work here. They say the call will be returned but it’s never returned. Horrible customer service. No one knows anything. They will ask for all personal detail, including my SSN, The fraud department is garbage and has absolutely no knowledge of their jobs. This is by far the worst bank I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. I implore you to stay away from them. I am a victim of a US Bank NEGLIGENCE!!! This is not the first time US Bank have double crossed me. I don't know why I continue to bank with them. I will surely start to look into other banks asap!!!!!Stay as far away from this bank as you can. No one there knows what theyre doing and they will mess up your $$$. no one has time to deal with your bank not letting you access your funds we have bigger problems. Your banking should be the easiest part of your day not with these clowns. stay as far away from US bank as you can!

      Look I have never had the time to leave a review for any business ever. These people, purposely are withholding my paychecks for weeks now. They have told me to verify my identity, given me the false fax numbers yo do so. The people are incompetent and frankly rude that work here. And have wasted my time and money on purpose. I hope they are investigated and shuy down if they do this to people. I have spent weeks trying to *** my money from them. They tell me how to verify my identity. I do exactly what they say. Then they say what i have sent will not suffice. Then i redo the verification process. Then they tell me its not the right fax number. They have had me speak with the senior specialist she hung up on me. All the while laughing in the background from time to time. It's ridiculous. I have bills to pay and they are purposely giving me false hope on being able to get my direct deposit.

      My account is being charged overdraft fees, even if I have money in my account. When I try to call, a manger is never available to help. They say the call will be returned but it’s never returned. I will be banking somewhere else as there is too many system errors.

      Horrible customer service. No one knows anything. They will ask for all personal detail, including my SSN, and they still can't open an account without my card number. And kept forwarding calls to others, and they hung up with no information.

      Was with this bank for 5 months. I got 5 different cards in that time because being flagged for fraud on purchases like dinner or grocery shopping. The fraud department is garbage and has absolutely no knowledge of their jobs. Not to mention they held my money hostage so I couldn't even make a purchase of greater than $1k per day for the first year of banking with them. This is by far the worst bank I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. I implore you to stay away from them.

      Horrible Scam, Wont release my insurance money for my house. Never get a mortgage with them. Issue has been going on for over 5 months.
