      My husband and I have banked with Usbank for years. Recently, I was calling the fraud department to report a "potential" threat. After speaking to someone in the fraud department, she had given me the option to cancel my debit card while the investigation was proceeding, or not to cancel the card. I was out of State at the time of the call, and so immediately I said, "No Thank You", I NEED TO HAVE MY CARD! Long story short, unbeknownst to me, my card had been cancelled!!! UGH...Soooo Terribly Annoying & Frustrating! It's probably been over two months since that had happened and I'm still trying to CLEAN UP THE MESS which Usbank had caused. Trust me when I say, that if the process of transferring my funds to another bank were easy, I would do JUST THAT. Who knows, after all of this BS... I may seriously consider that.

      I am a victim of a US Bank NEGLIGENCE!!! keep an eye on your credit cards and credit reports as they love to get your financial condition messed up.

      I don't advise anybody to open an Elan account, My experience with them has been terrible! I will post this on as many sites as possible in order to help someone else from having this headache.

      I have been a member of US Bank for several years. I am having trouble opening up additional accounts. I have been calling your Customer Verification Department for 2 business days now and have been on hold 46min32sec onetime 40min on another and no one EVER answers. I called US Bank CS and they listen to my story then transfer me to the same dept where I wait and wait on hold. This doesn't make any sense. All Im trying to do is open up a student account for my son, they want to verify him but don't answer the phone. This is not the first time US Bank have double crossed me. I don't know why I continue to bank with them. I will surely start to look into other banks asap!!!!!

      stay away from this bank. Awful customer service. no one knows what theyre doing. Just an awful bank. Go the smarter route and get an Apple savings card. Better rates. I was sold on this whole you can instantly transfer between accounts thats not the case. Honestly if you are researching about savings account means you have a great head on your shoulders. Just awful fraud detection services my card has had soooo many holds on it for all odd reasons and not once did they just simply send a text (Y/N) no instead they hold my card and I have to find out the embarrasing way. I open up a savings account and I can't even access my funds .5 different agents/reps all told me different things. They have overdrafted my account by the literal thousands of dollars when I never once even asked nor wanted overdraft. Its simply If I don't have the money for it don't honor it. PERIOD! Its simple. honestly US Bank has been one of the more stressful banks I have ever dealt with. To think consumer banking compromises so much of its revenue one would think they would invest more into their management, automation and support for their accounts. Just stay away from US Bank. I had a better time with a checkings account with Wells Fargo and Capital One tbh! I know during this "banking crisis" there are fears about regional banks but heck even credit unions are appearing to be the more optimal decision. Just a headache to deal with. Never a good experience. Its my money why can't I get it NOW! Be careful with their products. This is the last product I will ever go with from now on from US Bank. Stay as far away from this bank as you can. No one there knows what theyre doing and they will mess up your $$$. no one has time to deal with your bank not letting you access your funds we have bigger problems. Your banking should be the easiest part of your day not with these clowns. stay as far away from US bank as you can!

      I had made a withdrawal from the ATM at Meijer Oak Creek. $300 dollars of the $340 never came out. Branch Manager Jeremy told me "just call this number" to get MY $ credited to my account. Ten days later after 2 disputes were filled and over 4 hours on the phone, I still do NOT have MY money, never received the phone calls back from "randy", been told multiple times "they are having technical difficulties and can not assist me" unacceptable business practices that after a decade of banking with them I will be closing my account.

      After more than 15 years of having a checking account, us bank decided to close my account for no reason. No one in online or local bank has any information. It caused me enormous problem and penalties to clear all auto payments. Hoevere, They still hold all of my money in this checking account including my federal tax return for more than 3 MONTHS and there is no sign of releasing my money. This illegal act need to be investigated in full serious manner. Please help us!

      Why do you steal from poor people who have less than nothing, scraping their pocket change away, and then demanding to pay for what you took? Is that how you get your jollies? You are a sadistic, evil corporation, and I hope you burn to death.

      Hello,I've been banking with US Bank for ************* now. I've lived in my residence for 22-years & own my home. I went in for a loan to improve my homes exterior for $18,000-$20,000. I'm still employed full time & make over $52,000 per year. The loan officer denied my loan & was very nasty with me. His name is ************************* and this is the ** Bank located in **************. on *********************** He cut me short & wanted me to take a HELOC loan for $40k, which is not what I need. He had the time of me submitting my loan incorrect. He was just bad to the bone. I'm very very disturbed by his conversation. I see that this bank has bad reviews and is rated 1. I just wanted to vent & complain. Don't use this bank for a loan.

      Poor service. Customer service personnel provide false and misleading information. In my current situation today I find they have been LYING for 3 days. DONOT use USB as primary financial institution for your business. Doing all my moderate to high volume business with them for over 7 yrs is my biggest regret today.
      One of the representatives, Jeff, screamed at me and was condescending. None of them have any empathy training. They keep passing you to the next person where you have to repeat same info over and over in a single call. I was still tolerant of that till I got evidence today that they were actually lying.
      Also they told me, a bank that does online financial business, doesn’t have a email to lodge a complaint for security purposes. They are actively making it hard for customers to lodge complaints. They gave me a POBox number address to lodge a complaint.
      Very disappointing US Bank. You have lost my trust.
