      Filed a dispute for a charge wrongfully charged to my account. After sending in their paperwork, on my dime, and taking a hit for insufficient funds because they dragged their feet to give me credit, they turned around and denied the claim after that. I then turned around and sent them information with definitive proof showing my card should not have been charged, and they refuse to accept it as the vendors fault. At the end of the day I dictate where my money goes, right? If I say it's an unauthorized charge and send in definitive proof showing as such, shouldn't that be enough? Not for US Bank. I was excited for having them at first but now will be moving on to one that has their customers back. Everyone beware. Thanks for taking food out our mouths US Bank.

      I am not a customer. I was interested in transferring money to US Bank because of their advertised CD percentage. I made an appointment for a telephone call interview so I could get some information without driving over there. I received two email reminders of that telephone appointment with Melanie. It was for 3 p.m., April 25. I had my wireless phone beside me so I could pick up. She never called. I did not miss the call. My phone keeps a record of missed calls. The only one I missed was at 1:20 from Pomona.
      I won't be a customer.

      We wanted to close are account . We had. 1.10 in there but saind we could nt have pending charges. But 2 days later we were over drawling. We my daughter put 150. In are account by mis take it was with Zelle . They wouldnt give her back her money . Now a week later 500 over drawling because of overdrafts fees over and over again. Also I am sure they have stolen money for us. Plus they did take money for me . When my frist husband had pass away I. 2000. They didn’t care . Stay away for this bank

      Everytime I have called the customer service line I have been given different answers. I have been hung up on multiple times especially after requesting a supervisor. One rep that I spoke to today 4/21 at around 2:15. Kept putting me on hold and then hung up on me as soon as I asked for a supervisor because this was my 7th call. I deposited $6119+ within 60 days of opening my account. They are stating they have no records of those deposits despite me being able to view them on my physical and online banking statements. They “lost” the records so I don’t qualify for the promotion I was sold as an incentive to join the bank. They sent me the promotion and asked me to join their bank as a way to gain business after Bank of America closed in our town. I will be closing my account if this does not get resolved.

      Do not recommend US Bank. US Bank has the worst Customer service ever. Not Helpful. Froze my checking without cause and without telling me. Finally got them to admit their mistake and unfroze it but damage was done. They did not help me fix 4 different return payments to Venmo, SEMO, Alltru and Missouri S&T. I had to fix and pay the fees that USBank caused me. They fired the kid that froze my checking by mistake which I never asked for that. I just wanted them to fix their mistake. They don’t return supervisors calls and the only way to talk to someone with any authority, you have to go into the branch in person..

      Truly scam artist. Made me pay 746$ for an appraisal to a house I was never approved for! Denied my loan and blocked all calls from me. When reached out to corporate they insured me I was due my earnest money. But when contacted Tracy ******* office here in arkansas she told me "tough loss" and hung up

      Had a mortgage with Union Bank, they forced me to open a checking account to pay the mortgage. I was transferring funds to the checking account to pay the mortgage, they then assessed a fee of $25 a month for having less than $1k in the checking account. After selling my mortgage to another company, the charge for the checking still happening per their fees. I never received any statements after the mortgage was sold to another bank. This was actually due to their system saying my address was not deliverable which is odd since I was getting statements until that point. This made it seem like everything was transferred / credited back to me. Sadly, this was not the case and all the extra money that was sitting in checking was dwindled down until the account was closed. All that extra money is now gone and I never knew about it.

      My daughter sent 150 to usbank are account it was the wrong person they sent it too. Usbank won’t return it to her. Now are account is over drawing. Last week we try to close it it had 1.10. They told us we couldn’t close it. I know they have stolen money out of my account. We have overcharged that should be over turn. We had money in the bank at the time: plus when my frist husband died he had money is his account. I never got it bank. This bank needs to be look in too. Don’t do business with them

      Very helpful and kind, especially in the middle of the night. I spoke to three employees, and they were all very helpful. Their names were: Mariah, Heidi and Shanika.

      This bank is a hot mess and to be avoided at all costs! I had multiple horrible unprofessional experiences with their branches, their branch managers and their business merchant services in AZ. One after another. Do NOT be suckered in with a $500 promise to open an account. Banks don't give away money unless they are desperate and I predict this bank fails soon. If you are smart, pull all your money out!!
