      THEY FREEZED MY ACCOUNT WITH NO REASON!!!
      I give 0 star for this bank. This bank is so horrible. They freezed my account with no reason. When I asked about the reason, they said they holded my account to review and will close it because of check return. I showed the proof and receipt that the check was not a bounce check and the money from the check was completed deposit into my account. So, what mean is check return? When I showed the proof, they said that the account was being reviewing because of no reason. Until now, I cannot access or use my account because they are still holding it without any reason and notifying. They did not give my money back. Besides, the teller and manager of the U.S. bank branch in Brookhurst, Westminster, CA are very rude. They did not want to help you to solve the problems, they always denied their responsibility to their customers. The manager yelled at me when I wanted to know the reason why they holded my account. They just wanted to chase me away and still kept my money. Additionally, I tried to call them serveral days, but they did not answer the phone. I tried many different phone numbers, but they are still afraid to answer their customers calls. That’s very terrible! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. Stay away from this bank, especially U.S. Bank, Brookhurst, Westminster CA. THEY WILL MAKE YOU LOOK LIKE A CRIMINAL!!!!!

      Elan Financial, based in St. Louis MO, issues and services credit cards. There customer service is horrible, atrocious and inexcusably terrible. If you call customer service you get individuals who are poorly trained. When you ask for a supervisor they leave you on the phone "holding" for another 3-5 minutes and return to tell you that a supervisor is not available.
      I called to close my account with them. Without going into all the boring details, they literally prevented me from closing my account with them.
      As I write this, my horrible account with them is still open and I will try another 33 minute phone call with them tomorrow.
      Never touch this company!!

      Worst experience EVER. There is ZERO customer service. ZERO. Go in happy, leave unhappy and dissatisfied. Do NOT bank with this company, in the 8 MONTHS that I have been with this lack luster bank, multiple times I’ve had a POOR experience with your employees in the Campbell, Ca branch. Besides that? I NOW get a vast number of FRAUD calls where I didn’t in the 15 years I’ve been with Chase. I’ve had to call two times for two different transactions that weren’t correct also. Enough is ENOUGH. I am DONE. After LESS THAN A YEAR I AM TAKING MY MONEY ELSEWHERE

      Absolutely Ridiculous. We had a business loan with US Bank in the early 2000's. Even though we paid our payment regularly, they called our loan due. We went ahead and paid as asked. They have leans on some of our equipment for some reason, even though the loan was satisfied. We tried calling US Bank and are getting transferred and transferred and transferred and transferred. All we wanted was for them to do what they should have done. They expected us to do what they wanted but we are not supposed to expect US Bank to do their part. Amazing... No wonder they only have 1 star. Someone please help us take care of this.

      Will not and have not closed proposed TRIAL LOAN MODIFICATION ASSISTANCE PROPOSAL OFFERED ON DECEMBER TWENTY NINETH TWENTY TWENTY TWO. After payment was made to reinstate and bring account current on ONE FOUR TWENTY TWENTY THREE After a Forbearance period due to natural diaster and notice of approval for assistance in form of LOAN MODIFICATION IF WE NEEDED.
      AND WE DID NOT THANKFULLY. OF THIS THEY WERE INFORMED. ACCOUNT WAS BROUGHT CURRENT THE BEGINNING OF JANUARY AND US BANK WAS NOTIFIED OF THE REJECTION AND NON ACCEPTANCE OF OFFERED LOAN MODIFICATION THROUGH SEVERAL EMAILS TO MAP(AT)USBANK(DOT)COM ON 1/4/23 AND 1/5/23. ALSO THROUGH UPLOADS ON THE ASSISTANCE PAGE. AND A PHYSICAL MAILING OF LETTER REJECTING THE LOAN MODIFICATION AND ANY OTHER ASSISTANCE. THAT THEY RECIEVED ON OR AROUND THE 16TH OF JANUARY 2023.
      But here I am today calling several times getting no clear explanation and unable to make my normal mortgage payment online as payment are blocked due to the assistance that I REJECTED ALMOST A MONTH AGO WHEN PAYING THE REINSTATEMENT AMOUNT TO BRING ACCOUNT CURRENT. BUT YET THE ASSISTANCE PAGE REMAINS EVEN SHOWING THAT THE MONEY I PAID IS PARTIALLY GOING TO THE ASSISTANCE TRIAL PLAN. WHEN IT IS NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
      US BANK FIX THIS!!! I SMELL A RAT. QUIT PLAYING GAMES WITH ME AND OR BEING INCOMPETENT AND COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE TO EVERYTHING I HAVE SENT IN THE LAST MONTH.

      Horrible. They charge me $25 every month maintenance fee i call them asking if they can reverse it. They respond no , i said i will close my account which i had for 15+ years and they said ok without a blink and closed out my accounts- Horrible customer service.

      Their app is inaccurate, and they admit it. They told me to obtain another app that isn’t related to their company. Their computer system makes decisions that their supervisors aren’t able to alter. Their customer service has gone to crap in the last few years. They immediately say “you’re wrong”, “you did this wrong”, etc.
      My father was forbidden from accessing his money in a joint acct with my mother for 7 months after she passed away. They just shrugged it off, and said “well, the system will give you access when it gives you access”. horrible company. Beware!

      I have a US Bank credit card that apparently US Bank doesn’t ever like to tell you when the payment is due until a few days after the due date has passed so they can charge you a bunch of late fees. When chatting with customer service, I was told that it’s “far-fetched to blame US Bank because having a credit card means I have to pay it.” Obviously, I pay my bills when I receive them but if I’m not receiving a bill, I forget about the payment on there. They don’t send me anything in the mail and they don’t email me the statement or anything. US bank’s response to me was shocking, unhelpful, rude, and very unprofessional. I can’t believe the customer service and the shady billing practices…or lack thereof. Terrible!! I completely regret consolidating my debt with Usbank.

      If I could rate this review for US Bank a zero I would. I was a US Bank customer for 10 or more years now. Never once late on my credit card payment. Although this last year I 've spent more money using the credit card, but the payments I have been making were above the minimum payment. Recently, I received a letter from them indicated that they will increase my APR from 22.24 to 25.74 with the reason "due to my spending" so as they claimed. I called and asked that why am I being charged an 25.74 APR in January while my Jan statement says only 22.24? I didn't not have an answer for me. They are charging me an additional of $10.23 more on the interests alone. This is how they make money by ribbing off their customers. Imagine $10.23 additional per customer multiply a million customers like me worldwide. Do not ever do business with US Bank is my best advice.
