      I've been a cc customer for many years. This past month I accidentally paid my credit card twice. When I called to ask that they refund it, I was told they would have to research it and it would take 15 days. I'm like...what would you have to research? You can see the double payment. They needed my routing number and account number from me – which they already had on file. There is no reason it should take 15 days to correct an error like that.

      Would give 0 if possible. They allowed close to 5000.00 to be stolen from our account, told us the account was closed when we reported the fraud and the thieves were still able to steal 119 more the day after the account was closed. It has been 8 days and we are still getting the run around to get this fixed. Been told different info by different employees. Not returning our calls until days later.

      I used my credit card to purchase something that turned out to be a scam. I know that I am responsible for paying off the balance. US Bank thought my card might have been compromised but I told them it wasn't. Instead they canceled by card and account and said I was not meeting their expectations. I know I am at fault but why cancel my card for making a stupid mistake?

      Opening this credit card through my credit union was one of the biggest mistakes that I ever could have done. The customer service representatives are all incompetent and unwilling to help you resolve any issues.
      In December of 2022 I had opened a capital one credit card and attempted to conduct a balance transfer from Elan to Capital One. Capital One sent the check to what they thought was the correct address that was provided to them from Elan, however it was not correct so i had been waiting for 3 WEEKS. Every time I reached out to Elan Financial to figure out what the issue was, I was met with hostility from the several customer service representatives and have been hung up on several times. They simply could not understand that I had completed a balance transfer. They told me i completed it the wrong way, did it incorrectly, etc. At one point one representative had told me that she couldn't even see a balance transfer request on my account.
      After speaking with Capital One and then Elan, we were able to figure out that Elan was not providing the correct address to Capital One so the 4k check was lost in the mail... FOR WEEKS.
      During this time in which I was waiting for my balance transfer to go through, I had an automatic payment of $200 I had wanted to reverse because I'd rather put it towards my other card with NO interest. I had reached out to the credit card company and was told by several different representatives that I could get my money back... this was BEFORE Christmas. Now it is mid January, I still did not get my money back so I reached out to Elan where the customer service representative said they sent me a letter denying my request and had hung up on me yet again. I called back and spoke with a supervisor who still was unable to help me get my money back. She stated that the most she could do was put in a request for my money back and that would take another 7-10 business days.
      DO NOT use this company as they constantly play with your money!

      I would really rate this bank a 0 stars. Especially certain customer service people. I had a call from a US Bank rep named Mitch (sounded very young), who was very rude on the phone. He also asked me questions that were highly personal and said he would close my account if I didn't answer them. However, when I did, he already had his mind made up. He just told me I was Lying and so I said "go ahead and close my account". I was so happy I only had $.43 in my account at the time. I really did not use this account except for a few small items. It didn't mean anything to me except I had obtained a mortgage a few years ago and was thinking about a possible refinance with the Bank. Now I will never return to get a mortgage or do any banking. It's too bad how this young smart aleck will probably be gone in a short time but my feeling about this bank will remain!! I will NOT go back to this bank for any reason!!

      So US bank owns Elan Financial (Fidelity). I've had both cards one with US Bank and the other with Fidelity. I closed the US bank card because it didn't work with Apple Pay. The Fidelity Visa was stolen and someone in Germany was putting charges on it. When I diisputed the charges they removed everything except a 50 dollar charge and told me to pay it. I flat out refused..... even though the merchant gave them their money but they reported me 30 days late and my score dropped 60 points. I'm still fighting this mess as of Jan 12, 2023.

      This bank doesn't want you to use YOUR MONEY. My debit card has a 1 thousand dollar limit.
      And when I try to buy things online, my debit card just keeps being flagged for fraud.
      In the United States, the average rent is OVER a thousand dollars, just like mine is. I cannot use this bank to even PAY MY RENT!!!!! I have only had an account for maybe 2 months, and I am already done with USBank

      This company does not support military families and SCRA benefits and if they choose to, it’s at their own discretion. I’ve had zero issues with any of my other credit card companies receiving the SCRA benefit. This company refuses without a court order. I will be paying off this credit card and cancelling my account. I do not recommend to any military or non military affiliated families!

      I went to an ATM Machine to deposit $100 of my money and it spit out an error receipt and kept my money. I called customer service they said it could take 10-40 days to get my funds back, I told them that is unacceptable as it being my money especially since I have the error receipt with a code/time/date. I might have been frustrated and the service representative “Rick” who would not give me his branch location started to laugh at the issue and admitted when I asked and said it didn’t really matter to him as it didn’t concern him. I asked for a manager and he put me on hold for 20-30 minutes and said her computer was broken. He had no empathy and it was a horrible customer service experience, I get I was frustrated but to laugh at me and my situation and admit it, and all I could think about is this guy has my social security number in front of his eyes and all my other personal information and with the lack of professionalism on his part I don’t know what he would do with that. He said his name was Rick would not give me any other information and it was around 8:30pm CST and I was located in La Crosse Wisconsin. I have been a customer since 2014 and I have to wait atleast 10 days to get my funds but if it was the other way around you would charge me an overdraft fee everyday. It was such an inconvenience which took about 3 hours of my life I will never back. I called back to request a supervisor and it is Tuesday 3:0CST and no supervisor has contacted me at all or anything. This is horrible and very much thinking of leaving this bank for this experience I have received.

      They are literally are holding my money I have been trying to get a card sent to me since last month you either cant get through to anybody and if you possibly do you get hung up on or they say they are gonna do something like get a card sent to you and you never receive it I have called over a 100 times it’s crazy I have never in my life seen anything like this
