      I have never been more enraged when dealing with a credit card company. The attitude and nastiness of the “customer” rep was abhorrent. My account was 4 days overdue and they shut me down - without any notice. The payment had already been wired, but for some reason it takes days to clear AND over the holidays. I had also been in the hospital. I always pay more than the minimum and have Excellent credit. I was so pissed that I just plain flat out cancelled the card. Premier Worldperks. Avoid this bank and it’s arrogant useless customer witches. They pursued me in the Kroger relentlessly to sign up. Good riddens.

      U.S. Bank is currently holding my money hostage due to a "fraud review" since I set up a Zelle account to send a payment to a business colleague. Now my account has been disabled for 24 to 72 hours while a mysterious department I'm not allowed to speak to reviews the account activity. I am appalled at this absolutely byzantine business practice. I cannot pay bills, I cannot access my money AT ALL. I understand the need to protect against fraud but when I, the account owner, is willing to jump through hoops to reopen the account, and am denied with zero reason, it is no wonder trust in the banking system is abysmal. No wonder people continue to stuff cash in their mattresses. DO NOT BANK HERE.

      This is the worst bank that has ever been on the planet 2000 characters is not enough to describe how absolutely abysmally they treat customers. I've been with them 14 years and I can't stand it anymore. Today I have spoke to 5 people about charges being reversed a supervisor was supposed to call me back within an hour which didn't happen, I called back again and was transferred to an extension asking for a 7 digit extension I was not given. These people are literally not doing their jobs, holding my money for ransom and refusing to take the necessary steps to resolve this. They are blaming another party for their lack of effort and lack of humanity in dealing with someone who is stranded away from home while traveling, can't get home to my kids, cant buy Christmas presents for them and literally refuse to do their jobs to accredit my account with the funds the vendor merchant and hotel have refunded. Please investigate these scum bags who should not be allowed to deal with other people's finances. They do not provide services needed for a financial institution.

      I have been trying for several months to get a pay off letter for the camper we financed through this bank. I paid it off early, I knew there might be a pay off penalty. I called for the balance including penalty and then made that payment. I received a statement saying I owed them 8 cents. I walked into a branch and paid the 8 cents! Still no letter releasing the lean. I made numerous calls before someone finally said there was a $75 pay off penalty still hanging out there. Really! So I was given the address to mail the check to and told to write 'early pay off penalty' on the check. I did as told and mailed the check on 11-28-22. I get it back today saying they can't post to an acct with a zero balance! Omg! This is like the twilight zone. Now we will be making MORE phone calls and I just bet am told that fee is still hanging out there. This is like the twilight zone. Never again will I trust this bank.

      My husband went to withdraw money from ****** **** ******** did NOT give him money but atm said it did. He went inside told tellers, they did NOTHING to help.said nothing they could do. Called number on back of atm card got told that location atm has gliched many times now have to wait 45 days for his money cause to do an investigation. Will never recommend or use again.

      I received a letter about change in my escrow payments.To avoid my monthly payment increasing I went into the branch and paid the shortage from the current year & the increase for upcoming year. Unbeknown to me the branch rep applied the payment incorrectly even with having the letter from the lender. When December bill came I discovered my payment was the larger amount as if I hadnt made the payment. I called mortgage customer service who had to reapply the **********************. She ********************* I have to sign a letter for the bill to be reduced and that I could wait until the bill had been corrected before I make a payment. She assured me she would call on Monday to let me know whats going on. I did not get a call or vmail. In fear of getting a late fee I paid the higher bill signed and returned the letter. Today I checked my account and no changes were made to Januarys bill. When I asked the customer service why no changes were made she stated the signature needs to be wet. I asked why no one told me that before or even bothered to send the document in the mail with the letter stating what had to be paid. I only got an apology. My original lender sold my loan and I hate it. US Bank is unorganized and has **** poor Communication.

      I put $1400 into an atm for a deposit. I received a receipt saying it couldnt deposit or return my money but Im welcome to file a dispute. No reason given. Im already late for my rent because of it and its Christmas and I cant get any gifts and theyre not helping me at all! I cant believe something like this could happen to someone! And they dont seem like theyre in any sort of rush to help me out. Horrible business

      Just found out I have been ripped off for the last 5 years by US Bank. I have been paying a monthly fee that was not necessary, I have talked to 5 separate people at the bank to get these fees put back into my account and have been told that this was not going to happen, and I should have read the fine print.At one point I asked who was in charge of **************** and was told that they would not give out that information.

      Applied for a basic credit card and received a denial letter, despite excellent credit. Called to get clarification and was passed off to 3 different departments before landing with someone from underwriting who was no help at all and insisted the only way to dispute the response was to send a written letter to them. Thanks for that, but were in the 21st century and I dont feel the need to plead my case to you by snail mail for a basic credit card. Representative showed no sense of caring or compassion for the frustrations of such a basic request.

      Be forewarned!! Your personal/private and account info will be shared!!! I had a credit card with State Farm Bank (never any issues) then they merged with US Bank. I rarely use this credit card, but recently made a large purchase and wanted to pay it off with my current bill so went online to check out my exact balance before submitting my payment. That's when I discovered that they had someone else's FULL account and personal info. on my account profile. The only thing I shared with this person was first and last name. The other person lived within a few minutes from me, so I contacted them and suggested we go in person to the local bank to get it resolved. When there, the bank manager admitted that they regularly merge accounts and a mistake was made. To resolve this issue, he called a support line and proceeded to verbally tell the support person the other person's social security number and mother's maiden name in front of me! Can't believe that a bank had such disregard for personal private info. and gave me sooooo many opportunities for theft and fraud. They said they would resolve the issue and I just checked my online profile, they removed the other person's account, but now have given me someone else's phone number! Good thing I have the option to edit and correct it myself since this bank seems careless and has a complete disregard of keeping clients personal info. secure. And they apparently don't pay attention to details, which is scary when it comes to handling clients money and accounts. Will definitely cancel this credit card once my final payment clears.
