      Going on 3 years of having a secured card. Absolutely horrible customer service. My credit is excellent they refuse to upgrade my card without another hard credit pull. Please dont waist youre time and money. Theyll hold you back vs help build credit

      Business banking clients, don't walk... RUN from US Bank. Their technology (website) is atrocious. I waste so much time with them that I want to save you from what I'm dealing with. RUN!!!!

      Id give them zero stars if I could. Got my card the 12th and by the 17th theyd put a block on it because they ASSUMED something was wrong based on how I spent the money in my account. 5 days after opening an account they decided they had enough information to block my account and refuse to unblock my account which only has $8.12 remaining until I submit documentation to prove who I am. You cant speak to anyone in their fraud monitoring department because they claim its offline. And when you voice your frustration over this happening, you get told well just hold your money until you submit. Literally stealing peoples money because they dont feel comfortable reverifying everything you had to verify to activate said account!

      Run away from US BANK. Do NOT bite their credit card bonus mail to save your money and hassle! You would get nothing and just waste your valuable time! Absolutely false advertising! Worst ever credit card experience!I kept receiving US bank invitation mail to open the credit card for $500 worth points after $2000 spent in the first 120 days. Plus It has good rewardfor gas stations. My partner is a truck driver and I applied the credit card with him as the authorized user, my credit score is over 800, it got approved immediately and I thought I made a good move. Well it is not the case at all! It started to decline charges after severaltimes of use. There is no message or email fraud alert like other credit cards to have you confirm it is valid or not! I called in and the phone service was poor with an average waiting time ***** mins. Worse, they cant help on the phone with bad attitude. I was told I had to wait for them to call me in 2 biz days! Of course no one actually called. I chose to go to the local branch to identify myself to approve it is not fraud. For a hour in the branch waiting on the phone again, the card finally unlocked. You thought it was the end of the story?? Not at all!! They locked the card again about a week later and I had to go to the branch AGAIN to go through the same hassle. They do not text you or email you to confirm with you if it is fraud or not! Not at all!! They just lock the card without any communication!!!! With more than $2000 spent, I thought I would expect the bonus points worth $500 and the spent reward points. Well US BANK knows how to avoid paying you the bonus! They just closed my credit card!! Since the card is not open, even the statement I got afterwards showing I earned the points worth over $700, I wont be able to redeem them. I tried to respond to their closing letter by providing all the informationpossible and today got the exact same letter as the first one (no single additional words). Ridiculous bank!!!

      Had problems with fraud. Tried calling multiple times while it was happening and had to endure multiple hour waits. When I was finally able to reach someone they refused the dispute. The representative I talked to said I should have no problem getting the money that was stolen from me returned due to the fraudulent websites that were charging me, but after almost a year of battling with them for ************************************ I gave up and decided I would never do business with us bank or any affiliates EVER AGAIN! PNC has always handled my disputes professionally and relatively fast and thats how a bank should be. US bank *****. They will not help with anything you have issues with. Do not bank with them. You will have more luck trusting your money with a crackhead.

      Thieves! My employer pension fund is held at US Bank (over $100 million). They incorrectly entered my account number and deposited my pension into an account at US Bank that does not exist. They can't understand why the money has not been returned within their own system. They fully admit the error but can't reissue the deposit until the first one returns, which they say could take months. It's their mistake within their own bank where both accounts are held but they can't ******** the issue. It appears they stole the money and want my pension fund to authorize another payment - so they can steal it again. Closing my accounts ASAP!

      After attempting to a payment on the credit card and having errors, I changed the autodraft to just take out the minimum payment. Needless to say, while the CSR, her supervisor, and a manager all agree I did in fact change the autodraft, they are still going to try and take out the money, the full balance on the credit card. Never again.

      They have done nothing for me but make one mistake after another.First they opened up a credit account at *****% interest without any notification they charged me min payments and charged up to $500 plus interest before my book keeping notified me Second I go to teller to cash a personal check, gave them my ID and my bank card to account that I requested to be cashed from and they were so lazy that they picked easiest account on their computer screen which is my father's account that is on fixed income held the funds on him and notified him that it was in fraud department even though the whole time checks were fine.Third, today I decide to follow up on a check that I deposited on my business account via app nothing at all in account what so ever. So I tried to deposit it again and said problem call customer service to fix issue. I call online banking customer and they have absolutely nothing can't tell me that even see the second attempt mins before where it told me to call. To make worse ask for supervisor and she transferred me to an answering machine.This is how you feel about my money time to move on to small bank again. You guys have class action lawsuit written all over you. Sadly if we won you would just ask tax payers to bail you out anyways.. No integrity bank =usbank

      I filed a complaint for same issue last month, with US Bank taking car payment out when it should have been stopped. No one can answer me as to why it happened again this month! I am beyond disappointed in the lack of care from this bank and the efficiency of returning my funds as quickly as they took it out. Waiting another 10 + days for reimbursement. I would never recommend your bank to anyone. Due to issues last month, I closed my banking relationship with US Bank.

      Never Use US Bank.They're deceitful and fail to value their customers. They basically told me to do their job by notifying them that I was not receiving statements. Statements on an account I had no idea transactions were taking place. I received statements for one account but not the account that showed they, US Bank, were accruing interest at my expense. Almost 3 years this went on until I was notified that I had negative balance of $17.+ Only to find out, that was not the case, and it was actually upwards of $1,800. Big difference! ! ! !I will never use them again, for ANY financial purpose, even if they were the only option available. I'd rather put my money under my mattress.
