      I have attempted to call twice because deductions were being duplicated. Then the duplicate caused the card to have a negative balance and I was informed to send in the amount the card was negative when in fact I should have has a positive balance if they did their bookkeeping correctly. Worst experience ever with a rewards card

      I have a account with ENT Credit Union. I want to make it clear that ENT is awesome and I LOVE their service for 11 years! I got a credit card through them and it was done through Elan financial, also Know as US Bank. So I messed up and had them charge one of my accounts on the 17th that had insufficient funds. Ok, my fault. So I set up a charge from the proper account. Cool no problems so far. THEN the next day on the 18th came around and I see Elan charged my account with the insufficient funds AGAIN!. Over drafting it again. So I call the bank to see what's going on. The bank said Elan charged it again and they have no control over it. So I call Elan also known as US Bank on the 18th and they say they do not have any knowledge of the second charge and it should not have happened. Now I am lost, because if they continued this I could have overdraft charges and things can get messed up really quick. If they had simply informed me that it was going to continue to charge that same account, I could have just put money in that account. But they are persistent that they have no idea about the second charge. So I had to completely close down that account. Now I do NOT trust them with any of my account information anymore! I ask Elan how to pay the bill without giving them my banking information. Elan inform me the only other way is snail mail. Even though Elan has a link for PayPal and Google pay in their app, but that is NOT a way to be able to pay the bill? I even went to pay a bill in PayPal, found the correct account with Elon Financial and paid the bill through PayPal. Was given a confirmation # and thought it might be ok. But The following day it was refunded from Elan. On the 19th Elan tried again. Elan statement was manipulated to make it seem like everything was done on the 19th. After dealing with snail mail and my payment being late with a $25 fee. I DID find a digital way to pay. Elan said this was NOT possible. Elan Financial is a INCOMPETENT COMPANY!

      I received an offer for a balance transfer card. When I talked to the representative, it seemed as if I would get approved for a large amount. I ended up only being approved for a small portion of what I requested. I called back to tell them that I did not want to transfer the amount. The representative assured me they would cancel the transfer request. They did not cancel the request though. I called back later and it turns out that the representative I talked to wrote a note that said I needed to cancel the transfer with my other credit card company, not with US Bank. They did not tell me that though. I feel like US Bank took advantage of the situation I was in for profit. They concealed the truth from me. I feel this is probably a common practice for them. They are a large bank that takes advantage of people for profit.

      The business model is a complete failure. The company offers mortgage services, and by "offers", they purchase mortgages from small brokerages. As this is a line of business, the company should be able to offer a market-competitive service that permits mortgagees to pay their mortgage online without having to open a corresponding bank account with the company. However, instead they state that this is not an option and you either have to mail in a check (which is ridiculous given the current pandemic environment when mail is constantly getting delayed or lost) or you have to call in and make a payment (which incurs an extra charge of $11.99 in order to facilitate this type of payment). This is absolutely ridiculous and any company holding itself out as "US" Bank should easily be able to fix these issues. Instead "customer service" makes it the problem of the mortgagee and shows that there is no service at this company.

      My name is Anush *********,
      I bought a car Toyota a Tundra from US bank. I have requested a lease extension. When I contacted them several times for a lease extension they keep emailing me the same form to be signed after I have signed it several times and resent it to them they still say please sign the attached form. I have fax confirmations and email confirmations.
      Unfortunately today Aug. 10th 2022 on my birthday they have towed my car right from my house after I requested several times for this lease extension. I am disgusted by the actions that have been placed on me. And not only do I not have my car but I am now covered in fines and fees for this issue that could have been easily resolved by US Bank!

      This bank has refused to allow me to log in to my several accounts for almost one month now. I have spent over 27 hours on phone/on line with them. Last response was time to log in was "indeterminate." This is also costing me $$$ as one of the accounts is an investment account. I have invoiced them for my time(as FA) at the reasonable rate of $200/hour which is what I would charge any other client although I am the clinet.Thinking something "funny" is going on I tried to inform their fraud **** yesterday-they were extremely rude and refused to act upon my request.Next steps:OCC,, FDIC,etc. which will take weeks or months.They have my money!

      THE PREPAID CARDS ARE A RIP OFF BUYER BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PREPAID PRODUCTS MY KIDS BOUGHT A GIFT CARD ON MOTHERS DAY AND I TILL CANT USE THE CARD I WAS NOT ABLE TO EVEN ACTIVATE THE CARD WHEN I CALLED I WAS TOLD SOMEONE TRIED TO USE THE CARD BEFORE IT WAS PURCHASED SO IT HAD TO BE REPLACED I HABE MADE A REQUES TWICE THE CARDS NEVER ARRIVED IM ON THE PHONE NOW WITH A REP FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY I ASKED FOR A SUPERVISER I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD NOW FOR OVER 15 MINUTES

      I have had an account with US Bank for over 10 years. I received a check, the sender or the bank missed the last number of the account number. The check's bank missed it, US Bank Arlington Washington missed it, and the check was deposited. I paid off some credit cards, and over night the check was returned (for obvious reasons). Instead of either bank talking to one another to find the error, my account was flagged (Fraud) all my bills were returned, no communication from my branch or the bank. Went in to try and resolve the matter with a new check with the correct account number, but now my account is frozen. No communication from my branch or the bank. I went in this morning to make sure all items had been return and all debts paid. After about 15 minutes a gal from a different desk walks up and says your account has been closed. I replied, what about the funds from my checking and savings? She explained that when the "back office" was done they would send me a check. From July 22, 2022 calling to find about my account to now August 8, 2022 Closed account. What a terrible experience! No help, No explanations, out right no support! 11 days with zero funds available to me! I would not recommend this bank to anyone. I felt like I was being treated like a criminal, back to Chase for me. US Bank. Arlington, Washington. No thank you - Gerrit S.

      After many years of being this bank's customer, I am seriously considering changing my credit cards to another bank. This bank does not care about you as a client, they're not making minimum effort to do their job to resolve your issues and they don't seem to be on your side when helping you deal with fraudulent transactions. Very bad & rude customer service, poor records management and inability to resolve even simple issues. Do not recommend this bank.
