      I would like to express my profound disappointment about the unacceptable conduct of a customer service representative at Elan Financial Services during a call initiated today after a declined transaction. Despite a highly competitive landscape, it is concerning that some businesses fail to recognize the fundamental importance of exemplary customer service. My attempt to gain clarity on the reason for a declined transaction led me to contact Elan Financial, where I spoke with a female representative. She attributed the transaction decline to an issue at the point of sale. This directly contradicted the information provided by the merchant, Home Depot, who explicitly stated the problem originated with the card issuer. The discrepancy between these explanations offered no actionable insight into the reason for the denial of a transaction. Regrettably, the service representative responded to my clarification by raising her voice and delivering a condescending lecture. This unprofessional and disrespectful tone was entirely unwarranted. My request for a more considerate approach was disregarded, as she chose instead to repeat the unsubstantiated claim regarding a point-of-sale malfunction. I then highlighted the representative's demonstrable lack of courtesy and the potential negative impact of such behavior on my willingness to continue my business relationship with a clearly inadequately trained individual and an unresponsive organization. In response, the representative abruptly terminated the call, providing no further assistance. This interaction reflects a severe deficiency in customer service standards at Elan Financial Services. The representative's inaccurate information, unprofessional demeanor, and abrupt termination of the call are unacceptable and indicative of a failure to properly train individuals in customer interaction and problem resolution. I urge Elan to ensure that future customer interactions are handled with professionalism and respect.

      Thieves. Closed my account years ago because they stole my money and I just opened up another account because they are the closest bank to me and they are now taking my money again after telling me if I have a checking and saving account with them that they wouldn’t charge me monthly but guess what they are getting $6.95 from me every month anyways.

      They blocked my account for 48hs for no reason , their excuse was “to protect you from a scam” nuts and bolts!!!

      I applied for Skypassvisa and they only contract with US Bank which is the worst credit card bank ever! I made one huge transaction (25k) for my business; paid it with my business account. Following future purchasing transaction was for my personal use, and a different business. ALL paid off from different accounts - personal account for personal use and business for business usage. Simple, correct? So what's the problem!! They cancelled my credit card account and account access because it payment received was from different accounts and needs verification. They NEVER send a email/text/letter notifying the card is on-hold and needs my banks' verification UNTIL I contacted the representative. What F#%*& bank do NOT communicate with their customer and CANCEL/REMOVE a customer account without providing any form of communication notification!!! I send them payments, which they processed, but gave me HELL. They also charged me $99/annual fee for less than 6 months enrolled with them and giving me a headach. There should be credit review BEFORE Applying. I did do my search for best credits, but the review isn't true.

      Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The automated system is very poor, and you can never speak to a real person! It makes me extremely frustrated, and I am usually a calm and nice person.
      I can't pay my mortgage. I authorized the payment on the 28th, and they sent me an email on the 3rd saying no account was located, when I have been paying out of the same account for months! I tried calling them and got no response, so I authorized it again and still nothing. I’m going crazy! And I know they’re going to charge me late fees. I'm very unhappy here!

      I paid all my bills on the credit card, but the bank withdrew money that was not theirs. When I contacted them, they did not give me any detailed explanation at all. I tried to search for where my money went, but there was no benefit. The payment was deducted more than once, even though I paid.

      So their rates are seriously competitive and the way they allow you to manage your credit is phenomenal. This is the primary reason for more than 1 star and had me briefly eyeing some investments through them, that turned into a whole other issue and let's just say, I walked away. The process wasn't as smooth as they claimed and took longer than expected as well. When you want to make a payment you MUST give them access to your bank account. Hard no here. So I tried to call in a payment, lady was rude when I didn't hear something she said and I asked her to repeat it ( I was switching from speaker to handheld to hear her better after being on hold ) also same push. No. Then I try to make a complaint. This upcoming is why I may payoff and never use again this is guttural for me. Lady straight up lied to me. I can not stand liars to my core. Not only can you not make a complaint, there is no manager, no number, nada, but she will put you on hold multiple times hoping you give up and hang up. This is why this complaint will be posted everywhere I can find. I just can't stand sleazy scheming liars!

      I NEVER EVER SIGNED UP WITH THEM. SO I CALLED THIS NUMBER TWICE
      AND GAVE THEM THIS FAKE ACCOUNT NUMBER. THEY SAID THEY HAD TO HAVE MY SOCIAL
      SECURITY NUMBER. I REFUSED. THEY HAVE MY NAME AN ADDRESS AND WONT BELIEVE SOMEONE IS TRYING TO SCAM THEIR COMPANY.

      I am very disappointed with US Bank. Our family has been customers of this bank for many, many years, and we have a decent amount of money with them. Last September (2024), they recommended we put some money into their Elite Money Market Account. The APY was decent (not great), so we decided to do it. Four or five months later, I noticed the interest rate had come down 2 1/2 percent. We hadn't changed the amount invested in the account.
      When I contacted a representative by phone, he acted like it was no big deal and that we had been advised it would fluctuate. Yes, but US Bank is still offering the same rate we were initially given on our website. What gives with that? I advised that I had money elsewhere and could get a better rate, but we had been loyal customers of US Bank. He then said, yes, they had had meetings about this, but the bank wasn't inclined to change these reductions. This is a bait and switch and a very bad policy. He agreed and said he would let them know about my displeasure. It didn't sound like he thought they would do anything about it.
      Come on, US Bank. Either change our rate back or don't blatantly offer it on your website, only to drastically reduce the rate several months later!
