      This bank is the worst ever every year. I’m calling in a fraud alert on a family members account. They give us the same fee over and over but yet when I do it for another family member it changes they don’t stick to the same script. No one knows what’s going on And people can steal money from you as long as it’s under $50. You tell them one thing and they act like they don’t hear you we have been with them for over 20 years and it’s only the last 10 years that it’s been absolutely horrendous if I could, I would be giving them no stars

      I never thought I’d be leaving a positive review on the BBB for a large financial institution, especially after seeing so many negative experiences shared here. But today, I feel genuinely compelled to offer a different perspective one rooted in deep appreciation and gratitude.
      I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Nakisha, a representative in U.S. Bank’s Fraud & Disputes Department, and she completely exceeded my expectations in every possible way. I was facing a situation that involved sensitive and layered issues, and to be honest, many may brace for the possible frustrating experience getting transferred, repeating myself, or being told there was nothing that could be done. Instead, I encountered a calm, professional, persistent, and genuinely kind individual who saw the process through from beginning to end.
      Nakisha displayed an incredible mix of knowledge, patience, and determination. Where others might have given up or passed me along to someone else, she stayed the course. She asked the right questions, she listened carefully, and she made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way. Her approach left me not only with a sense of relief, but with a renewed confidence in the kind of people U.S. Bank chooses to represent them.
      I’m sure there are still areas of improvement, I believe that any organization is only as strong as the people it empowers to serve customers. Nakisha is the type of employee who brings value not only to customers but to the brand itself. People like her are the reason someone like me feels comfortable continuing to bank with U.S. Bank.
      Thank you, Nakisha !!! You made a lasting impact today, and it deserves to be recognized.

      My funds cleared two days ago but yet I’m told they still need to hold it for 7 days. Once my money clears I’m closing this account very unprofessional horrible how they just leave you out to dry. 7 days turns to 11 days because weekends don’t count. Bills are still due on weekends. Can’t wait to open a new account somewhere else.

      I opened a a Money Market Account with US Bank last summer with an attractive interest rate of 4.1 percent. Unbeknowst to me and without warning or notification, they lowered the rate to 1 percent on January 1st, 2025. I only found out because I happened to have a quedtion about my accountnin reviewing my tax document. Interest rates have not changed during this time. This is a fraudulent practice.
      If you choose to invest your money with U.S. Bank, you will need to watch your account very carefully!

      been using us bank payment solutions to run credit cards never had a charge back it was fair for 15 years 3 to 4% in fees, now last month we did $6,485.55 usd in sales & they charged us $754.06 usd thats over 10% in fees this is a huge rip off

      The rep on the phone kept cutting me off when I called to inquire about some overdraft fees after I asked not to have that. She cut me mid sentence and said those are unrefundale. I asked why if I had asked for them not to cover anything if there is no balance- she cut me off again stating that’s between me and the vendor. Been with them since 2012 and never had an interaction as this one.

      My account was suspended according to US Bank due to suspicious activity. I was “never notified” by the bank which is unbelievable. My debit card was denied for a $16.28 charge at Walmart which is extremely embarrassing when my balance was over $1800. This is the worst service that l have ever received from any financial institution. I was on vacation with friends one needed a loan. I was never notified my account was suspended l found out after calling the bank today March 19, 2025 after the Walmart incident. I was humiliated while speaking with their representative who insisted this was for my protection. This is the worst and the most unprofessional bank l have ever done business with.

      I will never bank with this incompetent company again. I set up an online transfer months ago to make a weekly transfer for 4 times only. it has now made ten transfers and the online system will not allow me to stop it. I have called US Bank for help 4 times. NO one knows how to help and all they do is create a ticket that I never hear back on. for six weeks I have been calling weekly to try and get someone to help me. meanwhile my bank account is running out of money because of THEIR incompetent online system. DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!!

      My mortgage payment was raised and I was told after two months so two payments were not right.
