      My order never came. The fact they said they contacted the shopper and said its been successfully delivered and handed to mine and thats not true. The person in the picture is not me. They want me file a dispute with my bank. My bank wont cover stolen item transactions. I am left with paying for items I never got. This is not fair at all. I want my refund! I cant even keep my self clean with out someone streaming my stuff! What ever investigation they did is not an good or accurate one

      This is regarding my same day deliver order ***************. I reached out about this on several different occasions in hopes of getting the issue resolved and I have still not received a sensible answer or resolution. One agent even blamed me for the lack of competence on the shoppers end. This order was delivered to the incorrect apartment complex despite me clearly describing the difference between my home and the complex across the street. I have always clearly communicated with the shoppers and directed them to contact me with any issues locating my address. This particular order was not handled correctly and I went on a search mission to locate my groceries and I even asked around and it was not successful. This has caused me unnecessary stress because I am just looking to make sure my family is fed.

      We reviewed *************** Day Delivery order ***************. We confirmed Ms. ****** order delivered on 4/15 as expected. On 4/16 Ms. ***** chatted into our ************** to share they were missing three items from this order:

      -Starbucks by ******************************************** Single-Origin ******* - 8ct
      -Starbucks by ********************************************* Blonde Espresso Roast - 10ct
      -cocokind Chlorophyll Discoloration Face Serum - 1oz

      A full refund was issued for those items. On 4/25 and 4/30 our guest chatted in sharing they didnt receive this order and that it was delivered to the wrong address. Because we confirmed this was a successful delivery, the remaining refund was denied.

      We realize this outcome isnt what Ms. ***** was hoping for but the resolution that is available. We consider this decision final and the matter closed.

      Two items were broken in my order. I had earned a reward but took the exchange back to the store because they were open. The guy in the store said that nothing would be affected from my rewards. Nonetheless my earned rewards were Taken away. All I did was an even exchange:I called customer service 1st time And the representative took 10 minutes, could not help me and transferred Me to a supervisor, the supervisor said what I was Saying was impossible and hung up on **** called back to explain my situation again, and was placed on hold for 5 minutes the first time and

      I ordered groceries online, target for one lied about there being a photo for proof of delivery on their site, I had to get the picture from shipt themselves. Not only that but my order was late and defrosted which I am deeming unsafe to eat, target refuses to refund my late order and damaged items, I have a decent following on TikTok and Instagram and will publicize this issue, I will also file a complaint with the *** and the attorney general if target still refuses to refund the order

       I am rejecting this response because:

      Target seems to be having issues with literacy, I claimed the items were EXPIRED, and I showed proof of this with their customer service agents, but it seems none of them either read what I sent or chose to continue to be negligent, instead they tried to give me a $15 gift card to shop again at THEIR own store which is disgusting and lazy. I simply wanted a refund for the expired items but theyre unable to do that, I will be filing a complaint with the ftc and cfpb, as well as posting the expired items and targets response on Instagram and TikTok to my 45k followers. I tried to then target a chance to follow some principles but of course theyre unable to do so

      I purchased a PUR Classic 30-Cup Water Dispenser Filtration System from them and it leaked and damaged my kitchen floor. Target refused to even refund the cost of the item.

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Target regarding my recent order (#***************) placed through their online platform.This order was fulfilled via **************** at the ******* location, where Target employees placed the items directly into my cars trunk. After reaching home and checking the packages, I discovered that several items were missing or not fulfilled as ordered:Apple AirPods Pro 2 Missing entirely Native Body Wash for *************************** Tea Missing entirely Native Moisturizing Body Wash for ************* Cocoa **************** I ordered 2 units but only received 1 I promptly reached out to Targets customer support team to report the missing and incomplete items. Despite providing details and proof, their support team refused to resolve the matter or issue a refund.Given that I paid for these products but did not receive them, and the fact that Targets support team was unhelpful, I am requesting a full refund for the missing and shorted items.I have all necessary documentation, including order confirmation and pickup details, and am happy to provide them if needed.I request BBBs assistance in helping resolve this matter and ensuring Target upholds basic customer service standards.Thank you for your attention to this complaint.

      My Online account was flagged as a reseller and therefore they banned me from purchasing anything online. I am a 52 year old father and buy Trading cards for my son. I am not here to buy trading cards to resell to make peanuts on them. I buy trading cards for my son and if you even look at my online account ********************** can see I do not even buy that much. Only time I buy is around Xmas time or if a popular product comes out, My family spends about $10,000 a year on my Target credit card at target online and in store. For Target to cut me off online is absurd. I messaged online and employee told me nothing they can do as my account was flagged and told me I can still shop in store. Not even to look at my account to see. They just used some stupid 3rd party software to determine this outcome. If target cut my business off for nonsense just imagine how many others. Personally, they can keep their products as I will just order from ******, *******, ******, etc.

      Greetings! Target corporate and internal affairs departments denied my refund. The company sent me out 5 incorrect items and when I called in and complained they advised that I send the incorrect items back. Being that was just in fact what I did. They denied my refund and kept my money. Initially I was sent the wrong items. Called and informed the company. Company asked me to send it back to them. I did exactly just that and it was manipulated and turned around as if I sent them wrong items back! Its unfair and wrong to take my money like that. With only an explanation of Im sorry I wish I could help more. Well yes more help couldve been done if they sent me the correct items from the beginning. I want my money back.

      In october, I attempted to make a target same day delivery order. the order was cancelled by the system. I checked off the 360 membership trial. I inquired about why this occured and was told I could not shop online anymore. I go to log into the account months later to see if this has changed and I see I was charged for a target 360 membership. I asked the agent to refund the membership because they didn't let me order online and so, it was never used. they denied my request because it has been since October that I could have used the membership... when they literally denied me access of making online orders. refund me the full amount. this is theft. you don't want my business so give me my money back. order #***************
