      04/26/2025 place a same day delivery order. Did not receive order let them know I dont have a mat at my door and that we have different building numbers the person delivered it to the wrong door they refuse to reship or give me a refund and I used my last to get these items after having surgery and our the hospital for couple hours and this what happened .       After further reviewing these details,  we confirmed the shipment was delivered without incident, as expected, to the address submitted on the order. As referenced in our terms and conditions, when merchandise is purchased on our site the risk of loss and title passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.

      Because of this, we are not able to offer a refund or replacement of the product. If they believe the shipment may have been removed from your premises after the confirmed delivery, wed recommend reporting it to local law enforcement.

      At this time we have no further resolution for the guest and we consider this matter closed.

      This complaint is regarding FOUR mail-in returns from Target.com packages that have been delivered back into Target's possession for weeks but for which I have not been reimbursed, as Target is required to do per its own return policy. ALL returns were sent back in unworn and unused condition, within the return timeframes stipulated in Target's return policy, and in full accordance with such policy. Target is in violation of its own return policy as well as the law. I must be promptly refunded for all four returned items, as well as interest accrued since the returns were delivered. This is unacceptable and illegal. Failure to immediately rectify this egregious situation will result in complaints to regulators, the IL Attorney General, and chargeback disputes on my credit cards.1.       We understand Ms. ******* returned multiple items, linked to four different order numbers, via our online mail in return option and did not receive a refund. After further review, our return center determined these returns did not meet Target's Return Policy.

      Please know we accept most unopened items within the outlined return window, however, items that are open, damaged, used, or missing may be declined. We apologize for any disappointment, but were unable to issue any refunds on these orders.

       I am rejecting this response because every single return was unopened/unused, with all original tags and packaging included. I followed Target's return policy to a T. This response contains falsehoods, which is alarming enough, in addition to Target's illegal behavior of failing to abide by its own return policy. If this is not resolved as required by law, I will take further action with my bank, the ***** and the Illinois Attorney General for this illegal conduct on Target's part.

      I am rejecting this response because it continues to contain falsehoods and unjustifiable demands, and the business continues to blame me, the consumer, for issues with which I have nothing to do.

      I did finally receive the noted refunds, though consumer harm is still present due to interest accrual caused by Target's failure to provide reimbursements within the proper timeframe.
      NONE of the conditions noted for refund denial were present with any of these returns. As I've stated multiple times, all returns were sent back in the exact condition I received them and well within the return window stipulated in target's own return policy, which target violated.
      As a disabled American, I cannot go to stores to do returns. I ordered these items online and should be able to return them via the online order process. There is absolutely no basis or justification for trying to require me to return online purchases in-store. If target's return warehouse cannot properly process returns, that's on target. Again, I returned the items in FULL COMPLIANCE with target's return policy, using the label and following the process THEY provided / stipulated.

      Profile at Target is under: ******************** Name: ****** ****** I have repeatedly experienced an issue where my online orders with Target are canceled immediately after placing them, without any clear explanation. I typically order one-off items for personal use and often choose in-store pickup when it's available. Despite this, every order is canceled automatically, sometimes within minutes.When I contacted Targets customer support for help, I was told that my account was flagged for suspicious activity and that I had been labeled as a resellerspecifically because Ive purchased Pokmon cards. This is incredibly frustrating, as I buy these items from Target precisely to avoid dealing with resellers and inflated prices. Im an individual customer, not a reseller, and I only purchase for personal use.I find it unfair to be treated this way without proper investigation or communication. There seems to be a serious flaw in Targets system for identifying resellers, and it is affecting legitimate customers like myself.I would like my account to be reviewed and any erroneous flags or restrictions removed. I would also appreciate an apology and assurance that I can continue placing online orders without having them automatically canceled. Additionally, I hope Target can reevaluate how it determines reseller behavior, especially when its penalizing loyal customers trying to shop fairly.

      On April 13, I made Order #***************. The order had four items that were supposed to be shipped to me. I was given a scheduled date of arrival... and then they never arrived. Every morning at 1 a.m. PT, I get an update that my items have been rescheduled for delivery for the following day, but it has yet to come to pass. This morning, I once again received the notification that my items are going to be delivered tomorrow. They won't. They haven't even gotten packed. I'm getting fed up. I made this purchase assuming I'd get my order in some sort of reasonable time frame, but not only has Target been continuously postponing my order, but they never given any sort of realistic promise. I want what I ordered.

      I went to Target 11/24/2024. I informed the person in electronic that I wanted to buy a navigation system . The Target employee told me the item that I purchase was a navigation system plus it had a camera. I asked him if it was returnable because it was a gift for some months away. I was told that as long as I kept my receipt and didn't open the box I could returned it. Now I am finding out that the item is a camera/ dash cam The ***** at the store open the box when I tried to return it and when she tried to return it she said it would not let her return it. She told me I could try to call the 800 numbet. I did call the 800 number talked to ******* and he said that he was sorry that I was given the wrong information but the item was purchase 11/24/23 and that their was nothing he could do because the item could not be return. I informed him that the item had not been open and he could check with the ***** because I was still in Target. He said that the item still could not be returned. I asked if there was someone else I could talked to and he said that he was corporate and they take care of the complaints for Target. Basically. there was no one else to talk too. LADIES BEWARE and take a man iwith you for any type of electronics.( I told the ***** in the store and the 1st ***** on the phone I really just trying to exchange it for a navigation system).

      Upon receipt of your contact, we researched our guest inquiry and reviewed the store purchase receipt number 2-4334-0970-0112-0139-2 they provided to our front line team on 4/23/2025. We are certainly sorry for any confusion or disappointment this purchase, and or denied return may have caused, it certainly would not be expected.

      According to their purchase receipt, the item was purchased on 11/29/2024 from our Alpharetta, GA store and had an imprinted return by date on that receipt of 01/24/2025. The electronic item has a standard 30-day return period per our website that starts the day the merchandise is purchased. However, during the holiday season, we did extend our return window for our electronic and entertainment items to begin on 12/26/2024 instead of the date of purchase when bought between 11/7/2024 and 12/24/2024. We wanted to ensure we took into account some guests may be purchasing those items as holiday gifts and we opted to take that into account by extending that limited return period.

      On April 4, 2025, I ordered two baby items from Target: #*************** 1. Stroll and Discover Activity ****** 2. Bright Starts Tiny Trek 2-in-1 Baby ****** When the order arrived on April 5, I was shocked to find that both items were clearly usedcovered in dust, missing pieces, and thrown into a box with no protective packaging whatsoever. I didnt pay for someone elses returned junk; I paid for new items.I contacted Target via chat immediately and explained the situation. The agent acknowledged the issue and guaranteed a pickup for the next day, April 6, since the items are large and not easy to transport. I waited home all daynobody came.I called on April 7 and was transferred to a female senior specialist who was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. She talked over me, minimized the issue, and arrogantly claimed theres a 70 lb weight requirement for pickupswhich is false, considering the original agent already scheduled one. Exceeded dimensions. It was very clear she had no intention of helping me. She refused to give her name and made no record of our conversation. This was one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had.I eventually called back and found another *** who rescheduled the pickup for April 8through multiple attempts with target customer service. Now, on April 21, I get a message saying my return is denied because the items were used. Of course they were usedTarget sent them to me that way! And I ***orted it within 24 hours.This is not just poor servicethis is Target trying to cover up their mistake, refusing to take accountability, and treating customers like were the problem. I am absolutely disgusted with how this has been handled.I demand a full refund for both items $84.30, and I want this situation escalated and investigated. Target should be held accountable for shipping used goods and lying to customers.

      Re: Order *************** I am writing to file a complaint regarding an ongoing issue with a delayed refund from Target.On March 26, I contacted Target about returning an item that was too heavy for me to carry back to the store. Target arranged a **** pickup, and the return package was delivered to the vendor on April 8.Since then, I have called Target multiple times to follow up on the status of my refund. Each time, including again today (April 20), I have been told the same thing: that I must continue to wait. No explanation has been given for the delay, nor any specific timeline for when the refund will be processed.This situation is extremely frustrating.       On 25 Feb 2025, I made an online purchase with Target of a Desktop computer and the Protection plan. Soon after receiving the items, I discovered the Desktop would not meet my needs so I returned the items to the local Target store in ******************. The return for the Desktop went well, however, I was told that the Protection plan was 3rd party and had to be processed by a different department within Target. This would take 5-7 days and I would be notified of the status by email. On 30 March, I received an email from Target stating they are working on my return of the Protection plan, and I would get an email when it was completed. To date, I have not received anything. I attempted to call on numerous occasions only to be passed off from one department to another, never receiving a concrete response. I sent several emails in attempts to gain some accurate information only to be ignored. It seems a lot of trouble to go through for Target to return a mere $69.00. I find this to be unacceptable for a major Corporation such as Target.

      I ordered a VR headset new from Target.com. Order number #***************. What was delivered was a repackaged used item. Since this is a videogame item and seemed to have a sticker sealed, it was not a priority to use. After opening the outer seal sticker today, I noticed that the inside sticker was cut open and a part of the inside box was torn. After opening the box, the wraping was undone and repackaged, wire undone, lense protectors removed and skinflakes inside. I did not order a used item and have yet to receive my new headset order. I contacted Target support and they said there was nothing they can do outside of offer a small refund. If I wanted a used item, I could order it for 150$ cheaper online. I would like a replacement or a full refund. I would not like to put on my face something that someone else used on their face doing who knows what. This is not sanitary.
