Today 4/18/25 I tried to place a target order and pay for delivery. I used my EBT card and they also wanted a CC, OK so when I called customer service this completely inept man lied about what he asked of me then used the excuse for me to call back because I pointed this out! He lied about what he said and asked for then denied it and when I asked to speak with a supervisor, he hung up on me for pointing this out, what joke Target. I am so tired of Targets PROBLEMS AND APOLOGIES! Target continually has problems, no solutions and I am tired of it and I want them made aware, I have had it with you Target, you know nothing about running a company and I want to know why! I want to know why I could not get any help from 2 people, transferred in the queue 3 times and was not able to order anything, I am sick and tired of Target idiocy's!Business Response

Upon receipt of your contact, we reviewed our guest online order placement concern. We were able to confirm our website, and this guest shopping account is equipped to accept multiple forms of payment during the online ordering process.
Typically, when a guest places an order using a SNAP EBT card, they may have to also enter a secondary form of payment to complete the order depending on the shopping method they have selected to use and or the items that may be in their shopping cart. We were certainly sorry to learn that Ms. ****** was having an issue entering their forms of payment to complete the desired order.
We did confirm there were no issues from our end preventing any guest from adding forms of payment to their orders or placing any orders with us on April 18, 2025.
We do appreciate the opportunity to review their inquiry and consider this matter to be appropriately resolved.

My wife and daughter went to a Target location in ************ ********** about a year ago to buy some clothing. When my wife went inside the changing room to assist my daughter. The employees started banging on the door and attempted to open the door while my teenage daughter was changing. They stated that no more than one person can be in the changing room due to stealing. Do you assume that all people are thieves? And a mother in the changing room with her daughter is suspicious. I filed a complaint with Target but of course no one got back to me. It seems you may have some pedifiles working here. They then followed my wife and daughter until they left the store. This is customer service? This is how you treat customers?Customer Answer

I did reach out to you guys and you gave me the run around. I will pursue legal action. As a I feel that my daughter and wife were disrespected and treated like trash. Who pulls on a door of a 12 year old girl trying to change in the changing room. Then continue to follow them after you tried to open the door on them. $60.38 Mar 25, 2025 #*************** I recently ordered this protein powder, and while a previous order of the same product tasted great, this batch was unfortunately awful. I initiated a return for poor quality and received a return label, which I used to send the item back.Initially, my return was denied because it was claimed the item was 'worn' - which is impossible as the package contained only the protein powder and plastic bags. Now, I've been informed that the return is being rejected because you claim the protein wasn't returned at all.This is unacceptable. I can 100% confirm that the protein powder was inside the package I returned. I request that you review security footage of the package being opened in your facility to verify this. Two boxes of hockey cards ordered from Target.com arrived aren't what I expected. ****, front end manager from the ******************, ** location notified me that trading cards can't be returned. I reviewed my order and the Target.com listing and didn't see the words "final sale" or "this item cannot be returned" anywhere. Apparently I would have had to scroll down to the bottom of the page, open the "shipping & returns" drop-down and then, and only then would I have seen it wasn't returnable. I thought I was familiar with Target's return policy; I never expected buyer beware would apply. I expected the few items that Target can't/won't take back to be clearly noted since they are the exception, rather than the rule. I feel deceived by the absence of clarity. 2024 Donruss optic football cards are never available on their site, they let people with bot programs buy them.all.out instead of letting customers pay for them when our of stock and getting fulfilled when I. Last night at 01:34 hrs I ordered a lego technic trcuk order number *************** and selected an available slot of 08:00-09:00hrs at 09:15 it still hadnt been shopped I called and was told to cancel reschedule for the next available slot which was 13:00-1400hrs at 13:34 i noticed it still hadnt been shopped i called back explained the previous call and situation and i was pull on hold while that call called the delivery service and when he came back on he said they were running behind they would be here between 14:00-15:00 and at 16:00 call to see why it still hadnt been shopped i was told the couldnt deliver it because they have no available drivers in ******** so id have to go get it i hung up call back ask to speak to a manager the person sho answered said he was I explained the situation how i felt target didnt care about my time being wasted and nog offer anything fof the waste of a full day! Then he said what if i could get it delivered im not sure when bug id have to create a new order again i said i can i already have recreated it once paid for it twice because it takes up to 5 days for it to be released already ask my bank. He said theres nothing more he can do then so i hung up. So now a $200 **** set cost me $400 a wasted day off and no money for up to 5 days Thanks for not caring Target!Business Response

On April ******* I attempted to order a ****** Microfiber Mop to pick up at the Southfield mi store priced at $17.99. At the checkout a 5% discount and additional rewards was applied to my order totaling $13.82. When I checkouted the new process requested my pin number when ordering. Which confused me. I reach out to customer service 3 times after an average of 15 minute wait. One customer service *** hung up on me because I could not understand his broken English. Iam a hearing impaired customer who has a difficult time understanding the third party ***resentatives. On 4/12/25 I ordered from target online. My purchase was suppose to arrive 4/13. It did not. I called customer service and the lady said they were out. I asked her why didn't anyone inform me. Then I asked to speak to the manager and she said she could only deliver it another day. I explained to her that I wanted to use it now and I asked for my money back. She told me she wasn't going to give my money back. They would deliver the item when they can. I told her that was not the agreement and to return my money and she refused. No one communicated with me that they werent going to be able to deliver the item the next day. I needed the item at the time specified. I called customer service and the agent said they could not deliver the item because they were out. She said she would give my money back but when I talked to the supervisor, who was very nasty, she told me no. I reiterated to her to return my money, and that I was not interested in another date. She refused. This was unnecessary and a bad experience. Im not interested in any solution except the RETURN of my MONEY. I dont have to be treated like ****.
