      My husband and I had a wedding registry with Target, a few people bought things off of our list but I wanted to buy the rest with the 15% off coupon they give you when your date has passed. My first order I put in got canceled, the ENTIRE order with no explanation besides technical issue. I reordered with a few different items and once again the whole order was canceled. I talked to no less than 6 customer service agents, in chat and on the phone, all of them to tell me I lost my coupon because I used it and they couldnt give me another to take to the store. I was instructed to order AGAIN and they would manually refund me the 15%. Well guess what. MY THIRD ORDER ALSO GOT CANCELED. The next day I received a completely unhelpful email to tell me that it appears we're unable to process your order. If you would still like to purchase the item(s) on your order, we invite you to shop in our Target stores. No explanation why I cant order anything on my account, no coupon. I absolutely regret making this registry, I should have used another company. I will make sure to warn everyone else I know about this. I just want my 15% off coupon to use in stores and probably never shop at Target again as this experience has absolutely soured me.

      Unprofessional customer service supervisor name **************** have shipped at target for over 25 years and I shop at target all of the time and she does not care and did nor care about my experience I went into a north miami target on September 9,2022 spent close to $680 in one purchase went back days later spent another $244 and spent a few dollars here and there my first issue with this target was I picked up a pit set for $269.99 it had a sale price for $169.99 they did not want to honor ir because it came up regular price I went back on October 21 spent another $475 which had the pot set for regular price because I really wanted only to have it go on sale days later and target does not want to honor or make a price adjustment ******* basically said target does not give adjustment or honor their online sales after calling to complaint about issues I had with store experiences and the sale price issue I told her about her about a different store experience that made me want to never shop at target again instead I which stores and to me it seems like they just does not care about how their employees treat their customers

      When I contacted the customer regarding my experience it wasn't about receiving anything but to inform about how I was treated as a customer I was offered gift card I never received it and was never informed on the amount of the gift card .I feel that target is more concerned about the bbb complaint than my experience which is sad nonce again I never the gift card or the amount given as a good will gesture

      the complaint is two fold Originally I had difficulty with the dysfunctional Website whereby one item could NOT be picked up in person by at minimum of 6 stores which were within 30 minutes driving.Another item Does NOT ship etc and therefore I found it impossible to shop at Target.com without inconvenience, frustration and wasted time and money.The matter was exacerbated by the phone rep in Manilla who was untrained and did NOT comprehend anything.I then contacted guest relations and for the first time in my Adult life I was SHOCKED at the rep's ******** who seemed to be irrational and had a propensity towards exacerbation, constant disagreeing,and was waxing obstructionist as well as as insincere and rude. She even went so far as to state that she listened to the phone call with *************** and claimed that I was unprofessional. I reminded her that I was a customer. I was flabbergasted by the treatment of this renegade corporate rep who went by the name ******. I thought that perhaps I should NOT shop at Target indefinitely but wish to have this awful scenario escalated.

       I am rejecting this response because:
      The gentleman at target seemed to go in a direction that was NOT conducive to any amelioration therefore I've outlined the issues.

      1)Unlike other companies who sell online, the website (TARGET) arbitrarily states this ITEM JUST DOES NOT GET SHIPPED  ship anywhere anyhow. (Yet Amazon and ******* ship it?) (Shaving gel)

      2)Target starts to dissect the order so unlike Amazon or ******* they rip the order apart and say that is NOT available at the nearest 4 stores?; so you can't pick it up; don't even think of expecting a smooth transaction at Target; we are not smooth oriented.

      3)The target rep ignored that the transaction was just not fun, easy or equal to the other competitors.

      4)Target and this rep ignored that the previous Customer relations rep seemed unhinged and exacerbated my ever wanting to shop at TARGET since their standards are lacking.

      5)I might add that the IN HOUSE staff and Executive relations are always a high majority of staff under the age of 30 and it is ostensibly obvious that TARGET is somewhat AGE NON diverse.

      I purchased cases of waters from Target at ************************************************************ in early September of this year. When I brought the waters home, and opened a case, a brown mouse came flying out and ran right behind the stove. We are terrified as we dont know which diseases it may carry or if it has damaged anything in my home. Here is my paper trail with Target:Target : Spoke with *** in **************** Case # ********* 9/**/*********************************: Spoke with Jolina in **************** at 12:10 pm 9/27/************* to Internal Specialist at 12:22 pm 9/27/22Spoke with ***** at 12:27 pm. She stated that ******** will contact me. No one has contacted me. Ive called the Target location where I purchased the waters from and no one answers the phone besides the pharmacy, whom which explained that they cannot transfer me to any of the managers as theyre a separate entity. I have little children in my home and Target was notified about this unsanitary damaging issue and never reached out to me. Its more than clear that Target has minimized this issue and doesnt see this situation as urgent.

      Good Morning,On October 14th, 2022, I contacted chat customer service in regards to order #*************. The customer service representative stated this had to be escalated and i would receive a response within 3-5 business days. Well today is 10/24/2022 and I haven't heard anything back regarding my dispute. This order was not placed by me and it was not delivered to my address. I did not authorize this order.       To whom it may concern, I have been purchasing from target and sometimes my pickup orders are missing items, sometimes my food is expired etc. despite, i continue to purchase from them because of their free drive up service and also because i have a baby and sometimes its hard for me to shop in store. Recently I placed a couple orders that were cancelled and they told me there was an irregularity in some of my orders so i need to shop in store. I need to be able to do drive *** again , and was encouraged to go this route as customer service is no help. I call and they provide me with no resolutions, i have been willing to provide proof of my lack of items, my spoiled goods etc.

      10/22/2022 and 10/23/2022 Store delivery service marked item as "delivered" when item had not been delivered. The delivery service has a 3 attempt policy for delivery. The Driver came on 10/22 and stated they came twice on 10/23 to complete their 3 attempts. Driver did not deliver package as marked on their Tracking ticket. Since this item is electronics, I gather the Driver kept it. I am holding Target 100% responsible for this.

      Order: ************* Date of delivery expected 10/21/22 Pre-order was placed for order ************* with an expected delivery of 10/21/22. The delivery was delayed till 10/23/22. The order was transferred from *** over to ***** **** update indicates the item was returned for insufficient address (Target issue, same as my normal delivery address with zero issues on past orders)When contacting Target.com for assistance, I had extremely unprofessional responses and behavior from 2 reps ******** and Quay. When requesting to be transfer to the next level specialist both agents denied my request, and then prematurely ended the chat sessions. This is not professional behavior, and no attempt to resolve my issue. I have been an employee with Target, and a long time redcard member and never been treated with such disrespect before. I am requesting a complaint to be lodged with HR against each representative and the appropriate training for the employees, and financial compensaition.In addition, Target did not make good on the delivery, or input the appropriate information for delivery resulting in a returned package. My resolution was to cancel the item and receive a same day replacement which was an option per target.com with the shipt provider as a local store had the items in stock. I spoke to 2 levels of representatives who did not give this as an option and advised shipt is not a provider for target so they are unable to utilize the services. If your company cannot use the services to fix issues, why is it an option for me as a consumer to utilize? I now do not have a gift for my sons birthday due to Targets failed business practices, was disrespected by employees, and left with nothing but a return notification.

      I just started using Target online and wanted to order some items online after doing drive up. My order was cancelled almost immediately even though *** never ordered online. Im an elderly person who prefers online shopping. I did some research and looks like I am banned from online. I am not sure why. I wanted to order Christmas gifts for grandchildren and they said their preferred store is target, but most items arent in store and cannot pick up. Im very confused why I cant order.
