      I have been a long time customer to ********************** and purchased a lot of items from Target online. But with no obvious reason, they banned me from using Target online which caused a lot of inconvenience in our life since I have a baby that needs stuff from Target often. I tried to call their tech support, but they were not able to give me a reason why I got banned or try to provide a solution, which is lack of recourse or appeal options. I am very frustrated with the situation and hope BBB can help to escalate the situation and solve the issue of shopping online.

      I ordered my merchandise from Target on October 8, 2022 I received a update from Target stating my order is being shipped out on October 10, 2022, since then I've been getting multiple updates stating my shipment was coming, all lies. These companies is out here in GOD worlds robbing the American citizens with know integrity and thinking there not suppose be accountable for there action, it been 2 weeks and still haven't received my merchandise, I contact target corporate office to inform them I wanted my order cancelled and I would like my refund back of $43.17, my transaction number *************. Target refunded me $29.68, I don't know what's Target end games, I need all my refund, I'm that person that will reach out to my millions of followers and inform them of this disgrace and make target go out of business and I don't need to be a Politicians to make that possible, I'm so sick of these corrupted companies.        I am rejecting this response because: I don't know what of kind games Target is playing, you playing with the right consumers if you want to loose revenue. I contacted Target first to show what was refunded back in my account as well as I provided receipts to BBB, Target know the amount of refund they refund in my account. The world we live in today is scary and a disgrace with know integrity, all these companies have permission from higher up to rob consumers, I have the numbers to stop supporting corrupted companies, please refund all my money back. The consumers make this corrupted economy operate.

      WE WERE SOLD AN APPLE KEYBOARD 8/22/22 IN THE ******, ** STORE, RECEIPT NUMBER 2-2234-094-0076-0233-6, KEYBOARD $299.99. WE WENT TO APPLE TO PUT APPLE CARE ON THE KEYBOARD AND WAS ADVISED THE KEYBOARD WAS SOLD IN FEBRUARY AT THE ******, ** STORE AND THEREFORE WE COULDN'T PUT APPLE CARE ON IT.       On Oct. 17, 2022, I placed an order at Target.com (order# *************). The order was placed for a birthday party on Oct. 22, 2022, and the Target website advertised that the items would be delivered by Wed, Oct 19, 2022. I placed the order, relying on the delivery date provided by Target.com. AFTER placing the order and paying, I was given an estimated delivery date of Oct. 25, 2022--almost a week later. I tried to cancel the order and was set an email saying the order was being "processed" and couldn't be cancelled. I contacted customer service who told me the same thing. They said I could "refuse" the order, which of course is impossible since there is no way of knowing when the carrier would deliver and I am not going to set by my mailbox all day waiting for it. OR they said I could return it to the store, which is also unacceptable to me and I would incure additional cost in both gas and my time.

      I have called target numerous times about a defective modem; however, they were NOT willing to help me at ALL! I understand that there may be return windows, but I literally found out that the router I purchased was defective. No was was willing to help and kept explaining the same stuff over and over. This is the first time that I have ever needed to return something and this makes me not even want to shop at target anymore!

      We have already contacted the manufacturer numerous times and none of their troubleshooting methods worked. They have denied our request for a new modem.

      A chair that I purchased at Target.com that arrived damaged back in September 2019, it was missing a leg, the box was torn open and the item was unusuable. After I submitted the complaint and sending photos, to Target Corporate and customer representatives they finally agreed to allow a return for the item. The customer representative requested I wait at home for a pickup of the item and so I risked not showing up to work so that I could facilitate the pickup. However their shipping partner never arrived. This happened three more times, each time I was assured that their shipping partner ECF would arrive that day and still I waited around for no reason. Finally, after over a month of back and forth Target apologized and refunded the item. However, now whenever I place an order for online or in-store pickup my order is cancelled. I feel that this is an unfair retaliation for expressing my concern with the shipping and quality of the item I purchased. Seeking an explanation, I have contacted customer service several times asking why I cannot place these orders or why they are cancelled. Typically, my online purchases are groceries or household items for my family. They have not been able to give an explanation or resolve this issue. Therefore, I am filing this complaint to flag this intimidation tactic used by the company to keep customers from expressing concern over the receipt of items that are not in their advertised condition.

      I would like to talk to someone high up in target, I'm done with the bs your low end support agents give and don't care about your loyal customers. Your target offers are bs and broken, weeks ago giving all different deals depending on how often someone shops it wrong, everyone should get the same offer. 2nd I'm tired of your "spend 60" get 15 offers they are bs and broken I can spend 240$ in your store in multiple trips why must be it be 4 60$ trips? It's broken and bs, and again today I had 50$ I ended up spending another 12$ so I would have enough for the 60$ and then because I used my red card it bought me back down below, you should count how much I spend before red card not after. And lastly again, I order 45$ in amiibos and that doesn't count either, instead of having 4 trips of 60$ you should just have a set amout you need to spend, it's fairer and more right. Not to mention my last talk to target about not caring about how your store customer assistance lied to both you and me, and how they refused to offer a refund when I said I did everything you told me to do, but your garbage agent didn't care, you agents don't provide phone numbers to talk to them, and if you don't accept your offer you just close the case, that's bs and lazy. You made a target loyalist who spend probably over 1000$ a year at target be at the breaking point for zero helpful customers support. I would like to hear back from a phone call from corporate about this and I would like help and improvements in target.

      I made an order from Target.com on 9/21/22. This order included eight items for a rental property, including replacement furnishings as well as cleaning supplies. We received one item. However, every single item was marked as delivered. There was also another item on the order that we did NOT purchase but it charged us.I have called Target.com over 10 times. The online help is useless. Every time I try to click on "fix an issue" and select the items not received, it just says "something went wrong, please contact us" yet when I call the number, I get redirected so many times it either hangs up or I speak to someone who can't speak English who says they will contact me back.I also called the credit card to dispute the charge but was not refunded the full amount of the items not received. Again, when I call this number it redirects me to a bunch of different menus but never to a person. Even with the incorrect amount refunded, there is a negative balance on this card and I can't seem to speak to anyone to send me a check for that.This is extra frustrating because the reason we ordered online is to have the items shipped, as we needed them there a certain day. When they weren't there, we had to make other arrangements to have someone travel to a physical store and repurchase everything, which cost much more than what our online order cost and since we had to go to different stores that were close by we could not find all of the items.I try to support Target so I don't have to support companies like ******* or Amazon but this experience makes it very hard to want to use Target again if we're just going to spend money, not receive the items, and not get any help afterward.The order number is #************* for $270.27. The only item received was the bench for $126.74. The other items were not received and the 2-year furniture protection for $20 was never purchased in the first place.

      I recently tried to place a target grocery drive up order multiple times only to have it cancelled.. the reasoning I got was as follows:Its possible our system automatically canceled for one of the following reasons:Purchase limit exceeded Weve applied purchase limits to ensure as many families as possible have access to essentials and other high-demand items.Payment issue Our system was unable to verify the payment method used was secure.Activity not supported on Target.com Our system flagged the order due to activity not allowed on the site.I have had my target account since 2017 and frequently place orders purchasing goods for my family such as clothing, groceries etc. I shop in store some but mainly online and make use of Target Drive Up. Without notice now all of my orders get cancelled right after placement. I'd like for Target to please look into this and resolve it. If Target looks at my account they'll see that I use it for personal use. I have no intention of misusing it. Thank you.

Resellers are defined as a company or an individual that purchases goods with the intention of selling them rather than using them. We invite our guest to shop with us exclusively in-store for smaller quantities for personal use. While were unable to provide the desired resolution, we appreciate the time the guest has taken to share their experience with us. We consider this complaint resolved with no further resolutions.
