order# ************* My order was supposed to be delivered on Aug. 3, 2022. when I had not received it by august 4th, I contacted customer service regarding my order and asked for a replacement. On august 13th when I had not received any further information, I contacted customer service again. A Chat rep named **** said they were unable to replace the item. not giving any reason for that decision as well as not notifying me regarding the decision. I purchased a gift card at Target on Wednesday 8/10 9:11pm for $200. I went to go use the gift card on Thursday 8/11 at the same target location and the balance was $0. I contact target corp and they told me I needed to reach out to location I purchase at and talk to them they ended up telling me I needed to reach back to get target corp. it was a run around of 1 hour. I finally talked to someone and she was beyond rude saying that it wasnt target who took my money. Well yes it was because I gave $200 in exchange for a $200 gift card which I did not receive. I warn others to not purchase gift cards for anyone because target is obviously stealing peoples money and giving out empty gift cards. Imagine how many people theyve done this to when we give out cards to friends and family. So embarrassing! I even have a receipt with the gift card number and they wont help. I cant believe such a big corporation is scamming customers like this. Its quite unbelievable. The team members I spoke to were beyond rude acting as if I did this myself. There has been a tag placed on my Target account that is not allowing me to place online orders. I was never notified that there was even an issue with my account in the first place. I have sent numerous emails to customer support but they are advising that there was already a resolution to my issue and that if I wanted to continue shopping at Target that I would only be able to do so in store.Business Response

Called four times in one day to get issues resolved. I can't place an order because the system keeps trying to charge my old card that expired. **************** was horrible. They mispronounced my last name which is only four letters and gave me the run-around. I sent a message on ******* and ******** which did not help. The people just told me to call the same number I called four times and then stop replying. I use to love Target but now that I see the way they treat customers I don't anymore.Business Response

However, they were unable to remove their expired RedCard. We were able to remove the expired card so that ************ can place their order.
I assured ************ our ************ team members are only able to share self service steps on this platform to modify accounts and we would request our guests to call in if further assistance is needed. All team members are trained to assist our guests with the best of their ability within Targets policies and guidelines. Previous call recordings have been reviewed and I'll continue to share feedback surrounding any team member learning opportunities with our leadership teams to ensure theyre providing the best possible services.

I live in ****** county **, we have a $.5 bag fee if we do not bring our own bags.When I use Targets curbside service Target automatically adds a $.50 bag fee.Thats 10 bags!Target says that they will refund money for the amount of bags not used.They either dont refund any money or the refund $.5 $.10. I have never received more then 3 bags with my orders.My last order I didnt receive any bags and Target again only refused me $.10.There is no reason for Target to charge an automatic bag fee.Target is taking advantage and making money by cheating their customers.*****Business Response

Made an order of around 330$. Returned product via return label. Product was received and no return or product return rejection was sent. Product ******* wifi nest 2pk] was worth roughly 200$. Contacted live chat and they told me to wait a week for a reply after inquiring. After waiting past a week (3 weeks in total now), was given same answer on live chat again. Tried to log in to account but the account is 'not found'. I have a $200 giftcard from Target. Target is not telling me card balance. They are not telling me any transaction details. When I contacted them they said they will investigate. I ordered from target and I was missing some items in my package and talked to them about it. They gave me a refund for the items I was missing. Ever since then I have not been able to order from target ever again. My orders get cancelled every time I try to order online or store pickup. I contacted support and they always give me the same automated response that they cannot explain or let me order or return again and this decision is final. I have not done anything wrong so I do not understand why they cannot give me an explanation on why my account is not allowed to order anymore. I work 2 jobs and it is just easier for me to pick up the items I need or just have it shipped to where I live.Business Response

I do not understand what inconsistencies there are with my orders, I am just a regular customer that orders every now and then online and often in stores. I had 1 mishap on my orders where it was targets fault and now I am punished for it. I have not done anything inconsistent with my orders at all. They have given me that response every time no matter if its through phone call, chat, and now through BBB. I spent thousands of dollars at target but in the two month most of my orders have not been delivered instead they sent it some warehouse that is 30 miles each way instead of delivering it to my front door what is up?
