      I called Target guest eight hundred number for help with an item. Customer service agent was terrible in everything: low speed, asking repeated questions, not understanding what I'm saying. Target need to have surveys after each call or they need to record the calls to monitor their people.

      If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I am extremely disappointed by how the company is not addressing the behavior at the South Plainfield Target store. The store is very disgusting; expired items are always on the shelves. Management being rude to their employees and playing favorites. I known many people who got a false write up by the HR person. Many of us complained to corporate and STILL nothing was addressed. The fact that ETL HR still works there is beyond disgusting and sad. Target talks about caring for their employees, but they are not doing anything to address the issue. Do better!

      Target is now in the gaslighting business. I placed an online order May 18. I just gor an email this morning rhat one of the items in my order was canceled. According to the email, the item was delayed and I did not respond and let Target know that the delay was acceptable. Because I did not respond, the order was canceled.
      I went through my emails and the only email I got was an alert that there was delayed shipment for one of my items. There was no request for a response. It was merely an email notifying me of the delay.
      And now my order was canceled due to my supposed lack of response!

      DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM TARGET. They send you the wrong item and then there is no way to resolve it and get a return and refund. I ordered a chair online from Target and instead I received a queen size bed headboard… I called Target Customer Service and there was a 30+ minute wait. Used their online chatbot and it is awful. Still waiting for a resolution and will have to dispute the $225 charge on my credit card. I’m never doing business with this company again. No wonder the stock is dropping and this company is getting crushed by analysts.

      Target - San Ramon. I was racially profiled accused of theft and refused service by Target worker V***** today 5/18/24. I would hate for anyone to go through what I visit went through, the experience was embarrassing and traumatizing. I will never support this company again. I bought this to the attention of a manager and the entire situation was swept under the rug. I was never apologized to nor was V***** reprimanded for her racism towards me. She apologized to everyone around who witnessed the situation but not me. I will be taking this matter to court for a civil suit. Target - San Ramon, CA refuses to hire people of color & now they also refuse to provide service to us.

      Management will not staff the check out line AJ (Manager) stated “ they are short staffed “
      But I saw estimate 500 cameras and Lacey police car outside the building when I finally checked out
      My complaint I asked for additional checkers I was told that Target was short staffed, nobody was available. I went to customer service, checked out and asked for the Manager AJ ( he gave the same story)
      I shared with him I AML Leukemia, I can’t stand for hours because of the disease ?? and medication ??
      This business I think is for the surrounding stakeholders to include seniors and the sick ?? with terminal illnesses.
      The stakeholders are not all teenagers that may shoplift. I’m making the statement because a cop car was there as I left Target
      If the line is 4 deep the Camera personnel should notify the powers to be to send an employee to help.
      What I noticed they called the police because I was the only Black man in the store.
      This is probably just one of many issues that Target has money and personal for camera but zero to budget to process customers with their purchases

      Dear Target Customer Service,
      I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the poor customer service my wife and I received at the Clermont, Florida, Target store on 5/14/23. My wife attempted to exchange a faulty product within the return period but encountered numerous issues, particularly with manager *****.
      Initially, confusion arose over the exchange process, with a return representative attempting to charge us the price difference between the sale and regular retail price. Though a team lead resolved this, subsequent problems arose when it was discovered that Target had incorrectly flagged my wife's Red Card, as invalid as they had sent her a new one but they made a mistake with the mailing of the card so she never got it causing her to lose the associated 5% discount on the return.
      Despite our cooperative demeanor, ***** displayed a lack of empathy and professionalism, refusing to acknowledge Target's mistake and insisting my wife bear the financial burden. Her dismissive attitude and refusal to escalate the matter left us feeling undervalued.
      *****’s unprofessional conduct exacerbated the situation, leading us to leave the store frustrated and disillusioned. We had intended to continue shopping at Target but opted to take our business elsewhere due to this treatment.
      I urge management to investigate thoroughly and address *****’s behavior to prevent future incidents. Additionally, I request improvements in customer service standards to ensure all customers are treated with respect and courtesy.
      Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt resolution.

      Picked out a lamp that was supposed to be $24 and Shade that was supposed to be $22. The sign said all lamps were on 25% off. I went to the checkout and the Shade rang up fine but the lamp rang up at $48. I told her that wasn’t correct and that the lamp was $24. She scanned the shade again and not the lamp and said no it’s the correct price for the Shade, I said the $48 OK but you might want to fix that on the sign so that other people aren’t confused. She said I should go and talk to customer service about that. Also did not receive my 25% off which I didn’t notice until I got out to the car .
      I filled out their survey and said I was disappointed that I was charged the wrong amount. I thought I didn’t have time to jump through their hoops so they would correct their mistakes.
      Poor customer service. Deceptive prices and advertising. I shall not shop at target again.

      Management did not help resolve an issue. I had an item ring up on clearance and staff refused to sell it to me for that price. Management lied several times and even laughed in my face. The price match policy is absolutely false as well. I only have issues with Merrillville, Indiana location.

      I have been shopped at Target for years, and spent lots and lots of money there. However, all my online orders are canceled, living in such a busy time right now without online shopping which make it absurdly crazy for someone with kids. It has been 4-5y since this has been going on. I still shopped at target regularly at least 1-2 a week. But there are items only available online, so I don’t understand how solely shop instore is beneficial to any loyal customer. Anyways, I think I will have to stop shopping at target and take my hard earn money somewhere. Good bye and hope you step up your game in solving customer problems!
