      Horrible customer service! Forced to bag my own items and then I’m glared at by the employee and person behind me for being in the way even though I’ve moved my remaining items out of the way so I can finish bagging what the employee didn’t feel like bagging.

      I called to see if they could tell me when item would be back in stock. I was then given another number to call and told they would know the date. I call this number, guy makes me give him my email, name etc even though all I had was simple question. I told him what I was looking for and site shows out of stock. He proceeds to find item and tells me its out of stock, well duh I told you that. I was told to call you and youd know the answer and he proceeds to tell me know they dont have that info and to just ck on Sundays when they update system. I then ask why did you just spend 15 minutes on phone with me then asking all these questions if you knew you could not give me date to begin with! Such a waste of my time! The online customer service here is TERRIBLE and Im over shopping with you. You should really invest in training your employees better. I then go online to find out where to file my complaints with and you have a online experience tab but then it doesnt give you the option to complain, Iam assuming because you are overwhelmed with complaints and just dont want to deal with them. Shame on you Target

      What has happened to Target? You used to be one of the finest stores in the United States. You all are gradually losing customers to Amazon. The stores are dirty, unmanned, and becoming obsolete. The local Target managers simply DO NOT care. I have written to you before and the local manager has called and said: "Sorry, there isn't much we can do to improve". You should always make sure cashiers are available. Never make a person wait to give you their money. I would like your corporate management team to contact me regarding the failing store at 2626 Delaware Ave, Buffalo, NY 14216 - I would like to hear your improvement plans. When I chatted with the TEXT option on the website and asked for someone to contact me, I was told, “Unfortunately Guest complaints are documented, and action is taken internally.
      So disappointing. We cannot recommend your Buffalo NY stores.

      My mother who is 66 years old ended up having her bank card compromised and I called them on her behalf with her right there when I did. there was a charge to that card which has been replaced for 15.00 They said they couldn't do anything because we don't have an email address or order number. Of course we don't have that information as she didn't make that purchase. They said that they can't do anything with just the last 4 numbers of that card the expiration date and my mom's name. Horrible company. Target doesn't care. All they care about is money.

      As a frequent customer who contributes to the everyday flow of income at this establishment, I was very disappointed in this morning interaction with staff. I later learned the staff member name is ******(possibly spelled wrong) and she is a manager here at the ********** Arden location. She was very rude when I approached her. I spoke with a team member/ manager and they stated is was nothing they can do about it.The only reason Ill continue to shop here is for immediate needs only because its the closest to my home. Besides that I will start spending my money else where and I suggest others do the same!

      Awful website and service. Order placed, wrong address listed. Despite instructions on how to change delivery address or cancel order, site would not actually allow to proceed. Nowhere online to reach anyone. Phone not answered at local store, despite during normal working hours and trying every department in turn. Ultimately got to online service by calling corporate number and was told thy could not change delivery address or cancel order, even though it was within 1 hour of placing the order on line.

      Hi Team,
      We had one paper coupon for almactin moisturizer to redeem at target valid till 02/29/2024 and somehow in store it gave error.They gave us customer relation number and we called.The employee told since its paper coupon everything related to it will be handled at store only.We again went to store and manager said ,he will write email but he dont think they reply back to you ever.He said it can be 2 weeks ,6 months.He didnt take any details of me and sent me back.Worst thing i experienced from Target

      When things were great. Now, companies are downgraded because they don’t care any more and they hire people overseas who are not trained and cannot give service.
      Try to get a person in the USA, impossible. They hide from us.
      They provide a terrible service and they hide they don’ have a phone to contact them.
      For the last 2 years I could not get the SHIPT electronic communication between the buyer and myself to add or delete products. That is the purpose, right?
      I called customer service at least 10 times and ... Promises and more promises. Nothing done.
      Shipt belongs to Target, the same company with the same bad service.
      Why pay so much money for not receiving a service?
      For your information.
      Anyway, no one would do anything.

      Went to the store to register for the Target Red card in the store. Was turned down and told to enroll on line. ******* told me this while I was being rung up for purchases. It was too late to walk away before I got turned down for a Red Card.Location of Target is at *********************************************************************************************************** Went to Target again today and tried once again to register for a Target Red circle card. **********, ********** location told me twice to enroll online or call .When I tried to enroll on line, the online form only took mobile phone numbers to register for a Target credit card. I called the **** number and told the lady that works for Target that I do not own a cell phone. She sounded confused and did not know what to do. She gave me another number to call 18. She added that I needed to wait till Monday because the office was closed. Another denial for my Target card.?By the way, the target employee who denied me a card was "*****". If your employees are too tired to issue temporary cards, then they need a vacation.Four times I was denied a Red card from Target. I paid in full on my Navy ******** credit card. I was hoping to save a couple of bucks by enrolling for a Red Card from Target.

      When I tried to enroll on line, the online form only took mobile phone numbers to register for a Target credit card. I called target number and told the lady that works for Target that I do not own a cell phone. She sounded confused and did not know what to do. She gave me another number to call . She added that I needed to wait till Monday because the office was closed. Another denial for my Target card.?
      By the way, the target employee who denied me a card was "Chris". If your employees are too tired to issue temporary cards, then they need a vacation.
      Four times I was denied a Red card from Target. I paid in full on my Navy Fed Visa credit card. I was hoping to save a couple of bucks by enrolling for a Red Card from Target
