      Have been waiting on missing parts since November 2022, it’s now July 2023 and after all that waiting the missing parts are no longer available! Leann is who I spoke to today and instead of getting in touch with the vendors refunded my money instead of doing her job! If I wanted my money back I’d asked for it the last 4 times I’ve talked to customer service.
      ?I will wait for the parts! Do I need to return the second delivery or bed rails and keep the first?

      I am sorry to inform you I have received a response from the vendor today and they advised they will not have the other parts until March of 2023.
      I am truly sorry. I would like to know at this time if you would like to wait or would you like a refund at this time? If you would like to wait till March for the rest of the parts.

      Thank you for following up with us about this. We hope you are doing well and wanted to provide you with an update.
      As it turns out we just heard back from the vendor who let us know that they have received inventory and are in the process of transferring it to their fulfillment centers to fulfill orders.
      This transfer can take up to 6 weeks until the inventory is on had at the fulfillment centers and then able to be sent out to you.
      We wanted to let you know this as soon as we found out. Please let us know by replying back to this email if you are okay and willing to wait the time mentioned or if not we can move forward with the refund as mentioned earlier.

      The Target store in Western Hills 45211 has repeatedly ignored my complaints of racially motivated harassment by an employee named ***** **** *****. He watched and follows me (white) and my husband (black) as though we are thieves. We are in our 40s and do not partake in childish activities. This man is a part of security or maintenance. He also lives in my neighborhood where he exhibits the same racist behavior. I have told Target multiple times yet I still feel harassed by this man. It makes me uncomfortable and ruins my shopping experience.

      Hates skinny people. Approved reviews of people leaving body shaming comments but removes real meaningful reviews that are made by me. I am done with Target.

      I believe we were led into some sort of scam by a Target employee. We went to our local Target and couldn’t locate the Pokémon cards. The employee told us to order online, that they had much more selections and fast shipping. We hadn’t ordered online from target.com before, so we set up an account and placed the order thinking nothing of it.
      Package never ended up arriving. They were absolutely no help in helping us locate where might their carrier had possibly left it. Instead, we were told “the cards aren’t returnable so you won’t receive a refund”. When we expressed we just wanted what we rightfully paid for, they also claimed they couldn’t reship the order so it would arrive in time. They left us with absolutely NO help, told us someone would “contact us” in 5-7 days, for what reason? We’ve already been told your company is not going to resend or refund, I assume with how we were treated, the email will be to rub it in more that we have to repurchase, AKA pay DOUBLE and possibly not receive it again?! else where after his birthday when we can afford it?! This is as low as it gets. Sickening!!
      They completely ruined my sons birthday gifts we CANT afford to replace which is embarrassing enough to even admit publicly, have humiliated us for even ordering with a company this horrible and self absorbed, left us no help, advice, more less “too bad”.
      Target.com had absolutely NO problems in taking your money. After you click “place order” your money is theirs, do NOT ever expect you will receive your order. If they choose to keep your money and what you paid for, they apparently have 100% right to do so.
      After being a regular Target store shopper for over a decade, that has absolutely ended. They do NOT care if you receive what you paid them for, to them it is not their faults and out of their hands. We are left high and dry, without our money or items.

      This company took my debit card number and stole money from me and allowed people to spend my money! Do not buy from this company! I am princess Diana's daughter and I will be putting this company out of business!!! DO NOT BUT THEY WILL STEAL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION!!! -A***** B******!

      Ok, I will be glad to add my complaint about TARGET! They refused to credit my credit card on a return, which was what I asked for. Instead, they gave me a stupid $5 in store credit. I will not shop there ever. I do not shop anywhere that does not refund shipping on an order that had the WRONG description. They are not customer friendly and do not care about satisfying their customers. So why don't they just close????? They do not deserve any stars for customer service. However, I am forced to choose one.

      I'm so disappointed in the Target on Peterson Ave. I have solely focused on shopping there for years and had a RED card since 2013. I used to dodge the Evanston location, but now it's the other way around. It's as if all the employees went from one store to another. The Peterson location has made it consistently difficult to do pickups, primarily because I walk my dog at the same time. I've tried running in and just leashing her (not illegal in Chicago), but then customers try to pet her or walk up on her. One time a cashier at self-checkout came running down the escalator and outside (left his entire post with a crowd of customers) to challenge whether my own dog was mine. He threatened to call Animal Control.
      I gave up and tried drive-up instead of leaving my dog outside. It worked without a problem the first time. But a team rep with entirely too much time on his hands reported this to his supervisor, and both told me I couldn't stand at drive-up. I explained the Animal Control threat. They said to type in the drive-up number but wait by the door, which is illogical and will only lead to confusion if someone drives into the same spot I type in while I'm standing by the door (if I don't catch them).
      The supervisor Steve refuses to contact me. The Target rep for my complaint told me "don't bring your dog then" even AFTER he said he treats his own dog like he treats his kid. Meanwhile, the Evanston location just brings out my order, says "thank you" and goes about their day. The Peterson location has become so difficult to shop in (a store where I knew a cashier on a first-name basis and always was happy to see that manager who looks like Taylor Swift) that I called Target RED card and canceled my debit card. I'll pass. I walk my dog past too many other stores to deal with this foolishness. Their loss, not mine.

      Target is a racist company. You are only treated fairly if you are black or white. It is also a company that tells lies repeatedly to customers when you call to complain. I have been trying to resolve my problem. They lie to me and say they will call me in 2 to3 days. I wait six days and no call back. I call again and they say someone will call be in 2 to3 days. I wait 6 days and call again and they lie to me saying to wait 2 to 3 days. I respond I need to talk to a supervisor and a woman comes on the line takes my information and says to wait 2 to 3 days . I wait 6 days and call again and ask for another superviser called Alex she gives me a case number and say they will call me after they investigate. I wait 2 weeks no response. I call again June 14 and talk to a respresentative and ask for a supervisor and I am told i Cannot. My problem is that my wife who is brown is not white enough or black enough to be treated with respect when she was shopping at the Target on Douglas avenue in Des Moines Iowa. They tried to steal $4 from her. She was told if she did not like it she could go to customer service which she did. They gave her the $4 and told her to leave the store treating her with disrespect. She came to the car and told me her story. I wanted to go myself and confront the worker my wife said no and to forget it. I did not forget and that is where my trouble began. I went home and called the store and they would not answer their phone. So I went home and contacted Target Headquarter. That is when my headache started. Target is racist and a culture of lying.

      I went to the Downtown *********** Target store yesterday (06/12/2023) to purchase some household items. As I was doing my shopping I was being followed by a secret shopper. I also noticed the police officers were watching me. After I was done picking my items out I went through self checkout since the only cashier on the second floor went on break. While checking out I had missed scanning a small $25 backpack. Without realizing my mistake I had put my items ($96.48 worth of items. not accounting fore the missed bag) in my cart, and began to walk out. While on I was on the elevator to the parking ramp. The elevator stopped and three police officers, a security guard, and a secret shopper began to yell at me. They told me to step out of the elevator, to which I complied. Once out of the elevator I was berated more about "attempting to steal" the $25 bag that I did not scan. I had offered to pay for the bag, thinking that would deescalate the situation. I was told I could not do so by the security guard and secret shopper. I was also told to come back the next day to purchase said bag. At this point I was very shaken up and upset. Before I was able to leave one of the police officers then told me I was lucky to be able to come back as I have committed theft and could have charges pressed against me. Once I was able to leave I did so. Once I got to my car I called a relative and began crying. I was alone and scared while in the situation happened in the store. I was afraid of being arrested or worse for the mistake of not scanning a $25 Wild Fable bag. I am a 5'4 tall Black woman was surrounded by police and security as if I was committing grand larceny. I will not be avoiding this Target location, as much as I possibly can.
