      TARGET IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD. RUDE STAFF AND CHILDISH. BEEN WAITING ON A REFUND FROM 11/2022 FOR XBOX I ORDERED THAT WAS VERY SLOW AND DIDNT WORK WELL. SHIPPED BACK THE SAME WEEK I ORDERED IT. I HAVE PROOF IT WAS DELIVERED TO TARGET WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER AS WELL AND I HAVE THE PERSON THAT SIGNED FOR IT THAT IT WAS RECIEVED. CALLED TARGET BEEN GOING BACK AND FORTH FOR MY REFUND OF $423. TARGET TOOK MY ITEM, STAFF SAY THEY NEVER RECIEVED IT. LIEEEEE BECAUSE I HAVE PROOF IT WAS DELIVERED. TARGET NEVER SHIPPED MY ITEM BACK NOR GAVE ME A REFUND. BASICALLY STOLE FROM A CUSTOMER. IF A REFUND WAS NOT GOING TO BE PROVIDED. WHERE IS MY XBOX?????? GIVE IT BACK TO ME. ITS MINE I PAID FOR IT. CALLED COPORATE, HUNG UP IN MY FACE. RUDE STAFF. BAD SERVICE. WILL BE MAKING THIS VIRAL AND MAKE SURE OTHERS HEAR ABOUT MU EXPERIENCE.

      The items were stocked improperly and their policy is to price match and honor that and I told cashier and she was rude. Don't be disrespectful to customers.

      After years of shopping at target, I will NEVER give them my business again unless they apologize and allow me to shop online. About THREE YEARS AGO. there was a problem with an online return. Target got my name, phone number and address mixed up with someone else! I have called customer service manager many times and they all say the same thing. I am welcome to go in the store, however I can't shop online!!! They won't give me an explanation! I have told them I won't shop there if I can't shop online, they don't care!

      Dear Target Customer Service,
      I had a terrible experience with this order. I purchased 3 items on April 15th. You never included an invoice in the package and there was no information on this email telling me that there was a 12 day return policy.
      I thought I had 30 days for a return. I planned to return two of them because they don't fit. I walked in to the store in west Boca Raton on May 15th and was told they couldn't do anything. I showed them my order. They basically offered me half of what I had paid for the two items on a merchandise card. I told them that a merchandise card was fine, but asked why I was only getting half the money?
      I direct messaged Target Customer Service through Twitter on May 18th and explained the situation. They told me they would look in to it and get back to me. I messaged them multiple times - I never got any answer. On Friday May 23rd I walked in to a store (west Deerfield Beach) with the items. They now gave me half of what I had been offered the first time, because of the delay while I was waiting to hear back from customer service- in a merchandise card. I returned all of the other items I had purchased and won't be returning.

      I placed an order online and received a damaged, useless item. It was a can of hairspray that arrived without a top or a sprayer - completely useless. I spoke with an agent who essentially told me "too bad, so sad" - she told me the only thing I could do was return it to a Target store. Well, the reason I order online is that I'm in my 70s, live alone, am disabled and live about an hour and a half from a Target store - almost impossible for me to get in a store without having to inconvenience a family member. Yes, it was only $7.00 - but they could have cared less and said there was nothing they could do to help me. Needless to say, I'm canceling my Target card, never spending another penny there, and letting my friends, family and acquaintances know to stay away from Target - they essentially stole my money.

      Hello Target,
      My name is Richard. I must admit that what I am about to say about your store is very troubling to me since we have been shopping at Target for over 25 years. I find your display of Trans and Sexualized Gear perverse and extremely offensive. Shoving this perverse display into family faces is horrible. You have demonstrated your hatred of Christian and Family Values by having NO regard for the safety of our families by these predatory displays celebrating dysfunction. There are too many families who have been traumatized by sexual predators represented by this group. In addition, many who are trapped into these lifestyles are there because they were preyed upon themselves.
      Because of your disregard for our family values, I and my family will cease purchasing products from, or associated with Target. Do as you wish – but you have disenfranchised millions of families who will not stand up for this type of perverse propagandizing of our children and families. I am shocked that your organization has demonstrated such a wanton hatred for family values. BTW – moving your display from the front of the store to the back of the store means nothing to solve the problem.

      I had sent on item back to target. Whoever opened the box at the returns center, forgot to scan. Since then I have been painfully requesting to correct this error but no response from Target. UPS records show that the item was delivered and its weight is same as the package weight. Target keeps saying box was empty. I lost $450. Cmon target.

      Do not buy Gift card from Target! It's a Scam! I bought a $200 Apple Gift card and when opened the card was for $25! I called the number on the card Apple said the card was good - let them know what happened and they said to go back to merchant to get compensated. I went spoke to Manager who brought along with him a Security Guard and someone from Loss and Prevention. They told me that I was not the first one this week to complain and that it's scam and since the cashier activated it they cannot do anything! cannot give me what I paid for! But I got a $10 gift card for behaving I guess I declined but the manager put it in my hand and apologized. Security guy told me to check the seal on the gift card - so if he said that Why didn't the Cashier do the same? They told me to call the Fraud Dept at Apple - so I called Apple Care told them again what happened and asked if they had a fraud department - and they DO NOT! Agent told me to call Target Cooperate office- I am such an idiot for buying this card from this store! So Target has my money and that's all that matters - they do not care about anything else. I cannot believe the people that work there! how do they sleep at night knowing how they treat other people!

      I was a loyal target customer for over twenty years but in the last five years or so my experiences with returns has been terrible. The final straw came from a return at a store in Florida yesterday. I have never returned anything without a receipt and yesterday I had my receipt. I was returning 30$ of products and I had paid fifty dollars in cash, charged 46$ to a Mastercard, 27$ to a visa. I asked for my money back in cash but was refused. Your policy states that however the merchandise is paid for is how you can get your refund or you can get a gift card. This would mean that I could get up to fifty dollars in cash back but I was refused. Instead the money was put towards my credit cards that I had just paid off. So, I will no longer be shopping with target because the company is not honoring the return policy.

      I would give zero starts if I could. I was threatened by employee in front of manager. I called corporate a few times now help so now I’m left with no choice but to file charges and definitely never step foot inside another target again.
