They charged my food stamp/ ent almost $100. I have for kids that could have went along was with providing nourishment. The first lady bleww.od.- I did not like her demeanor what's up so over. I spoke with Garret the manager/s. Supervisor from that store & going him to be concerned & professional.
Here it is the next morning & my funds have not been deposited into my account. $100 in food my children will be without because we c never had access to it. We
We were lied to ny the first blonde, heavy set lady who promised us if we stepped to the side it . would reload within 5 minutes. . Here it is the next day & the funds have still not recovered.
Since I did not receive a receipt I asked if I could rescan the food items so I would have a figure on what my family was out. Attached is a picture of that total. It shows I paid for the things however I had to pay AGAIN just to be able to leave the store.
Please be advised the figures are different at the register versus what was charged on my card because people of food stamps are exempt from food taxes.
On the first picture the top cjTge was the one I made to just for the store as.thos was a highly embarrassing even.
The blue.cirxled.om the first attavwmr.is the funds.o have yet to receive back.. They still have not me refunded nor tried to contact me.
I would like a full refund or at least gift card due to my troubles. Almost $100 is A LOT of groceries when you've got kids.
      I'm looking forward to a reasonable resolution.l

Target is the worst place to buy electronics! The iPad I bought here broke down in less than two months as the touch screen no longer worked all of a sudden and I was not even able to turn it off even if there was never a slight damage being done to the iPad. I brought the defective item back to the store and asked for a replacement, but they kept throwing back the 15 day return policy at me. However, I was asking for a replacement for a defected item not a refund and the policy never specified a 15 day policy on replacement for defected items. I regret it so much as I had the option to buy from Costco or buy with my AMEX credit card which has return coverage, but I chose to believe Target in being able to offer its customers fair service.
All in all, I bought a $300 lessons that Target is the last place where an electronic item should be bought from. NEVER BUY ELECTRONICS FROM TARGET! You can get a price match or even lower price somewhere else like Costco or Bestbuy with better service.

I attempted to use my Target Gift Cards to purchase Delta & Disney gift cards at a Target store only to be told Target has a policy that you can not use Target Gift Cards to purchase 3rd party gift cards and their reasoning is Target Gift Cards are not real money.
It takes real money to buy Target Gift Cards and as a customer I have the expectation that I can spend my Target Gift Cards on anything within the store that Target offers for sale. I find it ridiculous that a corporation can pick and choose what you are allowed to buy. I do not see how this can be a legal practice.
The only response I have received from Target is that is their policy.

Horrible security guard, my best friends went here and some kids were spreading sauce around the store but since my friends were buying sauce ,that was sealed mind you, they were stopped and interrogated by the guard. He then kicked them out and not only that but called the Raleigh Police on them and got them banned from the entire mall. I will never ever shop from here again. Racism clear as day when my friends are hispanic and the customers that pointed the finger at them as well as the guard were white.

Target surcharged me $0.26 on my recent online order. My initial order total was $41.56 but ended up being charged a total of $42 (in 3 separate charges of - they hope you don't notice!)
I had to chat online with 3 different representatives. The first two were saying the first total Target gave me was just an "estimate" (even though it included the item totals correctly + taxes correctly + free shipping). The third representative finally admitted it was a miscalculation of taxes and provided the rightful refund.
My issue with this is not the $0.26. It is the fact that if they added these small fraudulent surcharges to just 10% of customers, they'd be making hundreds of millions extra over time.

Your AT&T kiosk wildly misrepresents what they have sold us as a wireless plan and doesn’t back what we had agreed to way back on October 27, 2022. OSL is the “ 3rd party” leasing space to sell for AT&T. Target management has done nothing to help resolve our problem with them and they are still selling wireless plans. OSL has also not responded to our complaints.

If I could give the target online process and -0 stars I would. I have several issues. My experience started out good with the online chat after I received 2pc Stoneware Bread Loaf Pan & Lid Cream/Clay - Hearth & Hand™ with Magnolia with a broken edge as the agent was kind and understanding and refunded me. A replacement was not an option at the time because this product keeps selling out. Once the product became available again, I re-ordered and I received it a little more broken this time. Not only that, I cut myself upon opening the package. So I chatted in again and the agent said they needed to transfer me to someone else since I cut myself. The agent didn't do anything different and didn't ask anything about me being injured (as in I bled from this cut) and didn't appear to care. The agent "Jeffery" said he would replace the item since it was in stock. I asked if I could be refunded instead because I didn't want to receive yet another broken item. He said that he was sure that I would not receive a broken one because he was going to "put in a note" to the packing team. Well, I receive yet my third replacement item and it was SHATTERED. It felt like a complete joke and like it was done on purpose because there was less packaging/protection in the box and all it was covered with was deflated bubble wrap. It was despicable to be honest. I did receive a refund for this item of course, because they couldn't deny me that but now the item is out of stock for the 3rd or 4th time and I have yet to get a unbroken bread pan. I left a review of this on the product to warn others but conveniently it has yet to be posted and when I asked about when it would be posted, first I was told "in a couple of days", today I was told "there is no timeframe". A company of that size absolutely has a timeframe of when items need to be worked on and closed. Completely dissatisfied with this online experience and product.

Target took money for a pre-order and cancelled it over a month later when all other options for pre-orders were cancelled... all months before the order was supposed to be fulfilled. They do this often. They take orders they never plan on fulfilling for product they never plan on ordering, and leave the consumer exposed to having to pay much higher prices in the secondary market than they ever would have had to if Target wasn't such a shady business.

The location in massaponix VA- the staff and management team are incredibly rude. I was attempting to purchase an item that was no longer listed in their inventory, they refuse to sell it to me would not give me any reasoning to it. I escalated to a manager who came over took it away while saying but have to remove the other similar items that are in the store without even bothering to explain. Clearly the intention was for them to purchase those items for themselves... It was literally in the refrigerated section. When I confronted the manager she asked me to leave the store. Unacceptable behavior.

I will never shop for this company again. The target in Trumbull Ct is constantly charging customers the wrong price than what is listed or advertised. I was there today and was charged $10.99 for an item that was listed for $4.49. When I shop here I take a picture of every price tag to make sure they don't get away with ripping me off and stealing my money like they are stealing millions from there customers every day. I have gotten many free items because under Ct law if they over charge you for an item under $20 you get it for free. I don't understand how this can be allowed or dealt with but this company needs to be shut down for robbery of their customers!!
