I will never buy a Target giftcard again. I bought 2 $50 for my nephews for Christmas. One worked; the other showed that it didn't have any money. When I called customer service on Dec. 31st I was told that the money was transferred to another card. Well it was certainly not me. They asked for a copy of the receipt (which I kept thank goodness) along with the card and they will "investigate". After 2 more callbacks they told me a giftcard was mailed on Jan. 10th. Surprise surprise no giftcard. I hate being lied to by customer "no" service!!!!!

Location Ocala, Florida. NOT GOOD. I am fifty years old, have shopped at numerous Targets all over the country, including Florida and NJ where i reside. This store may be the worst. SLOW checkout, not enough cashiers, as other employees congregate and chat. The lot is a nightmare, some sort of construction site with googling men, very creepy. The store is cluttered with employees handling stock during shopping hours. In NJ the stock was distributed at off peak hours, if not overnite. You can barely shop, so cluttered, i dont even utilize a carriage. The items are not marked correctly or placed in correct area or rack. In north Jersey I worked almost 4 years for Macys. I understand the business. If a store is ran properly by employees who are there to work, the store can look great! The Macys i worked at was 35 minutes from NYC...we had to be fast and diligent, or we were replaced. Please improve this store because it is so convenient to me. Thank you. oh the bathrooms are ok...a positive.

The Potomac Mills Target in Woodbridge, VA is consistently disgusting. I was greeted by trash on the sidewalk and overflowing trashcans outside. The entrance doors were littered with trash and shopping carts in disarray. The women's bathroom was deplorable.

Do not shop at Target. This firm abuses their under paid workers, and their managers are liars. The stores are FILTHY. We went into the Marin City, California Target and the place had two people working and one hideous lying manager. The poor worker who tried her best to help us because there was only Self Service check out avaible that had no change, so when we put our ten dollar bill in to pay for an item no change came out. Also, all of the check out machines were absolutely COVERED in dirt and slime. I mean, as though someone took peanut butter and jam and smeared it all over the machines then poured dirt on top of it. It was unreal. Every machine was covered in slime and goo. The screen to scan the item bar code was completely covered with slime. The one worker came over and had rubber gloves on and she pushed the keys because we were grossed out by the entire thing. It was impossible to get change back because no one had loaded any money into the machines. We missed our bus waiting to get change, and then missed our appointment after that.
When we saw the creepy and bizarre looking manager at the store, we politely said, "Are you under staffed, why are those machines covered in slime and gunk without any change in them?" She said, "Everyone is under staffed right now." This is directly after the worker who had helped me told me that she could not get any hours to pay her bills, and that Target had cut her hours. The manager blatantly LIED. It was beyond creepy. We left, we will never go back. Do not shop at Target anywhere, anytime. Shop at locally run family owned businesses, only. These mega corporations are sucking up market share, over paying executives, and abusing their staff and customers. Do not support them.

Horrible racist experience. Racist employee accusing Black customers of stealing after they paid for all of their items.

They are scamming people of gift cards and tell you to call the number on the gift card. You call and file a claim and never hear back. Why are they allowing cards to be sold like this? Put the cards behind the counter OR DON'T SELL THEM TO ANYONE!!!!!!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

I had a mouse run in front of me in this store. It appeared to be living in the aisle and had made a home in there. I took pictures and sent them to target via chat. The chat agent told me to email. I emailed. The email agent told me to call. I called, the agent LAUGHED uncontrollably when she saw the photos of a MOUSE LIVING IN THE FOOD AISLE. She told me the store would call me back. They never did. This is disgusting and a serious HEALTH HAZARD that I would like people to be aware of since Target does not take this seriously.

I am very disappointed with the way Target has handled the Stanley Tumbler release. I am fine with having my order cancelled today due to lack of inventory but a good amount of this is Targets fault. Resellers make shopping for the simplest things a headache, they buy up the entire shelf of a hot item and Target allows it. There are folks in Facebook groups who have 5,6,7 cups selling them for twice the price when theyre already expensive at $40. Why is it so hard for Target to limit the amount sold to 2 per person? Why is it so hard for a multi million dollar corporation to adopt a virtual queue for online purchases and limit purchases of popular items? I couldnt get ONE cup but there are people buying one in every color. Make it make sense!!! Then to top it off most of the cups were not packaged properly (theres tons of videos on TikTok documenting this) and they are deleting reviews of people speaking on the resellers. Its one thing to do wrong but deleting reviews is gross! Screenshots dont lie! Target needs to contact me and make it right. This is unacceptable.

As of 1/5/2023 I will no longer be a Target customer . I bought my son an Acer 11.6 convertible touchscreen Chromebook for Christmas the first one the battery lasted a day . I was informed to return it to the store I went to the store and they didn’t have any in stock . Customer service advised me to order another one online and have it shipped since they had two in stock that was December 28th . Today after multiple shipping delays it was delivered. It was delivered with the seal broken on the box , the computer just in the box with the cord at that point I knew the sent me a refurbished computer . I turned the computer on and it was broken . The screen took forever to turn on the bounced and flashed . Target sold me a refurbished computer and marketed it on their site as new . They are misleading customers to believe they will getting a new product when in fact they are giving consumers refurbished products. After getting no where with customer service I have decided I will never step foot in target again . I went to Best Buy paid more than I wanted but at least I know its brand new .
