      I bought an electric stand up desk from target and it doesn't work. I've been trying to contact target and their 3rd party seller but they have been less than helpful. I already spent 3 hours trying to build and fix the desk but nothing works. they aren't refunding me and the third party seller refuse to work with me

      The target in Tampa Florida the town and country location is the pits. They have a disabled woman working as a cashier and she is the only cashier and I’ve seen this on several occasions. Management sucks and needs to be replaced

      Starting December 8, I have had multiple issues with Target online as well as in store for their Tehama Ridge in Forth Worth location. Up until December 8, UPS as well as USPS and occasionally Fedex have been the carriers for years. Why LSO has been added to the mix? Well, you answer that question Target. Part of my order for this date was allotted to LSO. After not receiving the simple package-one item for days after "Delivery Issue" from LSO, I started a return on December 14. December 16, item came. Thinking it was a one time issue, I chose to reorder same item as 3 of our family members have had upper respiratory infections during this time. Again, a simple order-one item that I chose to purchase a quantity of 2 based on the delivery issue previously noted. December 23 item purchased. Guess who is the delivery company??? You guessed it-LSO. As of today, I STILL do not have the item with the normal "Delivery Issue" from LSO. I would like a response from a Target representative so they can understand the issues from this delivery company. We searched LSO last night just for giggles, and guess what? My same complaints are already noted in the BBB from this lousy delivery company LSO. Going into the Tehama Ridge store location for the past 2 experiences, December 16 and last night December 29, I continue to notice the lack of items on the shelf, the lack of actual customer service. The overall appearance of the store is one not expected by past Target standards. If you can't hire someone who can actually say hello unless your skin color looks like theirs- yeah, that REALLY happened but it's not racism when a person of color does it to a Caucasian. I will gladly drive the extra 15 plus miles to the Precinct Line or Wautaga Road locations going forward if this the quality of associates and management you will bring forth to a store front.

      Purchased two outfits for my son from online. One the seems pulled apart and the sleeve fell off and the other removed the size label and washed but the sticker residue left a stain on the outfit. Target said nothing they can do since a 3rd party. Also, never received an item too and they said nothing they can do.

      Target is my favorite store ever. We love it. Targets Customer Service is amazing. I'm writing to make sure that other Target stores were also notified is the reason I'm writing. Douglasville, GA. took the product off of the shelves. Kudos.
      I bought Santa gifts for my sons class
      The $1 pens with lights. They were made by Disney. They were distributed in Midtown, NY. I wish that I had more details but I bought 20 pens. I gave my child one and the Spiderman stamp flew across the room along with the light and tiny batteries that are deadly if a child swallow them. Thank God that I gave him one first. I ended up returning them buying other gifts and will forever be a customer. They were Elsa, Black Panther,, and Spiderman. You may want to confirm all stores know. Thank you and pray no one else bought these and so sorry that it just occurred to me they may not have (may have) contacted headquarters.

      I wish i could give this company 0 stars. I bought a changing table that cost $340.00, with the matching crib while pregnant. When we decided to set it up, the changing table was defective and I tried reaching out to Target to get it replaced and they told me they could not honor the warranty and told me to reach out to Delta, the manufacturing company, and they did not want to give me a refund or honor any warranty and was told Target should honor warranty. The item was defective and Target is selling products that are of poor quality. I was very disappointed in how they handle this matter.

      I was just hung up on a game that I purchased but never received because the box was ripped on and tapped back and came off an ups truck. Now I have to wait for something target or ups did and my kid is out of a game. It was already delayed and now it’s and empty box that arrived to my house. The number I called was 1800 number and the Supervisor “Dan” hung up on me mid conversation. I am a big supporter of target but this is completely unacceptable. They order was made 12/16 and it the 12/22 and now I’m stuck. Reading these other comments on here makes me believe there needs to be an investigation opened up because I believe it’s something going on in the warehouse. If I could give 0 stars I would.

      Target gift card compromised
      If you have Target gift card or you are planning to gift them, be aware I think their gift card system might have been compromised. I bought a gift card on Dec 04 in a physical store, and I have it with me all this time when I try to redeem it on the Target app it was invalid. I call them and Target say it was redeemed online on the 6th, which is impossible as it was in my desk draw. Someone was able to redeem the gift card without physical access to the card or someone was able to reproduce the security sticker that looks the same as the original one.

      Had a package stolen that was delivered. Went thru the process with the shipper and it was under the assumption that it was stolen. I used the chat option to talk to a staff member and they told me they would get back to me in a couple of days. A couple of days later I received an email stating the following;
      Thanks for contacting us about the delivery of your order
      We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t receive your order.
      After reviewing the order and tracking details, we consider this to be a successful delivery. I apologize for any disappointment, but we’re unable to issue any refunds for this shipment.
      We appreciate your understanding.

      This item was only $69.99. So I called customer service m about it and after being on hold for almost 20 minutes the woman who barely spoke English told me after she was done talking to her higher ups that I was not issued a refund due to “regularities”. I asked them to define what that meant as I have no returns or anything at target. She could not. So I talked to one of the higher ups and she told me that their investigation team decided they could not send another item. I asked her to tell me why they ended up deciding that. She could not give me answer. I asked to be sent the report she told me that was confidential. This is not the only problem as I have had in store pickup orders cancelled after I buy it. With the only other option is to drive to another store 130 miles away one way. As I told the lady I will no longer be giving my business to target and will be returning any orders I have recently bought their. I look forward to shop the going out of business sale if this continues as from the looks of it I have not been the only customer that they don’t take care of.

      Order a Christmas tree on 11/25. Kept moving delivery date until 12/10 they cancel the order with no explanation. Horrible customer service and no help anywhere. They totally ruined our Christmas.
