I have tried working this complaint out by calling the Eden Prairie Target store with NO resolution.
We use curbside pickup often. Most recently last weekend. We arrived and let them know we were there. It took a hour for them to come out with our order. Once home, we were unloading our items and noticed AGAIN that we were given multiple expired foods and shriveled produce items. This has happened multiple times over the past two years!!
I called the store and spoke to store management who promised to send us a email with a gift card attachment which never arrived and after contacting the store again today, we found out this isn’t even a option. We get NO WHERE with this store!!
We would like compensation for not only all the hassle we have had to endure but for all the expired food we receive on a continual basis.
The employees DO NOT care about their customers or giving good customer service.

Would not shop at Target online. In my particular order, I bought multiple expensive electronics which ended up being shipped in multiple packages from Target. Of the five ordered, only three arrived and Target is unwilling to help at all stating it is my issue. The boxes that they shipped in wouldn't even be large enough to fit multiple in. I was also talking to a Target support agent and they said they wouldn't ship multiple in a box because they are fragile. I really don't understand how it is allowed to happen.

Target has violated their own price match policy - they declined to price match exactly same model from amazon.
Rep and rep supervisor used various bogus excuses:
      1) target will not match sale prices (not true - their policy only excludes % or "$ off" sale prices)
      2) target will only price match "original price" (false either)
      3) target will not price match the item if the item name is different (also false - price match policy states that brand&model&size etc should be the same - not the website listing.)
      4) we could just decline to price match without explaining why.
And I just got a notification that my target password was reset - i haven't done that and never asked representatives to do this.

Target's Milton store located at 13055 Highway 9 N is a great place to get your household essentials with a side of racial profiling. I think as a cost saving measure this Target should institute special lines for black people since apparently staff has been trained that all black people steal and this should help them focus. Today I learned that in addition to being a thief, I am also apparently dirty. I split my purchase in two because two items are FSA qualified purchases but Target does not accept my FSA debit card. While finishing my first purchase the self-checkout attendant decided that was the perfect time to "clean" with some harsh smelling, alcohol-based product. This was just another attempt to disguise that she was making sure I wasn't giving in to my natural n***** tendencies to steal. Every time I have gone to this Target something similar has happened but oddly it never happens to any of the white customers. Must be nice.

I registered to use the target online web site to make a large item purchase with target. After purchasing my items and confirming my purchases and delivery dates, my action was later canceled by target and placed back in the cart. My purchases totaled over 500 dollars with my debit Mastercard. Why do we even have to registered, just to be profiled and discriminated because of disability and race and income.

Target advertises a delivery date for items, and then delay it after you already made the purchase. I bought some items that were advertised as getting to me before the day I needed them. This morning I received an email from Target saying one of the items would get here 2 days after the event I needed it for. Since the event is this weekend, now I can't find the item ANYWHERE that will get here in time for the event. I contacted Target, but of course there was nothing they could do, only give me a 10 dollars gift card. That doesn't solve my problem, since now I won't have the item I need for the event. We really need to stop buying from these huge corporations and start giving our business to small shops.

I ordered a samsung tablet on September 22, 2022, I canceled the order the following day, spoke to a man named max got a reference number, he told me I would get my refund back in a few day, in a few days I received an email saying that the tablet was being shipped, I told them that I had canceled tablet and gave them the reference number, still no money, and no response, received the tablet anyways, so I called them again telling them they needed to send ups back out to to pick up the tablet, on October 10, 2022 they finally sent ups out to pick it up, and again ask about my money, they told I would have to wait, until ups returned it to their return center, that was yesterday, October 13, 2022, on the 14th I called them again saying where is my money, they said they didn't have the tablet back yet , so I called ups, who said that target received it October 13, 2022 ,at 2:39pm, so again I ask for my money back, then they told I had to wait another 5 days before I would get it back, so on October 14th I called again and finally I got my money back, it took almost a month to get back what belonged to me. These guys are bad news , I will never ever buy anything from them again, they lie and hold your money hostage, when it was all their fault that I received it, and they didn't care, that they caused the problem.

Target Tracy, CA - I experienced prolly the nastiest Target experience ever on 9/30. You get served depending on the color of your skin. I never thought I’d get racially profiled but of all Places a target store. I just wanted them to honor the price on their Target.com app for a toy I wanted for my daughter. I have the screenshot of the special price and they didn’t want to honor it because that’s their policy which is BS because To a paying customer like me - target.com app and target brick and mortar are one and the same, why complicate it for us!

For past two years I have ordered multiple target gift cards online. Both years, it has taken numerous phone calls to finally get all the gift cards sent to my email address. This year, one of the cards that was successfully sent was subsequently deactivated! Now i’m waiting for a physical gift card in the mail. It’s ridiculous that they simply cannot be sent via email at the same time. The computer glitch needs to be fixed!
