Target's internal delivery service delivered my iPad that cost $220 to the wrong address. I was sent the picture via the app of a door that was not mine. I immediately called that afternoon. My apartment complex has a dedicated area for package deliveries with lockers to prevent porch pirates. I have ordered from Target many times to this address with no problems. I've been spending a month trying to tell them that it was the wrong address but they continue to tell me it was a successful delivery. Probably a solid dozen people have told me "I'm sorry there's nothing I can do". They have given me no recourse to try to prove that it was not delivered. A picture of my door, calling my apartment complex to make sure to see if we do door delivery, showing screenshots of the iPad not being added to my account. Nothing. I am SOL for their mistake and some lucky bastard probably sold my iPad on ebay for an enormous profit.
It is beyond frustrating to be constantly told there's nothing they can do with no way to prove myself. Why would I spend a month trying to scam a company for $220. I promise you if I was a scammer, I would be trying to get way more than that relatively small amount. I spend at least $100 a month at Target and have so for many years which they can see by my account. I have never had any issues. I had a similar issue once with Amazon and they fixed it for me immediately.
They told me if I re-bought the item they would honor it at the sale price and to dispute the charge. I am at my wit's end. Why is a company known for customer service acting this way? I went to Best Buy who was running the iPad for the same price and had it within 45 minutes. Goodbye Target, it's been a great ride. Way to p*ss someone off right before the holidays.

Ordered a toy easel online. Toy was delivered in a large Target box. Inside the box was an EMPTY iPhone 15 box. I did not order an iPhone. It's obvious that a Target employee may have stolen an iPhone and put the empty box inside my box. Unbelievable! I went into store to explain what happened and the clerk admitted she doesn't know what to do. I called customer service and they didn't do anything. I asked customer service for the corporate address to write a letter, and shocker! Customer Service agent said she doesn't have the address. Pitiful!

How much does Target pay to be accredited, because the ratings say they shouldn’t be.
I bought Pokémon cards for trick or treaters. I did not open them. I took them back to return them because I found them less expensive way three times as many at another store.
At no point in my purchase process did anything let me know this item was not returnable, but I went to return it and they told me you cannot return any trading cards or any Pokemon products. It’s nuts. She then tells me there are signs posted in the store… I bought this online. It’s nine days before Halloween, I should be able to return this. It’s a scam to not post this!

      Mishandled Return and Safety Concerns
Target Corporation - Houston North Central at 19511 N Freeway I-45, Spring, TX 77388
I am urgently requesting action regarding a mishandled refund for Bose headphones purchased on May 19, 2024, from Target Corporation - Houston North Central, 19511 N Freeway I-45, Spring, TX 77388. My experience involved inadequate customer care, conflicting information, and concerns about the product’s authenticity and safety.
      Product Concerns:
Shortly after purchase, the headphones showed flaws, appeared tampered with, and were mislabeled as 'Le Sonic Earrings' on Bluetooth devices. Their failure to connect with 'Find My Device' raised safety and authenticity concerns, prompting my refund request.
      Refund Attempts:
First Attempt (May 28, 2024): At Target - New Caney Valley Ranch, I was informed of a serial number mismatch and directed to the original store for resolution.
Second Attempt (May 29, 2024): Despite staff assurances, the refund was denied without explanation, even after presenting case number.
Third Attempt (June 4, 2024): Customer care assurances were futile as the supervisor denied the refund and redirected me to Bose, despite all documentation provided.
      Customer Relations:
Repeated assurances from Target's customer care led nowhere, with decision-making seemingly isolated to management. This resulted in lengthy commutes, dropped calls, and conflicting information.
      Final Attempt:
Despite management’s instructions to return the headphones, I could not locate one due to their faulty functionality, resulting from the prolonged and unsupported process.
      Safety Concerns:
The headphones seemed counterfeit, raising fears of tampering, potentially compromising my safety and privacy.
      Demands:
      1. A formal apology for mishandling my refund and poor service.
      2. A full refund of $329.99.
      3. Compensation for time and efforts.
      4. An investigation into product safety and authenticity.

Ordered 3 items during target circle week. 2 of 1 item and 1 of another. I received 2 of the wrong item and 1 of the more costly item. The items were not returnable as they were trading cards. They allowed the return without replacement. Basically I would need to print the label repackage the items bring them to a UPS store and all without a replacement. A huge waste of time. This company is circling the drain.

I had a terrible experience purchasing an Apple iPad for my son's birthday. The item arrived cracked, and I received no assistance due to the 14-day return policy. I hadn't opened the iPad and had waited until his birthday to give it to him. The service I experienced was rude and disappointing, especially since I chose Target to buy an electronic item.

I bought an item at target in Tampa. I see a flaw in billing and it was not addressed at the customer service. 2 Cheetos were 7$ but they charged me at individual price and the receipt clear shows two cheetos. I do not want to waste my time on phone calls and app does not have a way to contact or email so posting here. I can send a photo copy of receipt if needed which is available online as well.

I’ve always paid my credit card bill in person with a check. This time, store employee said she can’t because they don’t have the machine anymore to take a check. This is NOT right.

The staff at the Target in Southbay Mall in Dorchester are very rude and incompetent. They treat their customers like trash. I am handicap and rely on my son to assist me with pickup orders. I added his name on my pickup order and it was not added on the bag so the associate was very rude. This was the second issue he had had with that particular associate. My son couldn't even show the email that showed both my name and my son's name listed for the pickup. I will never visit that store again

I only went into the Target in Wilmington, Delaware, in Brandywine Hundred to get a few things with my mother. When we were looking at toilet paper/paper towels we noticed on Sunday night that there was none left for the Target brand. There was a woman working there stocking, her name was something like Marge or Margie. She stopped and was standing with us listening to the conversation. At that point I felt an invasion of our privacy. It was uncomfortable, she seemed to get angry. We were the only three people in the area, this employee in Target begins to talk about how "Not everything is made in America" and "These kids need to know that" she wouldn't stop for the duration of the time that we were there, which was for a couple of minutes. My mother said to me, I think she's crazy. Because it looked like she was talking to herself. There was no one else there. I knew it was directed to us because of what we had said. I felt policed. She would not stop her rant, she continually walked up to me, saying the comment about how these kids need to know that not everything is made in the US. I knew she was talking to me and venting out her stress and frustration on me because she thought I was a nonthreatening target. It was such a stressful situation to be in, I experienced flight or fight, but my mother needed supplies so we were sitting ducks. I started to back away from this insane woman, she walked away when we were leaving and said to another employee, "Am I Not Right?" The employee who was in another aisle, and could not hear the conversation, said "yes, you are right." It felt discriminatory against me as a minority, derogatory and devaluing. It was a horrible experience to go shopping and spend my money at a store to get treated this way. The manager said the staff was stressed out over the dockworkers strike. It should not be an excuse for attacking minorities in the store. Everyone is stressed out, this employee Margie had no right to displace that on to us.
