Purchased item washable Lansinoh Nursing pads in Target store located in Burbank CA. This item was 13.99 inside the store however if you order online the same item and pick it up in the same store, it will be 11.99. I am do not understand the logic behind, but it seems like a predatory business tactic to target customers who will never check online prices.

On 11/4/2024 my wife and I stopped at the Brandywine, MD Target to purchase some makeup. Before we went into the store I used my cell phone to check for a Veteran discount. The google search showed that Target was giving a 10% Veteran discount. My wife found several items which we took to a cashier. I showed my Maryland driver's license which had my Veteran status to the cashier, but he refused to give me the discount. I then asked to speak with the Manager, but this cashier said that they did not have a Store Manager. I even explained to several other Target employee's that my Maryland Driver's with Veteran status as a legal ID, but they did not care. They tried to tell me that you had to use a Target App to obtain the Veteran Discount and I told them that I don't use any App to make purchases. We finally purchased the makeup my wife wanted, but did not receive the Veteran Discount. It is obvious that Target does not support Veterans.

AVOID the North Las Vegas location on North 5th at all cost. I did a pickup order at the centennial hills location for an iPad and an 2nd gen apple pencil. Well the apple pencil was not compatible so I went to this location on North 5th in North Las Vegas to exchange it to the apple pencil pro, should be simple enough right? They treated me like a criminal. They said the serial # didnt match and I must of did something, or Centennial Hills location must of scanned it incorrectly. They refused to take it and said because they processed it wrong, I had to go back there. I showed the pickup receipt that I bought it 2 days ago just to learn it isnt compatible and simply selected the wrong one. I had no reason to try and get over on anyone. When I said, I dont feel like I should have to drive across town just to return it when cenntenial hills doesnt have the apple pencil in stock that I need, T (the manager) said she makes that commute everyday and I was making a big deal. She stated that store will need to review the camera footage. When I asked her to contact that location for verify the pickup, she said "sir again, go back to where you bought it and youre holding up the line."

I want to tell about a very unpleasant experience I had
The Target retail chain only aims to extract money from the customer. And after the purchase, the customer was thrown away and abandoned without any reference.
During my visit in the middle of October to the branch of the chain in Kloster, I asked and was approved to exchange products I bought the day before for other products, but to my surprise they are not willing to offset but only credit me with the credit card for canceling a transaction. And of course my account is credited with only half of the amount and all my attempts to find out what happened to the other half were in vain. When I contacted the branch they referred me to customer service and when I contacted customer service they returned me to the branch which referred me again to the center.
Apparently, the customers and their time are not considered by the network employees.
Otherwise, how can you explain the numbness and confusion they put the customer through for a mistake made by them.

Bizarre and Ridiculous Employee Behavior at the Farmingdale, New York location. If you want to be Harassed and feel annoyed and alarmed then visit this Target Location.
Sales Associate and Merchandise Prevention Specialist made me feel like a perpetrator.
Used self check service and my moves were monitored by the female wearing glasses who's an Accountant during her full time job. She told me that she needed to watch me check out as I scanned my items. As she monitored my every move , the loss prevention male about 5 ft 11 inches who slim built with brown hair and brown eyes, wearing a fluorescent green vest also monitored me. Completely bizarre and ridiculous !

I am experienced a serious incident of racial profiling at the Target location in Tucson, AZ, on the night before my child’s birthday, 11/4. Despite reaching out to Target through email and social media multiple times, I have not received a response. This lack of acknowledgment and action is disappointing and unacceptable. This incident has caused me distress, and I expect Target to address this issue promptly. I urge the company to implement better customer service and sensitivity training to prevent similar incidents in the future, as well as to reach out to me regarding a resolution

Target's internal delivery service delivered my iPad that cost $220 to the wrong address. I was sent the picture via the app of a door that was not mine. I immediately called that afternoon. My apartment complex has a dedicated area for package deliveries with lockers to prevent porch pirates. I have ordered from Target many times to this address with no problems. I've been spending a month trying to tell them that it was the wrong address but they continue to tell me it was a successful delivery. Probably a solid dozen people have told me "I'm sorry there's nothing I can do". They have given me no recourse to try to prove that it was not delivered. A picture of my door, calling my apartment complex to make sure to see if we do door delivery, showing screenshots of the iPad not being added to my account. Nothing. I am SOL for their mistake and some lucky bastard probably sold my iPad on ebay for an enormous profit.
It is beyond frustrating to be constantly told there's nothing they can do with no way to prove myself. Why would I spend a month trying to scam a company for $220. I promise you if I was a scammer, I would be trying to get way more than that relatively small amount. I spend at least $100 a month at Target and have so for many years which they can see by my account. I have never had any issues. I had a similar issue once with Amazon and they fixed it for me immediately.
They told me if I re-bought the item they would honor it at the sale price and to dispute the charge. I am at my wit's end. Why is a company known for customer service acting this way? I went to Best Buy who was running the iPad for the same price and had it within 45 minutes. Goodbye Target, it's been a great ride. Way to p*ss someone off right before the holidays.
