      We've had more power outages in one month than in all our 5 years living on the east side of ***********. We're getting there sabre weather as the rest of the cities, yet send it's airways three east side suffering these outages. We pay them more and more money every year for worse and worse service. They work harder to restore power in the more affluent neighborhoods. This is bias infrastructure.

      When paying a bill their website contains misleading information. It originally will prompt you that there are no additional fees when paying via debit and credit card. Then later on in the payment process it displays a messages that there will be fees associated with this payment type. In addition there are no options to speak to a live agent on the phone or even an email or live chat option.

      When we sold our mother's home we called to cancel service. They stopped our account on the date of close and started the new owners. But getting the credit check back that we were due has been a miserable process. I was told that for a final credit a 10-day waiting period was required, which was fine. But I was told by at least two separate agents on two separate calls what date the check would be cut and mailed. When I called two weeks after that date the agent said they hadn't received a request to cut the final check and that it would be another 10-day hold. Warning for bad service from Xcel Energy.

      Why are we paying for them to make new hockey arena?? Why do they get to have a monopoly in our area? Why do the charges keep going up? Why are they reporting billions in profits yearly while they cut people's power if they fall short on payments?

      So. I can not access my online account. When I log on, I get a white screen. I have the correct email and password. I have been dealing with this issue for months. When you call the 800 number it is clear they are aware of this issue. A recording gives you suggestions on how to handle from changing browsers to clearing your cache. All of which I have tried. Today, I thought we had the issue resolved as they reset with a new email. NOPE.After being on hold for 20 minutes several times today, they essentially tell me I'm out of luck. They have nobody available that can help resolve. This is insane to me. No one? No one that has the knowledge to help a customer get into his/her account? WTF? My ap on my phone does the same thing. Bottom line, I can no longer access my online account & they dgaf. Blows my mind. The customer service *****.

      You cannot get ahold of a human. I have been charged thousands on a vacant building and cannot get a hold of anyone, no matter how hard I try.

      HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. If you get into the phone loop to speak with a customer service rep, you can't get out. ********. Say it with me: HORRIBLE.I HATE using Xcel.

      My power was cut off due to xcel energy trying to bill my father who passed away 6 years ago. I've sent in all the information 3 times to get it changed to my name. (Death certificates etc.) I came home to no power and no notification to the real property owner (myself). I received zero emails or phone calls about my bill being due. They keep sending mail to my deceased father. I was forced to spend on a hotel for my wife, 9 year old daughter, two dogs and two reptiles which passed away due to the cold. There was no remorse on their end. I was recommended to "find a warm place for my family." It got down to ************************************** ************ isn't consider a cold weather state. One of the worst run companies I've dealt with. It's now been 24 hours since my power was cut and I'm still without. They treated me like a number, not a person.

      Service fee charged, after actions to top auto bill pay took place in the Xcel Energy mobile app were completed, but not recogonized by **** systems. Returned Check Charge $15.00 Xcel Energy specialisty denied request to refund fee or make any corrective action. APR 4, 2024 Payment: ONLINE ACCT MGMT $71.04 APR 3, 2024 Payment: ONLINE ACCT MGMT $71.04 POSTED PAYMENTS POSTED PAYMENTS Finally upon review the rates of 3.2 out of 5 with multiple 1 star rating for the My Xcel Energy app makes my calim App/Systems have issues.

      This company has robotic calls that are problematic to every customer. They have no ability to maintain any level of true customer service, and the service is completely unsatisfactory.
