      I keep getting information to purchase a hearing aid from miracle ear at ********************************************************* I emailed them to stop and got another advertisement from them.

      We have contacted our 3 vendors on 2 separate occasions to stop mailing this prospect.  We have also marked them do not mail and do not contact in our internal database. This has been addressed on our end - and we again reached out today to again suppress this prospect.

      I saw an ad for a high tech aid from Miracle Ear. Went in for testing. In the beginning it sounded like these aids might work. I already have hearing aids but was hoping these new high tech would help me better. I asked the agent...if these don't work any better than the ones I already have I don't want them. He said no problem, bring them back. After several adjustments, a new ear piece, a broken wire....it was obvious that these were just another set of hearing aids. I tried repeatedly to return them...only to be told..lets adjust this and see how it works. I am a disabled American Veteran with severe hearing loss....they simply didn't help any better. I took them back for a final time. They had them in their possession for over three weeks so I was under the impression that the contract was cancelled. On Oct. 28th, I received by ***** the hearing aids saying my claim to return them was denied and given no reason. To reiterate what the ad said...field test...free of charge and under no obligation. The agent keep extending our trial period to adjust the aids and to see if they would work better. I was told the aids would help in windy situations....would definitely cut out background noise....and numerous other categories but none of the programs were any better than I have. I feel I was mislead and I simply am asking for my down payment of $2000 plus 2 payments of $135.21.

It is important to note that adjustments may be needed and it can take up to three months for the ears and the brain to adapt and fully accept the new hearing aids.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      I reject your answer. I did not simply change my mind. I sent you a list of reasons before and will send it again. I had no increase in hearing with ambient noise, the tv streamer would only work part time, the aids didn't help with wind noise and I spend a lot of time outside., my wife's voice didn't come in any better even after multiple adjustments, the app on my cell phone only worked periodically so I couldn't change programs or volume, and lastly...my old aids are doing as well as the new ones with no improvement. My next step for my hearing might be a cochlear implant. I met with the agent from the store and returned the aids. I am waiting for reimbursement. Or our next step will be an attorney.

      I received a postcard in the mail stating if I was one one the first fifteen customers to qualify I would receive a $100 gift card. I called and was told I qualified and scheduled an appointment. I said I could bring my granddaughter with me. I arrived and was then told she had to be 18 and I did not qualify. I informed her that I was not told that, she then told me I could qualify because she could find out who scheduled me. Then the man came out from the back and told me I best reschedule and bring an adult with me, that way I would be sure to get the gift card. I wasted my time and money! I would not recommend this company to anyone after what I went through!

      transaction date = 09/14/2022 They promised superior quality and the latest technology in hearing aids. The product they supplied at a cost of *******, is no better than the hearing aids I purchased 20 years ago. I have made at least a dozen trips to my local shop (********** **) to try and get the issue resolved. These hearing aids are supposed to filter out loud sounds and help suppress background noise. Basically I have ended up with hearing aids that are only able to amplify sound. The clarity they promised is non existent, and most of the time I can hear better without the hearing aids, than with them. The service received at the local shop was good, it is the product that is sub-standard. I would like to have my money refunded, as this is the 3rd time I have tried Miracle Ear hearing aids, and have not yet received a satisfactory product.

      All efforts to meet patients expectations have been employed. The hearing aids have been fit to prescriptive targets dining the ****NL2 fitting formula. Not all patients expectations are met with hearing aids due to hearing loss and other factors 

      returns must be completed within 30 days . We are past 1 year. We will see him and adjust and counsel the aids but cannot issue a refund

       I am rejecting this response because: The new hearing aids I purchased are of less quality than the previous 12 year old pair I was wearing. I have had multiple appointments and adjustments made in an attempt to improve the quality with no acceptable results. I would like a full refund of my purchase price.

      I have called this company at least 3 or 4 (probably more) times in the past 2-3 years. I have made the simple request that they REMOVE my deceased mother's name and address from their mailing list and stop sending us junk mail. They have given various answers about how they don't know how to /can't / will try to do this. I still continue to receive the mailings. They have no control over their marketing, as seems to be the case with numerous companies, which provides a huge amount of unwanted mail and a waste of natural resources.

      It's frustrating to have to be asked this, specifically, because I've called your business at multiple numbers over the past few years, continually making the request that this name and address be removed from all solicitation from your company.  But I'm giving it to you again.
      This should not be this difficult.  This person will never, ever buy anything from you, because she is DEAD.  You are wasting your marketing resources, soliciting a dead person, after being asked numerous times to STOP.

      My mother purchased a new pair of hearing aids from Miracle Ear in ********** ********. Her old hearing aids worked but would no longer keep a charge. Her new hearing aids that she purchased last year have never worked consistently. My mother was told that her hearing aids didnt work because she had wax in her ears. This had not been a problem with her old hearing aids. Then she was told that she had blood in her ears. We went to her doctor, got wax removed twice and she has not had this problem again. The representative told her that he couldnt do anything because of the wax in her ears and I told him that was not true since we had just come from her physician. Then, she was told that if the hearing aids didnt work that Miracle Ear would replace them. I was also told that they would be replaced. The next time, we were told that my mother wasnt using the hearing aids properly. Finally, my mother was told today that she needed to see an ENT because something was wrong with her ears. This is not acceptable and we would like the hearing aids replaced with a working set.

      The miracle ear audiologist, in ******** **, is totally inept. I have extremely small ear canals so she did a custom fit. However, the manufacturer cut them too short for my ear canal and they fell out. Had to do another custom fit. Round two - the audiologist could NEVER pair my aids with the ME app. Instead I was given an alternate app with GENIOUS. The sound navigator, on that app, is worthless and makes no difference in my hearing. My aids still frequently edge out of my ear so I need to push them back in which increases the volume. The sound navigator has two volumes - off and extremely loud. Totally not worth a dollar of the **** I paid them.

      This patient is still within her 30 day trial period. If she wishes to return to her hearing aids, she simply needs to contact the ******** office at ************ as soon as possible. She purchased the hearing aids on October 6, 2023, so she would need to make that appointment prior to November 5, 2023. I would advise that she review her purchase agreement for terms of return and refund. 

      Additionally, so there is no future confusion, ************ did not see an audiologist. She was seen by a hearing instrument specialist licensed in ***********.

      Id made an appointment two weeks ago, today they called and said that they didnt have anyone available for that day, next week, This place is a joke! Im pretty angry that they are so unprofessional and stupid to make an appointment way out and then have no one to do the job on this day. Im thinking that I dodged an oops bullet because its apparent that they cannot even schedule an appointment let alone test my hearing!Im so tired of these people stating they are great when obviously theyre just a bunch of Rubes!

      Went to their offices to get a hearing test for my wife and myself. They promised us a gift card just for coming in. We got there and they claimed they knew nothing of the gift card. This is a huge scam. The fool old disabled people into coming in on a promise of a gift card and they do not deliver.

      I got my hearing aids and I have had to change them out 2 times in less than 6 months due to product issues. Im never able to get hearing on both aides or the dont connect properly allowing the me to hear whats being stated. I called asking to return them and was told I could not due to *************************************************************** the first month. I called complaining and had to go in office just to wait for them to be replaced. Twice now Im having the same issue again and now they are saying because I missed a cleaning but I filed my complaint to them in office before I was due for a cleaning.
