      ******** company that prided itself on being a central collection point for health care data for more than 100 million patients, but had no effective data protection system in place!!! Every tiny bit of information about patients is now floating somewhere on the web, they know not where. All my personal information, identity, financial, medical, insurance, ********* payments, everything has been hacked. Clearly, for a tech company, they were caught with their pants down! After all the news about the need tighten security on data, Change Healthcare apparently didn't bother to take any further action until it was far too late! This company doesn't even deserve ONE star. ***** joke of a company. If you haven't gotten a "we are so sorry" letter, it will arrive soon.

      Absolute trash. They dont care enough about their customers to have security, so all my personal financial and healthcare data get leaked, and on top of that it is now my responsibility to monitor not only my credit card statements and credit checks but also my health insurance usage and health data? Honestly disgusting and a real sign of late stage capitalism. May they rot

      Received a letter from Change Healthcare regarding a data breach stating my information was compromised. I have no knowledge of this company nor have I ever done business with this company. Not sure how they gained access to my information. Not sure if the letter is a scam or from Change Healthcare. The letter says to contact *** and will give free credit monitoring via IDX. Not sure if this scam. Reason going to BBB.

      I was on the phone for 20 minutes trying to get a fax number to send a verification form. I never did get one. They transferred me 4 times to someone who would know. The lady said she had to call the customer to find out if it was ok to send her an invoice that showed what her monthly payments were. Why would she have to have permission from the customer to send it out to her own mailbox? These people are not very smart. I know when I qualify for **** it is NOT going to be through them. Geez

      Careful! They will charge you for overlapping coverage for 3 months and then blame you for not canceling one plan when they don’t allow you to make those changes on the app.
      Ask yourself why don’t they allow that?

      United Health Care offers Healthy Benefits. I have only recieved 1 order from Healthy Benefits at the beginning of the year. I tried to order my vitamins, but Healthy Benefits stated my card was no longer good so I couldn't order. After many phone calls *** finally issued me a card 08/02/2024, keep in mind they recieved my premium paid in full for 1 year in November 2023. I got a new card the end of 08/24, called 09/30/24 to order vitamins. My vitamins never arrived. I got nothing, called 4 times. Today after the 4th call talked to Shaquaora at Healthy Benefits found out ****** canceled my order. No reason, just canceled, no intention to fill my order, no one told me. It took 4 calls to find out it was canceled. Now I'm out of that quarterly $50 benefit, promised to me. The $50 quartley benefit expires. Called UHC to file a grievance. It's one of the reasons I go with UHC it's like getting some of your premium back, when you're on Social Security it's helps. Spoke to ****** who told me to just go download the app and do her job for her. She was twisting what I said. For example, Me; "You didn't issue me a card until I made multiple phone calls" ******; "Sorry your card didn't work". Me; "You gotta have a card for it to work, I didn't have one." Silence. Me; "****** are you there?" Me; "I need to speak to a supervisor". Supervisor ****** gets on. When speaking to ****** she is whispering to someone else not listening to me. Me; "I hear you talking to someone else". ****** "I was just listening before I interrupted you". ****** asked the exact same info that I just told her, because she wasn't listening. I ended the call with no resolve. *** bad ************** Does anyone do their job? UHC is incapable of sending my vitamins, but have their Optim pharmacy calling me non stop, a harassment of calls wanting to take over my prescriptions. If UHC can't be trusted to send vitamins or a valid card for their company, how can they be trusted to send my prescriptions I need?

      ***. didn't send me my new membership card for this year until March, so I couldn't use ***'s OTC benefit for January and February. That cost me very close $400. And *** said it's my loss.The *** benefit was in the contract I signed with ***. That means nothing to them.I'm leaving *** at the end of this month

      ****. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY. I signed up for care via my employer and was told by a few employees of ****** along with their therapist that the first 8 sessions are covered at 100%. After 10 sessions I found out there was an initial upfront fee and they are now telling me I also have a co-pay for 10 previous sessions. I highly suggest avoiding this place at all costs. Their therapists are great but their administration is absolutely horrific.

      I've had *** for my ******** Supplement for about 3 years now. They have been very good at picking up the 20% ******** was not covering. UNTIL NOW. All of a sudden, normal claims have been denied. The latest - *** sent me a notice saying it was time for my Mammogram. Made an appointment and had the procedure done. *** then DENIED the claim, saying it was NOT a necessary procedure. REALLY? Early breast cancer diagnosis comes from having a regular Mammogram. So, was this a bait-and-switch scheme? THEY tell me to get it done and then they sit back and laugh ---- "HA HA - but we didn't say we were going to pay for it. HA HA - Pay up, fool!"

      I received a 16-page letter notifying me that there had been a data breach within a company named "Change Healthcare PO Box ****** ************* 95798-9728." The letter states that I can receive 2 years of free credit monitoring due to this data breach, I am instructed to type a particular series of letters into my web browser, and I was instructed what to click on once I got there. I have NEVER heard of Change Healthcare and to my knowledge I have no association with them in any way. NO WHERE in the 16 pages is it mentioned, which doctors or any information to identify said breach. When I checked this company out on ************************, I was alerted that this company is NOT BBB Accedited. They had a "D" rating and 1400 customers have very negatively reviewed them. Be aware. I gave them 1 star because that is the least option I see.
