      I used OptumRX 4+ years ago. I recently tried to pick up a perception from my pharmacy and was told I had to call OptumRX to say no to getting meds via mail. I had never opted into using ******* with this product or pharmacy. I called Optum and said Id like to pick up my prescriptions myself and not have them mailed. It is very unethical to hold anyones prescriptions hostage until called and told no. They should be investigated and audited for ethical practices.

      This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, time and time again. Constantly being hung up on, not listening, interrupting while talking, not understanding what is being asked. If I could give a negative stars, I would.If this could get to their HR, please, help train your staff.

      United Healthcare handed my membership ooff to a place called ******* without my consent and or knowledge! Ive been told numerous times that United Healthcare has no connection to them, but ******* is paying my claims not United Healthcare! Ive been told that it is because of the type of plan I have which happens to be the **** advantage PPO! I called them and asked to be removed from WellMed. Thats not who I signed up with and I do not want anything to do with that organization due to Being harassed day and night, seven days a Week with phone calls from them! No one ever said anything to me about a ******* program that I was going to be shoved into whether I wanted it or not! I have been told if I change my plan I will lose my doctors Another facilities, because they wont be a part of it because they wont be a part of The new plan! I guess ****** has a way to see to that! Im also going to look for a plan that will cover an ambulance trip to the hospital. Thats only 4 miles instead of charging me $275 one way! In fact, they charged me $275, they have the ambulance take me across the street from my doctors office when I was having tachycardia attack and going into pulmonary failure! Rather pathetic! Well, its open enrollment time and United Healthcare just lost this member! Traditional ******** would be better. In fact I think just about anything would be! Beware they are not trustworthy and will lie to you left and right!

      I am very pleased with United ******************** Plan F with the well being supplement. I have had several serious operations with quick approvals and full payments. My recovery has continued through the variety of high quality exercise programs available at no cost through the supplement.

      Im diabetic type 2 with an A1C of 11.4. Ive been taking ********* for about 2 months now and it hasnt been working for me. I have horrible symptoms from the medication so my doc sent in a request for ******* and my insurance company United healthcare DENIED the order twice. My doctor requested ******** and that was just denied today by my insurance company. How is UHC going to deny diabetic medication to a woman who IS INDEED DIABETIC TYPE 2 with family history of diabetes and diabetes medical paperwork for proof that I am indeed diabetic and need different medication. Shame on ***.

      As a provider, *** is impossible to work with. They ignore emails and pass the **** when you call. The ones you get thorugh to tell you it is another department's job and give you another phone number to call. You hold forever again only to be given the phone number you called the first time. This circle continues until you give up. I have called customer service, provider service, credentialing, and emailed our account manager. Over three years, yes YEARS, my contract has still not been updated.

      I got one of those B.S. change Healthcare data breach letters twice. I checked with the BBB. I saw the *** rating and that the company is not accredited. Then I saw United Healthcare was involved. That was enough for me. I knew *** was a horrible company 20 years ago when I worked for one of their hospitals. I try to keep my distance from UHS. Always check with the BBB when something is shady.

      If I could give these people zero stars I would do that! They are HORRIBLE and why any company would want to use them is insane! **************** has no clue, no one can follow simple directions and I spend more time explaining their job to them, I should be put on the payroll!

      This thoughtless and incompetent company that provides my mother's ******** Part D started calling our house incessantly with an automated message asking how her recent hospital stay was -- a stay that ended with her spending 7 days in hospice care at home. She's been dead 10 days and this company is still harassing us with an automated message that gives no options for "wrong number" or "I don't want these calls any more." There is no way to speak to a human. Every time I try I am instead put on hold, transferred to a number that "can't be reached," and asked to call back another time before the call disconnects.

      I received a notice of data breach and steps to take to protect myself. The number they provide and also the email do not give responses. And endless hold times. I waited over an hr on hold for phone customer service 2x and (hung up) recd no response to emails also. They are a scam. If they breached our data they should at least provide working numbers and answer emails. Be accountable to your customers!!!
