I got multiple calls from united healthcare that they requested for medical info to complete a insurance reimbursement. I have spoken to the callers I have no business with United healthcare, and it is definitely a scam and identity theft issue. the caller **** **** insisted hes just an employee and just wanted me provided info as he asked so he could process the reimbursement. I requested the account information and I will file identity theft to police department. **** **** insisted you registered the account, you know it. and he refused to provide. And hes swearing at my name, threatening me with credit scores damages and forbidden freedom to travel outside ****calling number +1 (952),936,1300, ************, ************ calling in 11/1/24, 11/2/24, 11/3/24UnitedHealth Group

I'm disabled I'm on SSI I live in ********** ***** since I've been put on United healthcare community plan I cannot find a doctor to treat me United healthcare community plan is not accepted widely or mostly at all in ********** ***** and United healthcare to see if they don't care because I have made complaint after complain of not being able to find a doctor pain management or physical therapy in ********** that accept the community plan that is on United healthcare and they have no care at allUnitedHealth Group

Yes I am having a very difficult time finding a doctor in the city of ********** that accepts my United healthcare ****************** I filed complaint after complaint I've asked for help after help it's like talking to a wall nothing ever changes I need a pain management doctor I need for United healthcare to be accepted by more doctors in ********** that's what I need the pain management doctor they wanted to send me to they said it was in ***** ***** that's a two and a half hour drive for me I cannot do thatReview fromCraig M

Unitedhealthcare are heartless, this is a form of Elder abuse. They deny all ***** Dental work. 50 percent of a tooth needs to be missing before they'll cover a crown. My tooth was cracked with a large filling and I was in extreme pain. I had to pay ******* for a crown that I've insurance for. Again this is elder abuse. AARP should be ashamed to be associated with Unitedhealthcare. Makes me think **** really doesn't care for their members.Scam, scam, scam....UnitedHealth Group

First off the *** representative was rude, but after switching to ***** that representative named **** K was absolutely amazing. **** is what all customer service representatives should strive for in their standard of care for their members. She connected with me on a personal basis(we are both Leo's) and she had me laughing by the time I hung up. *** you need to promote **** K to trainer or something as she is a huge asset to your company.UnitedHealth Group

I tried to order some over the counter meds that are covered in the health plan, when I tried I was told I didn't have a valid card, they were supposed to mail me one but it never showed up, I then called again to order and was told I could not due to not having the card, I'm kind of fed up with United healthcare but I don't see anyone else who is any better based on the reviews I've read, most of the reviews are poor so I guess I'll stick with United healthcare even though I don't care for them, I don't see a better one, it's sad that most of the reviews are poor for just about every insurance company, I will look around but I really don't think I'll be able to switch, I don't want someone worse.UnitedHealth Group

1 starTerrible company. Terrible customer service. Go elsewhere as Confusion is their specialty. Needed to get my cancer medication delivered to my house before I left for vacation. They kept denying my drs office sent it. They did. By the time they figured it out they had to deliver it out of state by Saturday. And of course they couldnt get that right. Now it will be past my start date to get my medicine. Not holding my breath. AND ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY HAVE DONE THIS. CVS pharmacy is professional and much better. Why, when a doctor prescribes a med that is covered by insurance is OptumRX allowed to jack the price from $10/month to $132 because I don't have ********* (who I don't use anyway) near me and absolutely do not trust mail delivery? I've been denied refills on two meds now this year (one on appeal denied as of today, Oct 25th). It's a Monopoly & a shakedown and it is absolutely unconsciousable telling people they can't have a medicine that allows a person to breathe. NO RECOURSE AVAILABLE so dying is the option thanks to them.UnitedHealth Group

1 starThey force me to use the pharmacy they own. They can reject treatments my doctor prescribed, and make me wait for my meds while they decide if they will cover treatment.
