They have a program called one pass select. They get you to sign up and they dont tell you all the details of the program before hand. After you sign up and think youre getting one thing they change the rules and youre getting a lot less than you think. It is very deceptive dont use one pass at UnitedHealth group.UnitedHealth Group

1 starAgent **** ***** is a POS.Once I got this coverage he totally deserted me. No paperwork no welcome package, I have no idea how to use this card or what it covers. He won't even return calls to my boss or the people that own the company. Try to call customer service and you get an overseas call center and they will tell you something different every time you talk to them. If you slog through the thick foreign accents. DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE!Review fromLarry H.

We were searching for an insurance plan online and filled out what looked like a search tool. It turned out I mistakenly signed up to be on a spam list. My phone immediately started ringing, and text messages were going nuts. All of them, I later found out, were sales **** for USHealth Group, competing with each other.I eventually randomly answered one of these messages a few days later when things calmed down. The person told us that they could get us exactly the coverage we wanted, and we asked for their top plan with first dollar coverage. They were in a hurry to get our bank account information before they would actually share the details of the plan we were paying for, which we thought was strange. And then after we paid it took a while to get that information, and once we finally got it we started to get worried. But fine, we gave them the benefit of the doubt, waited a full month (required waiting period before you can use what you paid for), and then started contacting doctors. That's when we realized we made a big mistake with this company. They refused coverage of every since basic thing, with reasons that were difficult to understand. After a month of doctors telling us that this company is terrible, we gave up and cancelled it. ****** learned, I guess. The healthcare option in the *** are terrible if you're a self-employed person, and USHealth Group is the poster child as to why. Our advice: AVOID.UnitedHealth Group
