      I just received a letter from Change Healthcare out of CA that stated my ******** information might've been compromised. The thing about it, I've never done any business with this company. The letter also stated that my SSN, DOB, and other information could be used against me. It seems that there computer systems were hacked back in Feb 2024. If anyone has received a letter like this or if this is a scam please leave word on this site. Thank you

      United Health Care could work harder for their patients. They give you the information so you can work for yourself. I have ******** and ********* They have already reduced their OTC this year by less than ***** and now they. They could be better to their customers by assisting and not dropping the ball. I went through this last year, and they told me to get help from my PCP doctor for mental help. They referred me to an out-of-town doctor in *********, **. They referred no one here in ******. Please work harder to earn the money the state is paying you guys.************

      I would NEVER recommend getting a HRA through *************** unless you want to be consistently harassed every time you use it. I had to literally pushback on the phone because I used it to pay for my son contacts and they said I had to have a explanation of benefits. Even though i uploaded a receipt. News flash you don't get an explanation of benefits for contacts! The eye doctor takes off the portion that insurance covers and you pay the rest! this company is almost laughable. Not one time have I used my HRA on an ineligible purchase yet it is a constant fight! BEWARE

      This company has not changed its' tactics. Calling multiple time daily from a set of numbers that share the area code and the first 4 numbers with randomized numbers for the final 3. You can block all you want, but they just use a number with different last 3 numbers. 469-206-2XXX 214-206-2XXX You can call them by using any 3 digits to confirm

      This company- If you want to call it that -is despicable! I am all for going in on a class action against these vile people who prey on others' misfortunes. It is impossible to get any information once you have signed up - no return emails or calls from the young man who also talked us into upgrading it once we signed up. A total scam!!! Disgusting and Criminal. Let us all SHUT THEM DOWN! Not a single ***** has been paid on over $100,000 of medical bills my 21-year-old incurred during a horrible emergency over the holiday. NOT ONE *****. Leaving so many individuals in distress is shameful. The representatives do not answer questions directed to them and are useless to provide any care or solution. The responses to customers by US ********************************************* here are a joke! Be certain we will be going after more than just a reimbursement of premiums.

      Took them 5 months to tell me they had been hacked and my information exposed. I never released my information to them, so it is a mystery how the got it without my permission. They provide no phone numbers and not even an address on the notification they sent. Extremely poor response to a potentially very bad circumstance.

      The worst health insurance company I have ever worked with. I have been fighting them for months on a claim for my infant sons prosthetic. You can never get any help when you call. They deny receiving records when you have sent it to them directly through their app email platform. I have spoken to people there that said they have received the records to call back and speak with someone later that denies they are on file. This company is horrific. Its better to go without and pay out of pocket than deal with this company. I hope the commissioner of insurance shuts them down.

      This company has been calling my work phone for months, I ask them politely to stop calling and they just hang up. I have begun to play with them, and tell them I want to sign up...they then tell me I'm wasting THEIR time and hang up. I need them to stop wasting MY time with endless calls all day and night. The numbers that they call from are all different, and when I try to block them, they use other numbers. I tried calling them to speak to someone about this, and I get transferred and transferred and then hung up on.

      To get straight to the point, I will say this UMR is trash, I hear a toilet flushing with this low class insurance period! I am a State Employee and on my card it doesn't even show how much I would owe if I had to go to the emergency room. Normally on the front of the insurance card is a small fine print that says if it is non-life threatening the co-pay could be $200 to $250. On mine it shows absolutely nothing! I contacted them to find out why I was receiving a bill from my local Hospital as I had no choice, but to go into the Hospital. I then receive a bunch of bills which I of course paid and now out of nowhere I was receiving bills for over $750.00. I contacted the local Hospital which was zero help and now UMR and come to find out UMR claims $750 is the co-pay for an emergency! Seriously they are some POS Company that is beyond GREEDY! I would never want them ever again. I already notified my Union as well to get them removed from our Department Officers!
